Went there today to buy some cookies to bring to the Temple nearby. The staff is very welcoming, the place is clean, quite big, and well organized, with lots of specials. I bought 9 items, with quite a good savings. Plenty of parking space. I can see an electric wheelchair. In spite of living 1.5 hours away, I will come back again for future needs, when I am in Rockford.PS.... I love this place, it always puts a smile on my face. All the amazing employees here doing there best to insure you find everything you need with a quickness and ease. They are the most helpful happy bunch of people in town working hard with never a frown. From the bakery to produce to the deli to health and it wont cost you all your wealth. This place has your tastes! Come share a smile with the people who work very hard to keep you safe and satisfied always.

We r talking 11th St. Store is disgusting. Needs to b remodeled. Dirty. Had trouble finding bread. I guess since this is the only store for some people to shop at, it doesnt matter. Nothing else close for someone to walk to. Prices r too high.

Why so high on prices schnucks?I hardly ever go here or any location because there so expensive. I only stop at this location before work instead of getting fast food. Make sure your a male or you have some protection this area is not the best and this store is straight dirty from the floor to the customers and some employees.Truth hurts.

I really didnt have an issue whatsoever at the Schnucks on 11th Street other than the writing cart dying on me but they were quick to get me another one I found great deals however I would like to mention when Schnucks took over loglis they change the brand and I like the old brand better which they used for a while and then they said it was too far to get and they wanted to get somebody closer I think that the quality of the brand is much worse I would love to see them go back I used to love to get the French onion dip but the whole product is definitely a cheaper product and you can definitely see it in the flavor and textures of everything the butter the cheese the sour cream the dip any of the home store products please go back to the other brand

Went to get fried chicken today, very fresh and tasty. I was early but staff accommodated me anyway.

Have the worst manager i ever dealt with. He told the cashier to restart the register when my transaction froze I only own two more dollars. Turn the register back on and my balance jumped up over $40 and they asked me if I was okay with paying that and I told him no ended up leaving without my remaining part of my order Beauty Supply. Then check my WIC transactions and they charged me for all those products I left behind. Worst Management in Cashiers Ive ever dealt with. That old man needs to retire doesnt know how to treat a customer and points his finger at your face when hes talking to you.

Always a great experience! Got to my car once and realized I had left my phone in the cart. Management was quick to review the video camera and find the cart my phone was in. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the cart guys do an awesome job keeping the parking lot clean. My daughter also enjoys waving to the security guard every time she comes with me.

Smallest of the Schnucks Ive seen, which I do prefer but not a huge selection.

Its a little unsettling to see a security guard in a grocery store but so far every time Ive been there there havent been any problems. Still a good selection for a slightly smaller version of their larger stores.

If not on sale too expensive. Meat selection before this was not great and now its TERRible. For sale items combined with rewards program can get an occasional good deal, when they have adds they arent really doing a good weekly circular due to state of the nation, understandable.

I can normally always find what I need but compared to other grocery stores around town. Schnucks tends to be one of the highest priced per item. The sales tend to lean towards normal prices of other stores without the markup that normally occurs unless you hit the buy one get one free and then it averages to barely be a savings. Find what you need but at a price.

I like that they have an Associated Bank there, but theyre prices are too high and they have nearly monopolized Rockford, buying out the much better Highlander Kroger and then closing the stores. So were all forced to drive a long distance for our favorite name brand products or, sadly, going to Walmart, which sucks just as bad. No winning with this place...

Terrible customer service. I have spent just over $2800 over the course of the months I’ve lived near the area. They refused to reimburse for a 20 dollar item. Yet, a star is deserved because the store is clean and the front-line attendees are nice as they greet all with smiles. However, management and the overall corporate attitude is bottom line driven and not at all customer-friendly.If this place is convenient, then I understand completely why one would continue to shop here. Yet, customer relations are the lifeblood of commerce; specifically family grocers and any Mom and Pop business . For me, It’s worth the inconvenience to take my business elsewhere.
