Very nice store to shop in. I was so pleased with the selection of lactose free products made by Cabot. I didnt look around at much else as we were pressed for time, but the prices, as compared to other stores, were very reasonable. I believe I found a new store to buy my specialty foods.

Noticed clean lot .they offer public restrooms also. Wheelchair accessible and parking is available. They have just about everything you need . Here is a few pictures of just one meal Ive made with food purchased from here. Yummy 😋

It was decent, different selections. Very quick and easy to go through the lines. The cashiers were very kind. Something are a little expensive but all in all not bad.

Store always is good to shop but they need to add more handicap spots in lot and enforce it better. Lots of folks park there that shouldnt or dont have plates or placecard. If theyre legit then they need to show it!! I almost didnt go in tonight because I cant walk far so had to keep driving around till a spot close opened up as no handicap was available.

I was really disappointed in this location. Ive been going to Schnucks exclusively for a while now based on their customer care and public safety measures. However after recently being in this location Im not surprised to see that Rockford once again has dropped the ball. The staff is not polite. Actually a little bit rude. And the store is not nearly as clean at the one in the Park.

I really like the taco salad and the chicken is very delicious. precooked under the heat lamp

Easily one of my favorite stores. Always has good prices on food. Theres always some kind of sale going on, so the prices get even better. The Deli here is my favorite in Rockford.

Really clean, the bakery items and fried chicken are especially great here :)

The store is clean, well stocked. Prices are a little higher than other grocery stores but the meat is so much better.

They have really good deals on meat products and deals all threw out the store. Everytime Im in Rockford I go there why Im visiting and carry stuff home when I leave.

Always clean, well stocked, and the staff are always a help fonding things I cant! Cashiers are always pleasant, greet with a smile, and wish me a nice rest of my day. A lost courtesy, but well appreciated.

High price meat, quality same as save-a-lot (low). helpful staff. High prices every where in this store. I only go there in a pinch.

Only by sale price items!Post a map up front for the large amount of location changes! I crossed the store twice, which is very difficult for me, to locate something that was in the middle of the store at the back. The staff is helpful but expecting things to be on the far West end of the store after entering from the East end and then having return to the rear center (north) end of the store before heading to the South end for checkouts and back to the West end for exit (with two plastic bags of items) its just a little too much walking for me!... They stopped carrying my favorite bourbon after being one of the few stores in town that did carry it!

The pharmacy was excellent had my prescription in a timely manner. Then I went to use the self checkout registers, two employees were standing near by with nothing better to do than just talking and laughing. Not even offering to help when I needed it. Another employee that was working in a different area offered to help me. Thank you to that very kind employee, I appreciated you for helping me.

I did not have to wait in line to get into store. Carts were clean and sanitized. Store seemed limited capacity. Did not have to wait in line to self check.

Prices are high probably like there manager cause hes insane but over all well organized

This place is the best grocery store to go to if you need fresh fruit & or fresh well made deli products. They offer a wide variety of meats, veggies and fruits along with a friendly staff to help you.

Horrible. The customer service person, Nate is a nut, bully--with a short fuse.Very scary.

Parking lot has garbage all over go inside could not find one cart without garbage in it while your worker outside bring carts in with garbage in them and he leaves the garbage in the cart the dirties store i been in

Judy, at the self checkout, was very rude like she was used to being rude to customers, and was not paying attention to her area. We were just politely asking her to remove items from our screen. Otherwise, its a nice place.

I love that they do not change the location of items. I can run in and get what I want and head to the cashier without hesitation and wasted time looking for things.

I usually come back to Rockford to spend holidays with family. We need to make a run for groceries because we overlooked something, so we go to Schnucks.The prices seem a little to high for stores that look so run down.Customer service has become a thing of the past. I stopped at the pizzeria, waited for almost 10 minutes and never got any service.And I know they saw me, they where pulling things out of the oven in front of me.I miss when it was Logolis, before I forget, this was the one on Charles Street.

We have home delivery, two old folks that cant always get out to shop. On-line shopping is great for us. Personnel fill and deliver orders with kindness, grace and quickly...we love and highly appreciate Schnucks Rockford Plaza.

Every staff member is friendly and eager to help. I appreciate familiar faces throughout the store. They have handled the COVID crisis with ease and seem not only interested in ensuring public safety but also the safety of their employees.

Grocery shopping is a great especially when finding food and drinks and other items to use..

Clean. Organized. Spacious. Good lighting. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping here. They have great pizza and other hot foods that you can eat it their cafe.

Produce department is great as well as the deli, and liquor. Meat department needs improvements they always seem to be out of advertised items.
