High quality workmanship; They always do the best they can to fit me in, even on last minute calls, if it is at all possible; They go the extra mile, literally; They take the time to go over with you and make clear to you any problems and recommendations; I find them to be honest and forthright. I trust them implicitly....and, when it comes to car repair, that alone is worth its weight in gold. I went to them first with a Volvo, which is their specialization (although theyll work on any car). Now that I have a Honda, due to an 18 wheeler colliding with and totaling my Volvo, I am not planning any service changes. Very happy with WCS!

Every time I call with an issue they get me right in! Always diagnose and fix the problem with professionalism. If rental car is needed they set that up for me, Car rental company meets me at WCS with the rental. The guys are always great! Friendly. Professional. I live on Cape Cod and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

These mechanics are very professional and honest. I wasnt displeased with my prior mechanic but Wally & staff are such straight-shooters and realistic with their assessments that its easy to have confidence in their work. I highly recommend this business.

WCS has been working on our cars for over five years and the work has been top notch from the start and never wavered.WCS stands behind their work and do their best to make it right. One example: When a muffler section they had replaced 18 months ago began to make noise, I was told it was within the parts warranty period and theyd replace the part. No charge.One of our cars had a CEL that the brand specialist couldnt diagnose. Wallys techs did.When they replaced the head gasket on our Volvo, Wally called us a few times to make sure that everything was okay with the car.We go for everything from oil change and tires (best prices in town!) to major service. Whether for our Volvo or Saab, Wallys our one stop shop.

I have been bringing my 2003 Volvo S60 here for repairs for years. Wally is extremely professional and trustworthy/ He always explains the problems in great detail and presents all options clearly. I recently had some serious front end problems (broken ball joint, axle, control arms) which were going to run around $1500. We decided to trade the car in for a new car (different dealer) without repairing. Wally facilitated the process even though he didnt charge a nickel. Highly recommend this place for any car repair especially Volvo.

WCS Automotive replaced my heater core with factory installed Behr heater core in my 2000 Volvo on 9/27/2012 and I paid $632.23. I noticed the issue was never fully resolved and I took the car back to WCS. They told me the leak is not from heater core changed expansion tank on 12/22/2014 and I paid $267.76. I took it to the Volvo dealer on 12/8/2017 and they told me the heater core is the issue and it is leaking and need to be replaced. I have driven about 35,000 miles since WCS replaced my heater core and I was told the life of heater core is about 10 -12 years. I called WCS on 12/8/2017 and they quoted me $780.00 to replace the heater core. Wally and his staff are friendly and smooth talkers. I would not recommend WCS Automotive to anyone based on the workmanship or quality of their work.

I couldnt be happier with my experience at WCS Automotive. I was very impress with the professionalism of everyone over there and their amount of certification for the technicians is unbelievable.The first tech who work with my car (Scott i think, sorry bad memory for name) have been with them for 19-22 years if Im correct. He found the noise problem right away while the dealer where I bought the car couldnt find it and was charging me an enormous amount of money to replace something else (that finally didnt need to be replace)Wally was really good for explaining the problem too me and the job was done really fast. At the end it was even cheaper that what was quote at the beginning.As i said I couldnt been happier with them. They got an amazing place, lot of bay to work, a nice waiting room... I just wish I could be friend with them and hang there all day long!But seriously WCS is your to go place for any Volvo, I will highly recommend them to everyone i know who own a Volvo!
