One of the only companies that actually wanted our work. They were responsive and worked around our schedule to come out and see what we needed done. Kim kept me informed and I thought the price for what we got was more than fair, especially considering how much we had done. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a tree next to the house fall and it got caught on other trees before it hit the house. Kim responded quickly, listening to my problem with an old Maple tree damaged by storms. She explained all the options from trying to save the tree to removal without pushing me towards a decision. I ultimately chose to have the tree removed. Kim gave me a written bid that was very fair. The work was done in the time frame she quoted and the crew worked together very professionally. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again &/or suggest to others.

Kim Shoenrock and her crew showed up exactly on time with all of the necessary equipment - Bucket truck - Shredder and debris truck and trailer - Bobcat....etc. We had a giant dead elm tree that had to be removed. The whole crew could not have been more professional and courteous. The work was done in short order as they never even took a break! Nobody on their cell phone or standing around. They took care to constantly keep our yard clean with minimal damage to existing landscaping and turf. After the job was completed we could hardly notice that there were any truck tire marks or pit marks in the yard. If it were possible to give a 6 star rating we gladly would have given that. Also, all other calls we made to other tree service providers were met with the remark that the work couldnt be started for at least 4 weeks. Kim had her crew on site within 5 days! Absolutely amazing customer service and care. If you need any sort of tree work or landscape service look no further than ASAP Tree Pros! Thank you so much for the great job and consulting. I have additional work that we need done here on Bradley Road (Rockford) and we will absolutely have ASAP doing that work. They Are solid great and completely professional.

We moved in our house in 2004 and have now removed 25 trees off our 1 acre. I have had a few crews come through doing this work and was never impressed enough to call them back. During the last windy day a tree fell into another tree in the corner of our lot. I decided to call ASAP Tree Pros and see what they would charge. Kim came out and gave us the estimate to remove that tree plus 3 others. This was a bad area of our yard since it was in the corner with my shed, neighbors shed, utility pole, my power lines, my fence, school fence and pool. I needed someone who could do the job in this very tricky area. Kim was confident so I decided she was the one we would go with. She and her crew arrived on time and got to work. Amazing! Absolutely amazing crew and they left my yard better than ever! I already told her I will be having her back in a couple months for 2 more trees that need to be removed.

Great work, and the price was hundreds of dollars lower than the next bid, and far lower than most bids. They did a great job staying in touch on scheduling. Will use them again.

Asap was amazing! We had a tree come down during those nasty storms a few weeks ago and I called them at 730 and they were here by 830 and started removing the tree off power lines so we could get our power restored. Definitely will be calling them if we need them again! Very nice and reasonable crew to work with. I appreciate you all so much!

My wife and I live in FL, but own rental property in Rockford. The trees were in dire need of trimming, and there were many bushes and yard waste that needed to be removed. ASAP was recommended to us by a friend of my daughter. I contacted Kim and contracted for the work to be done. Since we are out-of-state, she sent me before and after photos. We are very pleased with the work. Kim definitely went the extra mile for us.

Cant judge the companies work, however I can judge their customer service and it is poor in my opinion. I reached out to the company for a quote on my yard and tree removal, quick to respond and set up an appointment so initially I was impressed. When the day of my appointment arrived, they didnt show up or even call to let me know that they wouldnt be showing up. The next day came, they apologized and said that they could be there that day so I agreed. They did show up this time, told me they would get me a quote the next morning and its now been 2 weeks and I havent heard anything from them. So again, while I cant judge the work that they as a company do, I can say that it is very poor customer service as business owners. Clearly they do not want my business and couldnt even reach out to tell me that, they simply ghosted me. I will definitely be sharing my experience with other people looking to have tree work or landscaping done.

I have referred them to my neighbors and family and will continue to refer them. They do excellent work for a competitive price and they have earned my business for life!.

Due to our circumstances, ASAP made us a priority. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the job ASAP did for us.They did a beautiful job thinning out a large oak tree and they topped off another tree that threatened our home.Their pricing was extremely fair and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Excellent service - highly recommend. Prompt reply to request for estimate, kept in contact with me when needed to change date. Kim offered a reasonable rate, and was there when her workmen showed up. They took care of the tree that needed trimming, making sure I was informed about what they were doing and any changes/approval. They even mentioned a missing shingle from the garage roof and replaced it with a spare I had. Now thats service!Will contact again with any future work.

ASAP missed my Wed afternoon quote appointment. They were apologetic and promised to visit on Friday afternoon but never did. Disappointing as they were recommended by a fencing company.

Called about a tree that split due to a storm and needed it removed asap. True to their name, they worked us in in between jobs (thank you!) They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Kim and the crew arrived with all the bells and whistles--the big boy equipment--a bucket truck and a huge shredder ready to go. They moved like clockwork, super professional, taking down a gigantic dead Ash tree that has been threatening to fall on our roof. Additionally, they trimmed three other trees around our house. I was also pleased with their care and attention to safety as there were electrical lines about six inches away from the branches to be cut that they had to avoid for two of the trees. I am beyond satisfied with their work and highly recommend them (and plan on using them, again, to keep our trees trimmed and under control). One of my neighbors, seeing their work, hired them on the spot to cut one of their trees. As far as I could tell, ASAP Tree Pros is the highest rated service in the Rockford area and they fully lived up to all their excellent reviews!

Very hostile owners towards their costumers and employees..no respect for others very rude..i felt bad for their employees working so hard and then they treated us the same

I was disapointed in ASAP this year. We used them last year for firewood for our house and it was wonderful. This year we bought more and the wood is bad. It is too fresh and wont burn. We have tried many different parts from the stack and its just not the quality we expected.

They performed the work exactly as we had agreed.During the entire process, from quotation thru completion, communication was excellent.
