Had them pick up our cart first week of August to fix. They let us know they would not be able to look at it until after the Boone County fair because they were very busy. Ok no problem. But now we Still do not have our cart back, ITS OCTOBER 17!! WHERE IS MY CART?!?!?
Kathy was so helpful by offering a suggestion that should keep my golfcart operating carefree in the future. She was accurate with repair times and charges were reasonable.

Excellent customer service, Cathy has always been very helpful. Everytime Ive needed help with something Matt has taken time to figure the best course of action.
Dont know how to work on 2 cycle engine golf carts. Not very experienced if you ask me.
Absolutely awful... Cathy is so unbelievably rude. I have been calling on my cart for a week and have been told management dose not take calls and still not updated on my golf cart.... We’re going on a week and everytime i call Cathy is rude and won’t let me get anyone else. Still no answers and no way to Talk to owner was told he won’t answer phone calls...

I’m not one to hate on a business due to one employee but if you hire people as rude as Cathy (pretty sure that’s her name) you have to re-evaluate your hiring policies. The cars are fine, but the customer service is extremely poor.
Parts and accessories are extremely overpriced. Almost like they looked up everything online, saw how much it cost, then multiplied by two.... Convenience is worth something, but not double.
