Yes they provided the service I came for, but customer service also means being kind and respectful to your customers. the moment I walked in the door the blonde lady acted as if I had done something to her just by asking if I was in the right place. She had a nasty attitude and acted like she absolutely did not want to assist me.Edit: I appreciate the owner replying and apologizing. I’ll change my rating because as a customer, having an owner reach out shows that you care about your business and customer, one associate doesn’t define a business. As a first time customer, I truly did not expect that walking in the door, however the service was performed in a timely manner.
