Cheaper than bed bath and beyond and Ulta, same product

Sally has went up on their prices...the quality hopefully went up in quality!!!..Somethings they dont even stock anymore.

The employee knew their product but had problems with the register and the manager was rude to me and the employee

I shopped this morning for 3 items.Young lady was very helpful and pleasant. Showed her pictures of what I was getting done to my hair this afternoon and she helped me get white minx and satin pillow case along with microfiber turbie twist towels, 2 pack. I will be going back for my hair care needs for this thick long mane.

Some of the girls there are rude with the body language they put off... Eye rolling and facial expressions. I asked for an application and one girl immediately yelled we are not hiring in a rude way with rude facial expression.while the other girl kindly got me an application. I filled out the application and asked for the manager which told me they were hiring but she was not the official store manager just covering. but it made me not want to work there any more. I have been waiting for months and have not heard any word back. I left my app at the store. I do not want to work with selfish rude coworkers because if i come in as a customer and get treated in such a way as this i know i will not get treated right as a worker. If this is what Sally hires i never want to work here. Im sorry but this is the worst sally ive been in because i was treated with disrespect... Also i went in one night to buy something hair care supplies amd when i left out i could hear the workers talking bad about me and laughing as i was leaving out rude rude rude...

VERY PLEASANT VISIT.YOUNG LADY WHO WAITED ON ME WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS .

Customer service was very good.

Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. But the store didnt have what I wanted.
