Just recently bought a suburban from Rockland auto brokers after searching for something reliable, affordable and with lower miles for my growing family. I emailed inquiring about a vehicle and within minutes heard back from Adriano. We went to look at the vehicle and he was super polite and personable (not pushy or trying to sell us on anything at all which was great) we test drove it and came back and chatted numbers and talked about trade in and financing. He was extremely transparent and honest with us which was a huge bonus. We did a little running around, but ultimately financed through their in house bank (which was great by the way) and i worked with junior on that. That was a very simple process again, extremely courteous and professional. Made for an easy, enjoyable transaction. Hopefully I am not in the market for another vehicle for a while, but if i am would absolutely go back to rockland auto brokers if they had what i was looking for. Got a great used truck for a very modest price, financing was easy as well with good credit. Typical used car scumbag dealer. Hide everything they can and bull$&?@ what ever you question. The owner is a pro at this. Be careful buying cars from this place. Their masters at hiding stuff (exhaust manifolds and rust). Trust me. They can be hidden and these guys are great at doing it.

DONT BUT FROM HERE. Was sold a car that supposedly ran completly fine and worked great but even within a month of purchasing i was going back and forth to and from the dealership trying to fix problems that were happening and probably went back 4 seperate time for 4 seperate issues within a month and after that the car started needing a jump every day come to find out its had electrical issues which were known about by the dealership also traded in my old car and requested the custom radio i had put in it back after i gave them the stock radio and that was agreed upon until we were supposed to get the radio and were told it was sold with it in it so i took a ride down there because i wanted my radio and saw the car i had traded in still sitting in the lot untouched unsold and with the radio still in it and after arguing about it i finally got back the radio. Do not purchase a car from here unless you like seeing your mechanic almost daily

If there was a negative star selection I would give them negative 10. What a scam. He did me wrong. I was screwed by prior dealer. Traded in car that was in accident and not safe. He gave me 4 grand, turned around and sold it for 9 grand. Vehicle I purchased from him had not been looked at prior to me purchasing it. Had to lose 5 days of work going back and forth until his mechanics could figure out the exhaust. All along I was telling them the issue. Than sends me 1st Acura to finance remaining balance. On paper work it looks like I bought jeep from first Acura. For the person underneath me..did Adriano pay you yo write this review?? Better than you average Joe used car dealer! The owner Adriano is a nice but a crock Brazilian guy with a smile and friendly can easily rip you pocket off! Makesure to inspect the car by an independent dealer BEFORE signing under any contract. If you finance in house, they use first Acura in Seekonk, MA but it can eventually change hands to another financial company.Most important STAY CLEAR FROM THAT GWC EXTENDED INSURANCE!!!!! That is going to cost you loads of cash and when it is time to take advantage of it because of their bad reputation many mechanics almost 98% of them will refuse to accept it! So you end up with a Mikey Mouse repair!!!😱Bottomline should you find a car to buy at Rockland Auto you must do your own pre-inspection first! As is with any other used auto dealer, Specially if you finance it!!!! it is worth it to take a looI but never trust the owners smile and friendliness, because isa ripper🤝😎

I bought a 2006 Range Rover- I love the vehicle; however what you didnt tell me is there was a larger tire put on the rear passenger tire which is why the tire pressure light was always on. This caused that tire to rub against the axle for the past three months.. You also didnt tell me it needed and O2 Sensor- within miles of driving it off the lot.Just make sure the car or truck your buying is in tip top shape before you leave..Ive had this vehicle 5 months. And I have been advised it needs a new transmission, and has numerous electrical issues.How do you sell a vehicle to a customer knowing it has problems? Are you not concerned about your reputation/ business?
