I put air in the flat tire and managed to make it to TW. They fixed the flat in record time. Free. I bought my tires there last year which qualified me for free flat repairs. Thank you

My husband and I will not be returning to this location!! The employees are friendly, yes! However, the service has only cost us MORE money each visit. The first visit we purchased tires and, after having them mounted we noticed the center piece to one of the specialty hub caps was missing. I am assuming it ended up broken since the only way to remove them is from the inside...? Either way, it was never mentioned to us by any of the employees. My husband decided to avoid the hassle and never went back inside to speak with someone. Second visit for the free rotation resulted in a broken lug nut. Again, NEVER mentioned to us!! So, my husband decided to never return. Quite upsetting since we have the free lifetime rotations and repair of the tires. Which will now cost us more money to have roatated at another location.

Had 4 tires mounted. Neither staff wore masks, none apparently available. Waiting area felt post- apocalypse- not a magazine or scrap of reading material anywhere in a gloomy building on its 3rd or 4th occupant. Maybe just post- pandemic but its past time to put the magazines back out, spruce up the place and get a new printer. Then they broke a stud sorry, we cant do anything about that. Then, before getting in my car to leave, I noticed they mounted at least one tire backwards (they are directional tires): back in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Then a 10 minute wait while they disassembled and reassembled the printer to get it to print the receipt. Ill stick with the local non- franchise shops- who are also cheaper- even if appointments are farther out. And now, a day later, I look at the receipt and realize they charged me $30 for TPMS valves and caps. My car, the year and model of which is noted, doesnt have TPMS. Btw, being disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit is not an apology, its blaming me for your incompetence.

My tires were installed quickly and well, they listened to my requests, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the cost was very competitive. Ill definitely be going back for further tire service!

I bought 4 all season tires here today. I had a great experience. I called yesterday. They offered several options at different price points and ultimately they were the best price around after calling other places. They got me an appointment the next day and let me drop the car off early. I didnt wait for it but they called me when it was ready and they were done within an hour of my appointment time. The waiting room seemed pleasant, spacious and clean. The staff member I worked with was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are great. I bought my tires about 8 months ago. The service was great and the prices cant be beat. Today I called because I had a slow leak and Shane took us right in. He was kind and courteous. It took him 15 minutes before we got the call that my tire was fixed. I had a tear in the gasket that goes around the stem. I would recommend Tire Warehouse in Rockland for their great quality care and service.

I thought it was great! I had all four tires put on, super friendly staff and very quick! I had an issue with my tire pressure light and took it back over a week later. They got me right in, checked all four tires, explained why my light is still on, because the battery died in front left tire. Im not sure what the young mans name is that was in the garage but he was very nice! Shane, was extremely helpful as well!

Called to get trailer tires I could pay for ones that were coming in because the person on the phone said they were all first come first serve. I needed to be guaranteed I could have tires for my trailer by weeks end and they could.

I came into the store in Rockland and I had a small leak in my tire. I meet Shane at the counter when I came in. He was welcoming and pleasant... I told him the situation and got me in. JC looked at my tire and found that this tiny nail like thing had gotten into my tire in my treads (how I have no idea). They got it patched and taken care so I could continue on my day... I highly recommend this store to anyone In the mid coast area. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you McKayla and the entire Rockland location! I went in today assuming I would just need a tire patched. They take the vehicle back and soon after the assistant manager had come out to me explaining that my tires weren’t safe and she was worried about my safety moving further. I for one am astonished by how thoughtful and caring someone has to be to worry like that, anyways. We talked over options and I ended up leaving there with 4 brand new tires and a huge smile. This has to be the speediest, and the friendliest customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you again guys! I absolutely love them.

I was pretty sure I knocked my car out of alignment yesterday, so this morning I called Tire Warehouse in Rockland first because they were so great the other day. Dan was able to get me right in. The guys took car of my car quickly and were very friendly once again. They didnt even tease me about my driving ha ha! I got some pictures while I was there because I have been in other Tire Warehouse shops and this shop is very nice. They are having a grand opening on July 28th with free food and prizes and some activities for kids. Sounds fun!

I came into the Tire Warehouse in Rockland, Maine today in desperate need of new tires. After speaking with Shane he determined that they didn’t have the exact size I needed but had some slightly smaller tires that would work & were within my budget. After getting my vehicle in he determined that the tires he had quoted me would actually be too small height wise & upgraded me to a tire that not only would look good but was actually a much better tire overall. Because my front tires were in such bad shape & knowing that I couldn’t afford the extra $300+ for the upgraded tires, Shane honored his original quote. I highly recommend doing business with the Rockland Tire Warehouse & will personally return here for any of my future tire needs. We had studded snow tires put on our vehicle and one started to have a slow leak. We were able to take the vehicle back in, they quickly discovered the problem and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!! Rockland tire warehouse is the best! I needed new tires and had no idea what I needed or what tires are what! Jake the manager listened and helped me figure out the best tires for my vehicle! With no appointment I got in and out fairly quickly thank you again for everything!

Went in for an alignment. After an hour and a half they said they were unable to get the camber to the correct spec. When I made the appointment I also asked for a slow leak to be checked in one of the tires, but it wasn’t and they even brought the car back out with the tire still low, didn’t even top it off. Meaning they performed the alignment with a deflated tire. Lack of attention

I made an early morning appointment and when the crew realized there were more cars than workers, they called in two more employees who showed up early and went straight to work. When they discovered they didnt have the tires in stock that my quote was based on, they made sure I got a better deal on a tire I ended up liking better. I woke up this morning to find a flat tire. The coldest morning we have had! Got the donut on and went straight to Tire Warehouse. I was thinking I would have to leave my car there for the day to get new tires put on but they went way, way, way, above their job! They took it right in and put new tires on right then and there! There customer service was way more than I have ever experienced anywhere! Annie and Jake were the kindest people I have ever encountered and I pray God blesses them abundantly for being so kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy to make sure I had a safe ride. We have been a customer of Tire Warehouse for a number of years going to Belfast for great service. We were thrilled when a store opened in Rockland as it is so close to home.Recently we had to go in to have the tires rotated and the staff noticed that two of the tires had leaks. They took the time to reseal all of the tires on our car and went above and beyond what I was expecting given how busy they were.A great place, great service and very friendly staff!
