First time trying dairy queen and it was really good. Didnt realize we had one so close, had a chicken sandwich and ice cream both were great.❤

Had lunch. Lunch was good and well prepared but didnt get everything we ordered and had to go get it. No indoor dining.

As a DQ aficionado, I stop at any DQ I see in my travels! That being said, I have probably visited 25+ DQs on the eastern seaboard and Im going to rank this DQ as my #1 destination based on quality, taste, and customer service I have received in the 3 visits Ive made here over the past 4 years! Getting lucky is visiting an establishment once and having all 3 of those qualifications collide in your experience, doing it on 3 different occasions during 3 different visits, and you earn repeat business! Im not gonna say its a great visit 9/12/21 on my 3rd visit to this DQ, Im gonna rank it as a phenomenal visit! Wow...if every establishment were ran this way then we would not need a ratings system to tell us who doing their jobs and who are not! Small business nothing fancy but the building doesnt make this place, the employees whom care enough to give their customers an outstanding product out the door every order at a time! The ice cream here was and is to this day the most freshest ice cream that DQ can produce second best Ive ever eaten is in Havelock, NC near the Marine Corp base at Cherry Point! To DQ management of this property, your employees that worked this past Sunday 9/12/21 around 1pm, please let them know that their customer service was exemplary on this day and the product in which they put out the door is DQ Standard and was incredible!

Unfortunately they were out of milk for shakes (which is strange) so I didnt get anything, but nobody else in the car complained so I guess it was good.

Excellent customer service. Great food. Only drive thru open due to COVID-19. I was pulling a trailer and could not go through the drive thru lane. The staff recognized my dilemma and came outside to take my order and bring the food back out.

Great customer service and very respectful but the chicken strip box at this location needs some work. The gravy is just water with white paint pretty much if this is how this city has been eating there gravy then yall are truly missing out on what Dqs signature gravy taste like. Please do better with the gravy and toast the bread a tad bit longer. Again the employees were awesome but the cooking needs some retraining.

Came here got a cone. Total was 2.55. An Anglo-Saxon employee handed me my cone took my money decided to tip herself and gave me 1.45 in change. People shouldnt assume youre going tip them. She technically stole from me. She couldve asked even then that wouldve been in appropriate. Maybe you should pay your staff more so they arent petty thieves towards customers.

Always a nice place to get a sweet treat. The store is always super clean and the staff are top notch in customer service. They always have a great variety to choose from for the whole family. Shakes, blizzards, sloshes, iced coffees, cones dipped or not, food, and of course the famous ice cream cakes. This place will always be special to ke and anyone in the area should stop by and grab something sweet to eat or some hot food. They also have monthly blizzards that swap out flavors.

Rockingham Dairy Queen was busy!!..The line was wrapped around the building...while in line a few workers were sitting on the counter...doing nothing...& when we finally reached the area to pay...4 workers were back there..WORKING!!..SMH!!

First time I think they ever flipped my cup and served me the blizzard upside down. I thought it was pretty cool but I guess I was told thats the way they are supposed to serve it. Maybe I never noticed it but either way its clean and people were nice. Also I had a ice cream cake here for a birthday and they girl who wrote on the cake did a fantastic job. Thanks again.

Really good. I went there as a stop on a road trip and had the Oreo cookie jar blizzard. Was great. 10/10 would recommend.

Best banana splits.on the small size but still love them they also give me a.scoop for my dog, free,.but most times I get here scoop on cone..have to hold it for her to lick ..her preference...will wait patiently and licks it real slow..she loves it...

I just need to know why they have an unloved treats section for a discounted price. Why are the treats unloved? Did someone taste them first? Did they look nasty? Was there a problem? Can I return the bottom of my blizzard? Because I didnt necessarily love the bottom of it. Are they going to resale what I already paid for? I wanna know what three people didnt love their treats.

Fast service, tasty food at reasonable prices. Also this place was clean including bathroom. Dining area was small but cozy and comfortable.

Ice cream was great, but the owner was there and she was so rude to an old man. She went behind the counter to get ice cream for her small daughter and did not wash her hands.

Great place for quick Ive cream treat without a lot of money

Just another chain DQ. This one Id quite old as far as the building and all. The drive thru isnt long/wide at all. The inside is sortve small as well. All this is because the building is old and situated on a odd corner. The food and ice cream is always great. The Royal Cheesecake Blast is my favorite. Would give 5 stars but there always seems to be a wait her so 4 stars.

Really small parking lot, not a full service DQ and service kinda slow but was very busy while we were there. Food served was good.

Always good and was really nice having someone playing on a guitar as we enjoyed our dessert.
