I greatly recommend this auto body shop, they repaired my vehicle after an accident, and went above and beyond my expectations of buffing and filling door dings, where my door was keyed, and gave me a great deal on new tires and wheels as an additional service!

I had a small accident 1 year ago and took my car for the repair there. Overal they did a good job but only after they found that my insurance would pay. They are not responsive and polite before they get the money. They charged my insurance 22k for a front bumper, and a bent hood. Yes they change everything. And yes they painted my entire car. The left damage on the roof glass. Their paint job chips easily if a small gravel hits your car on the road. They left the trunk of my car semi-open under the rain. They ordered parts after 2 months that my car was there. They painted my entire car to get the paint match. There are more stuff. But I agree with the other customer that they pay for their reviews.

I’ve been bringing my cars to Jeff and his team for years and I’m always amazed at their attention to detail and professionalism. They’re also fantastic at helping navigate through the insurance paperwork which is invaluable. Can’t say I look forward to using them again, but you know what I mean :).

Jeff and team did an amazing job on my car, especially considering the damage done by the hit and run was not on smooth surfaces. My wife’s X3 was backed into neighbor and the side was crushed in. At the recommendation of a friend, I had used Highway Auto Body for my own car several years ago when it was damaged in a parking lot and they did a wonderful job. For my wife’s car, they handled all of the insurance issues, including getting a higher payment when the damages were greater than initially believed. It was all seamless. The car came out like a brand new vehicle. They even backed out scratches another minor blemishes without charge. It look like a new car. Everyone at Highway was friendly and helpful. My Tesla Model 3 was repaired well and communication with Garage was spot on. Repairs were slightly high but thats what you expect from brand new professional repairs.My repairs were done ten months ago though I have taken time to write this review. Wiley was wonderful and our car looks great! Wiley was helpful and made the whole process easy including having our rental picked up at Highway! He dealt with the insurance and basically all we had to do was drop off and pick up our car. They did a thorough job and went above and beyond finding and fixing damage we didnt know about from the accident. I would highly recommend them.

I banged up my Tesla S car last year and the Dedham dealership recommended Highway Autobody. Although it took 5 months to get the parts (Teslas fault) I am now driving my beautiful red electric car that looks brand new! I cannot say enough about the staff... from Jeff to Carolyn to Wylie to Patsy, they were extremely helpful through the whole process. Highly recommended!

CAREFUL!! THESE PEOPLE PAY FOR THEIR REVIEWS!!! Please no one use this autobody service. I brought in my Tesla Model 3 a few months ago and did not get it back until 4 months later. Not only was there poor communication but when I got my car back, it was extremely dirty. I am honestly so shocked how they have such high reviews and that is why I used them. They literally bait you into putting your car with them and then charge your insurance a ridiculous amount - 27k... and then no communication. Honestly still scarred from this experience, I should have wrote a review before but please please learn from my mistakes.

I definitely recommend Highway Auto Body! The entire staff is very courteous and professional and the facility is very clean, welcoming and in a convenient location.Dropped off my 2013 BMW 328i xdrive to be repaired after being rear ended in a minor fender bender. Highway Auto Body did a great job fixing the damage (looks like new) and handling all of the insurance and rental car paper work.

For work Ive been bringing vehicles to them and their work is amazing. Theyre great people I recommend them to anyone youll have a great experience here.
