Didn’t have a good first experience communication, was an issue, my order wasn’t correctly fulfilled, and when my order was finally finished I picked it up and a few shirts were missing. I then emailed about the missing shirts and misplaced order, and I have yet to get a reply a call back or anything.

First time doing business with Custom Apparel and it couldn’t have gone any better.! Not only did everyone love the hats and shirts the order was on ready before my deadline and the order was within my budget. Definitely recommend! Super nice people !

Ordered 2 shirts over a week ago, tried to pick them up 4 days late and they weren’t there and I was offered no solution except a refund. Smh
