I havent gotten my quartz yet but the girl that waited on me was the best her customer service was incredible. I have been shopping around and came across this place I was kind of leary about it thought the price was going to be crazy it wasnt she was so helpful and loki well just added to the whole experience cant wait to go to place my order to tell the truth cant wait to see loki

I worked with Rafaela to redo my kitchen and it was an awesome experience. I am a first time homeowner and the process of redoing my kitchen was very stressful and very expensive. I searched high and low for quartz prices that were reasonable, and then I stumbled upon South Shore Granite. I went into the showroom and by Monday I had my order placed and someone was scheduled to create my template. I even requested to go check out my slab to make sure it was definitely what I wanted and I got a response almost instantly with the location. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, clear and there were no hidden costs or issues. I am so happy with my new kitchen! Thank you guys so much!!

We had quartz countertops placed in August and from the beginning to the install it was a wonderful experience. Raphaela was amazing throughout the whole process. We had an issue with a crack and again they came through for us. Amazing customer service and I would highly recommend them!

The best Granite Place in MA. I shopped around to many granite places when doing me kitchen. I was so lucky to find South Shore Granite. Their prices were the best, the customer service was off the charts wonderful. The installers were knowledgeable. Even when they had to come back a few times they were awesome. My counters are the show stoppers of the entire kitchen. Dont hesitate! They are awesome!

It started last year when I did my downstairs lower unit .I was recommended from my sister in Braintree to see Rafaela. And so I did. Rafaela was just very kind and patient with me . She was very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. I met you then Bruna and I wasn’t sure about the granite you had in stock but you suggested there was more coming. And you later helped me pick a beautiful fantasy brown. Which i Love. Thank You. I came back last month to see Rafaella for another job and she suggested that I go see Phil to pick another stone. Phil was also very helpful. And we found a beautiful stone, the first one . He was very patient with me when I explained to him I wanted the grain going left to right instead of front to back. He assured me he understood my request and he made sure the men in the shop new that.. And so today was the install.Today is the second time I did business with you guys at South Shore Granite. I was very pleased with my lower unit kitchen work that was done last April however I neglected to send an email. South Shore Granite installed my upstairs kitchen today and two bathrooms Along with a desk in my den. Gerard was here again for the install but the other two men were different. They All worked hard and nonstop, beginning to end. The men were Very professional all . Gerard made sure to ask questions . It was obvious he wanted me to be pleased with the job they did. And to say that I was pleased would be an understatement. So my whole experience with South Shore Granite beginning to end was just an absolute pleasure.What a great company. They installed the princess white granite in my kitchen. They did a good job. One of the clips for my sink came out, but as soon as I called them, they responded immediately and came out within a couple days. Granite looks great. Installers were courteous and neat. I will post pictures once my backsplash is in.

Didnt have a great experience with this company. Im not going to go into the details as its a he said/she said type of miss communication and I didnt document our agreement over email which in reflection was probably my error. The granite looks great, there is a hairline fracture in the island but Im not sure what can be done to fix that. If you want to use this company, just document all your assumptions over email. Its a shame because Im the biggest advocate for companies that do a good job, but in this case Ill probably be telling folks to go somewhere else.

We found South Shore Granite 2 years ago when remodeling our kitchen. Now we just bought a home and there was no doubt in my mind that we would use them again. Prices are great and I love that it is a family business. All involved are very professional and helpful. A great experience X 2!! You cannot go wrong using them.

Amazing people. Just had my countertops installed today and they look fantastic! Great price, we went with the Samoa at $24.99 Sq. Beautiful color whites, grays, tans just brought everything together in the kitchen. Very professional, on time, installation crew was wonderful. I highly recommend!

We ordered quartz countertops from South Shore Granite after a friend recommended them to us. They did an amazing job!! The counters are exactly what we wanted. Im a contractor in the South Shore area and Ive been using South Shore Granite for 2 years now. Great prices, fast turnaround, very professional. I highly recommend.

Amateurs but at least they took $1,000 off. First red flag was measuring by hand. Then on installation they realized they cut the sink hole incorrectly. There were several more attempts, delays and rescheduling. The finished product has an off-center sink, inconsistent overhangs, off-color stains, sloppy seams and is not sealed properly. They offered to remove and refund 100% but it would have put us over a month behind schedule. Chances are we will replace these at some point.In response to the companys response:As I mentioned, there were numerous mistakes, not just one. The contract does not state a satisfaction guarantee. It does state the location of seams would be discussed which never happened. When the entirety of issues were presented to a manager the only options were to take the discount or have everything removed for full refund. At this point the job was already two weeks overdue and we had to keep pushing other vendors back. During installation, the company stated the stain could be removed. It was not on the sample we were given.

Good value overall. Much cheaper than big competitors, somewhat cheaper than small ones. Good installation quality. There was an issue with billing that was resolved in a reasonable manner.

Just had my countertop installed by South Shore Granite. We love the Ranier Quartz with our light grey cabinets and we got the d-shape sink that was included with the quart and we absolutely LOVE IT! Highly recommended. Great deals to meet every budget.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!They took my deposit scheduled my template date I called Friday to confirm my appointment for Monday appointment they confirmed the date and time I called Monday morning to confirm the exact time and they told me they were not coming and it was too far away ! They were not even going to tell me!! We never received an email or a phone call and its only 2.5 hours not 3.5 hours away

South Shore Granite is a great place to get granite!! Customer service is on point. Being as it was our first time upgrading our home, we wanted to make sure the quality was right to increase the value.

Unbelievably rude folks, especially the non-English-speaking installers who come to your house and are more than a little surly. They forgot to bring samples to the house when they came to measure. Initial measuring was way off and they fussed like crazy when I pointed that out. But to their credit they (grudgingly) redid it. One thing that is a little wierd is that their countertops arent secured to the cabinets in any way -- they are just resting there -- I realize they are heavy and unlikely to move but Ive never heard of this. Pretty lacking in professionalism -- my hunch is that this may be just a side business for the owners or something like that. Everything seemed very very rushed. With so many competitors I would just use another company next time. The material they used looks very nice though.

Terrible service wouldnt fix any of my concerns said that there are my problem .Sink cutout is a 1/2 inch if they had to fix I would have to pay me for a new slab. Check BBB rating of C- wish I check that first . Dont buy from them

The only good thing about this place is there cheap prices. When they came to do the template they did not have any of the samples they said they had. So I had to drive all the way to MSI stone about 45 min from my house. Then when they install the countertops, the stove would not go in because they cut it wrong. They came back and brown down the edge of the countertop and did not polish it. Furthermore, they made a big gouge in my backsplash tile. Overall a really sloppy cheap job. It is OK for rentals but not for my house. I am very disappointed. If I were you I would not hire these guys.
