They dont deserve the 1 star...I purchased repair parts for a Brown & Sharpe grinder and when they arrived they were twice the size I needed. I contacted the sales person and he said he was training another and forwarded me to that guy. He then took another order for the correct bearings but when they arrived I only received the races and no bearings. I was able to get the correct bearings on the 3rd attempt and get our machine back into production. Then I attempted to get an RMA # to return the incorrect bearings but neither sales person will return my emails. So, I add the generic sales email address along with the guys that took each order but I still have not received a response.Bottom line, I had to make 3 purchases for the correct bearings and no one will respond to my emails about the RMA and crediting the money back to me. To sum it up, in my opinion, this company is a Cheat! Use caution when doing business with themIf anyone from this company wishes to discuss this review please reach out to me.

This was an absolutely dreadful place to work. Hazardous working conditions, very low pay, and a president who would walk the floor belittling everyone. I was a technician there and they would take every shortcut imaginable to save money on their machines. They would use very low quality materials and build the machine to the lowest possible standards accepted.

Locally owned buisness. Excellent source for machine parts or rebuilding of machine tools like Barber Colman Motch Sunstone ect.
