We contacted the dealership on Tuesday late in the day. I was very familiar with the industry, having been a Manager myself. I called asking about a specific truck. Rob was super attentive and promptly responded with good news. The next day we drove 2 hrs to the dealership, to work with the Dieffenbach team. Jeff & Andy we’re super helpful as well. I spoke with Stacey in the service dept., she was so accommodating getting me an appointment within the time I needed and had someone pick up my car at work and bring it back which was wonderful! My car was brought back within a couple of hours instead of taking all day when using others.Bryan Stanback did an amazing job! He actually above and beyond..there were a few stains I assume from my hands on the visors, he spot cleaned them..I was so happy that he noticed. Tara & Rusty were both great! I had found the car I wanted to buy online at 5am and sent a request for more info. Got a return text in about 2 hours and had an invite to come up and see the car in person. The car had sat on the lot a while and was destined to be sent to auction. They stopped that process and brought it back to the store so we could make the purchase. I did not feel pressured at the end of the sell. Told them what my budget was, what my down payment was and that was that. Loved the experience & loved the price. Most of all I love my gently used Prius V! Thank you everyone who helped w this.

I was in and out very fast….. my only complaint is that whoever changed my oil must of had oil on there gloves and feet because oil was inside my truck everywhere

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the right rear tire had a nail in it the service technician said they rotate my tires which was not done because when I got in my car on Sunday that same right rear tire was still there when them about it they tell me they rotation one side now you tell me what sense does that make and I was not informed of this so I want be taken my car there again

Buying experience exceeded our expectations. My wife purchased 2018 Cruze Hatchback I found for her on Internet. We drove 300+ miles to pick up. No surprises, car was ready & waiting, price was exactly as quoted & car was exactly as described by Tara. We even got a unexpected bonus; a brand new bike the store gave to each customer who purchased a car in December. Good people, I would go out of my way again to purchase another vehicle from. This dealership did exactly what they said they would do.

I bought my car from Dieffenbach, a 2013 Chevy Sonic. I went to this store because I was told I could get a great trade in value on my car. That this was the place to go. When I was getting the sales pitch on my car I was being told all the perks, how great the gas mileage is, and what my payments would be if I got it, then after signing all the paperwork, I was informed that my payments were not 350 like I was told, but 390. Thats quite a difference! Had I been told that before I had signed all the paperwork making the car mine, I wouldnt have taken it. I dont understand how they dont have to tell you your payment before you sign everything. Secondly, they told me how good of a deal I was getting on the car. And that I was getting $1000 instant rebate and two whole oil changes for free!! but then, when I look online at the website, I see that the exact same car is advertised for $1200 less than I paid... WITH THE $1000 REBATE!!!! They sold me a car at twelve hundred dollars over their online asking price! I will never buy a car here ever again. I feel as though I was taken advantage of.

I have a service light coming on for a front camera and my truck does not have a front camera. They wanted to charge me 99 dollars to reset the service light.

Service and maintenance department is very slow. I mean seriously it takes forever to get a part to come in for your vehicle. Every time I have bought my car here for service, at least 10 days before I get it back. Unacceptable to me.Update: 15 November 2019I wanted to post another response to this post as I was not impressed with their service after the previous visit. After speaking with the service manager about my displeasure, they took the vehicle back and did a thorough inspection, found and fixed the problem, all at no charge. So I do appreciate the service department listening and rectifying the problems.

Keith, Stacy, and Mandy in service always treat me so well that i tell people its actually a dealership i trust to get it done honestly, correct, fast, and without upsell. When i needed to run to lunch and they didnt have an extra loaner, the svc mngr let me borrow his!!

Tara Platt was absolutely amazing! I havent had this good of a sales experience since the Saturn years.I came into a situation needing to replace my 2015 Corvette Z06. GM was doing employee pricing on remaining 2019s and I needed to act fast. This was due to me leaving out of the country in a few days and not returning until the deal is over.GMs site showed me the ZR1 I was looking for available at Dieffenbach in NC. Mind you, Im in CA. I submitted my interest and right away got a call from Tara. She explained to me everything about the Vette and I was sold. Their price was even better than I expected and this ZR1 was fully loaded with 3ZR, ZTK track package, special edition Sebring Orange design package, and all!Since I was in a hurry to take care of this before I left, Tara helped guide me through the whole process and took good care of me. We got all paperwork settled right away, FedExd back and forth right before I left, and even arranged covered shipping for my vehicle to be delivered once I returned.She kept me up to date on the status while I was gone and arranged to have it delivered a couple days after my return. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and is one special car. Tara was so enthusiastic through this whole process too and super nice.I really enjoyed working with Tara and hope to do so again when the C8 Z06 comes out.Thank you Tara and Dieffenbach! Took a long time to get the work done. No one informed me, ahead of, time that I would be there 5 hours. After about 4 hours I had to inquire to find out what was taking so long.

I thought this would be my dealership for life until after the sale. They were not concerned with the little troubles that I was having after the sale. I bought the car before they did their inspection and when I alerted them about a few minor issues, they would not even look at them.

Tariq Edwards was excellent, couldnt have asked for more. He gave me his cell number, and texted me during his time away from work. I mean, who does that?! He went far above and beyond our expectations. We were only buying a cheaper used Chevy, but the level of customer service provided by him, you would have thought we were paying cash for a new Cadillac. I hope we can find the opportunity to bring our business back to him again soon, when Im able to purchase a vehicle myself, my wife sure likes her new car!

My in-laws bought a Buick Enclave and were very pleased from start to finish. I bought a GMC AT4 and I also was very pleased. Robbie Singletary was our go to guy and he did a great job. He took the time to show my in-laws how to use the new technology that the Enclave offered. Trust me, they needed all the help they could get. Hahahahaha. I am tired of going back to this place I have had my car a whole year this past March and I be at the dealership more than I drive it. Every time I go my engine light is on. I just want my car fixed and I want somebody to be able to tell me what is really wrong with it. I just want to leave this car there and say you guys can have it. I am always stranded in this car and I am tired of coming here thinking the problem is fixed and its not. I am going to have to call someone for answers
