Was never able to reach anybody by phone. Left voicemail and no call back. Took a week to ship the order after it was placed. Very Slow response to emails and if your lucky enough to get a response it will be a 2 word answer.Very disappointed to say the least! Only good thing was the product performed as it should...

Very difficult to get a hold of for any questions. Make sure you know exactly what you need before ordering a product because their return policy is very poor. Shipping and handling for small product was $20 which is not refunded plus you have to pay for shipping the product back. Would not recommend online ordering. Maybe better experiences would be had in person at physical location.

Bought their airbox lid for my 700xx.Also, he cut out & sold me 2 pieces of thick sheet aluminum that has been hardened, andcut a piece of sheet EPDM Rubber. These things are not readily available elsewhere, and were for me to make my own lid for my 400ex with an aftermarket airbox that nothing premade could fit.Ive spent very little money there, but spoken with them several times on the phone. Theyve always been knowledgeable and friendly with me.EXCELLENT SERVICE
