The Pharmacy is a HOT. MESS. The people working here are rude, dismissive, and disorganized, and they’re far more concerned with gossiping loudly with one another than about doing their work.It’s also quite telling that my review isn’t the first negative one regarding the Pharmacy staff.There’s another CVS Pharmacy a mile up the road, and a Walgreens across the street, so if you can avoid coming to this one, please do.EDIT: Bumped this up to two stars because the pharmacist was a sweetheart, but my review for the rest of the staff remains as is.

The pharmacy needs more people, the employees are over worked&customers suffer bc of it.

I find CVS to be a bit on the high side but by use of strategic shopping and Extra Bucks I do ok.

How rude of whomever is working the pharmacy there this morning.. I called and was placed on hold, gave my name and then was pit back on hold, then when they came back i didnt understand what they said, so i asked what was said and they hung up. I called back and as i was on hold after the prompts, the phone was picked up then instantly hung up. Terrible customer service.

Omg the worst. I spent 13 minutes on hold- the person who took my call complained that they were too busy. She was rude and then put me on hold for another 10 minutes. GOD I MISS BEMIS😭. wont refill them there again

I went online and ordered to print pictures and got an email saying everything was all set and ready to be picked at this time. I called and said are pictures for so and so ready and she said the machine is broke and hung up

Not enough cashiers

Some areas are abandoned. Theyre messy and dusty. The little Claires display is super messy and merchandise is on the floor. It needs more supervision.

I love the fact that they open at 7:00am, which is really helpful to those of us who start the day early. Employees are friendly and I always find what Im looking for. The only complaint I have is the long line for the pharmacy. They always seem to be understaffed and overwhelmed with things to do. Please have another cashier there to help people picking up their prescriptions.

Store hours are incorrect as posted on the building. Their sign clearly states they are open until 10pm but at 820PM they locked their doors with no sign saying why.No one answered the phone. Terrible customer service.

I usually dont have an issue but tonight I went there about 8:50 (10minutes before closing) and there are three people ahead of me waiting patiently not complaining and the employees behind the counter seem to be fine. Well all of a sudden a young women dressed like she just came from the gym walks in with a couple of bags of caps and drops them on the counter in a very agitated manor. Shes not wearing the white lab coat goes behind the counter and starts pulling out the collapsible wall making a big deal out of to let everyone know they were closing. None of the other employees seem to have an issue. I just hope it was just an off day for her because everybody is usally friendly.

This pharmacy is awful. The store associates are great, but 95% of the pharmacy employees have been incredibly rude. I dont think I have ever had a good experience.

The pharmacy was closed but the pharmacist was still there. She told me she would try to ring me up and see if it would go through. They were so great and sweet!!!

My wife had a current coupon ($5.00) that was not honored because the original purchase was by me under a different card number. We are both long time CVS customers here and know many of the staff by first name. The employee even verified our accounts but would not honor the coupon. A call to Corporate to obtain same numbers advised us that my wife should go to a different CVS. The manager of Market Street store could not believe Corporate advice and apologized for treatment my wife received. I am Caucasian and my wife is Asian. This discrimination and prejudice as well as Corporate input is unacceptable. My wife is so embarrassed that she will no longer go to CVS. In the past I have constantly given my wife coupons - which have been redeemed - as I seldom have use for some, since they are for feminine products.This entire CVS chain should undertake sensitivity training and the employee who serviced my wife should be reprimanded. Incredible. I consider their handling of this, the disrespect and prejudice of CVS employee and Corporate response disgusting.

The store is always very clean and well managed.

I called the minute clinic and no one picked up so I decided to stop in and try to get a flu shot. The nurse working told me she was about to take her lunch break in a few minutes and refused to help me. I asked her if she could squeeze me in because I was on my lunch break, she refused and told me her break was starting soon. She wasnt even on break yet and still wouldnt help me. So I politely asked her if she could recommend any preventative medicine for the flu. Her reply was no tell people to cover their mouths when the cough.... great advice lady thanks for zero help. I will never go back there for anything.

Tried to call in a refill and look it up, was on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, when I did they answered the phone by saying we are busy so either hold on or hang up and call later in a very rude voice and hung up on me. Mabey you should train your staff phone manners.

Script was faxed over an hour b4 pickup..not ready... 😞

I had to go to the pharmacy three times to get my three month prescription.

The few times Ive went there Ive always had to wait in a line. And not just a 2 person line. Were talking 5-6 people and its not that busy of a store, just every transaction seems to take forever.

Gettin Ridiculous

This is the 6th time in a row Ive gone to pick up my prescription between 845-850 and the pharmacy is already closed down. It says 9, you should be open until 9. Not all of us can make it every time early &clearly no one cares enough. If your gonna close before 9, change your times.

Thank you to the pharmacists for being open and friendly during the 2013 blizzard. My baby was sick and you took care of him.
