Horrible to deal with. Delivered a defective mattress with broken springs but has a 10 yr warranty so called for weeks trying to exchange. Finally got in touch with the owner who then took 2 months to get the replacement because of rain. When he brought the replacement hed picked up the wrong size. Because we wouldnt take the wrong size mattress, he then refused to replace because the defective mattress had some dog hair on it from having to move it out of the bedroom. We could easily lint brush the hair off (no stains, spots, etc). He moves the furniture on a flat, uncovered trailer behind his truck which would get a lot more than hair on it so it was nothing but a scam. Already have calls in to an attorney. Will never purchase from this company again. Luckily the manufacturer deemed there were no stains, no hair after lint brushing, and no damage of any kind and was willing to correct the issue since the seller was so disreputable.
