Came in to exchange a battery charger and purchase a couple of tools, everyone was being polite and helpful, we came close to closing time and got side- tracked with time, until a very rude employee approached us and asked “Do you need help finding something? Because we’re closing in three minutes.” she was using a very aggressive and rude tone, my husband told her we were still looking but we didn’t need help, so that if she was running us out then we would leave. She then changed her tone and said no but that she was just doing her job. We walked to the register to just get out business done and leave. This was very rude and a big turn off. This was my first and last time at this location. I asked for her name on my way out, she told me her name was “TUTU.”

Some customers wore masks. Employees did not. Easy to social distance. The store was clean and well stocked

Such a great toy store! Clean restrooms were a welcome surprise, staff was very friendly and helpful, even brought my purchases outside for me as I pulled my car up as it was raining heavily.

Went to 3 places looking for parts bins they had a great selection of tools reasonably priced getting help is sometimes a challenge but they are pleasant when you get help and they welcome you to the store as you walk in.

Good and cheap place some things are worth of money

Absolutely WorthlessI was here 2 weeks ago wanting a platform truck they carry, which they didnt have at that moment. Im back two weeks later and they still dont have it. These hardware stores have one job: keep inventory in stock for their customers. Why is this so hard? I told the guy working I was coming back. Youd think he would make it a point to have that piece ordered and waiting.

Harbor freight people were very helpful. But there was only two people working. It was kind of busy and people had to wait. This is unnecessary.

Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Internet says they have the 20t shop press in stock. So I drive over an hour to find out theyre closed. No recording to let people know. Their adjusted hours are until 7pm. I got here at 6pm for nothing. Thanks for eating my time and money

Good, except HF did not have everything I went there for. I was on their web site and check inventory before I drove there, HF stated all was in inventory at store that I wanted but when I got there not so true, but could have sold out before I got there,who knows.

Ive been a decades long HF customer from east to west coast and everywhere in between. Between our homes and businesses, weve spent a lot of money here. The battery-operated tools are still pretty poor but the pneumatic and hand tools are fine. The tools are all made from by non-HF factories from generic templates. If you do your homework, you can get a tool that will last you a while particularly if you dont buy the cheapest one they have. Buy good name brand blades. I feel that this store is particularly well managed -- the manager on duty has always worked with me on returns and issues with products. Theyll work with you if something doesnt work like it should. Sometimes they have factory refurbished sales. Highly recommended.

Didnt have what I was looking for was out of stock at the time but they said the truck come in so Ill check back today to see if its come in

We love going to Harbour Freight. When you need something at a decent price, theyve usually got it.

Harbor Freight is a pretty good place for tools you just have to watch what youre buying some products are very good and some price will fail but you can always return it theyre very property when it comes to that just make sure you keep your receipt but Ill shopping Harbor Freight again I like the store

Great items for a great price. Employees are always friendly. They also dont mind helping you look for the things you want. And they also answer any questions, as best as they can and if they dont know, theyll get other employees to help.
