Had an awesome experience with order pickup with Nitesh. He was polite and super helpful. I was very concerned on how I will fit a big order of kitchen cabinets in my car not only he helped me figure it out but also help me load it up. Fred on the second turn was also helpful. Very positive experience and helpful staff.

WORST customer service ever. Went through the kitchen design department to order kitchen cabinets. We went with the in-stock cabinets, they took two months to come in (manufacturing delayed due to COVID) when we finally got the cabinets in, we picked them up and brought them all home. Once we started to open them up and found that they were all damaged, a few of them severely damaged, the paint on corners was worn off and dents/dings. We called Home Depot and was back or forth with them for a few weeks, they wanted us to take a picture of every damaged spot on every cabinet in order to return anything. Eventually the manager just re-ordered every thing and we were supposed to go though each cabinet and prove damage. The new order took another two months, and when we scheduled a time to pick the manager was no where to be found. Instead they put all the cabinets (about 20) on the front curb for my fiance and I to go through. The new order had mostly all damaged cabinets as well so we basically had to pick the better of the two. The only helpful person was a nice women in customer service who was tasked with bringing all the returned cabinets into the store by herself, we ended up helping her load everything up onto push carts. We first sat down with the the kitchen design team in March and we finally have our cabinets up in November, awful experience. I will be going to Lowes from now on.

I had a problem with an item I ordered. The customer service person, Stacy, understood my concerns and asked her supervisor, Kat what they could do to resolved it. The outcome exceeded my expectations!Thank you for your understanding and kindness. You ladies rock!!!

Opted for curbside pick up to avoid the lines. It took about 20 minutes before they brought out my purchase. The person was apologetic and very nice.

In February of 2021 I ordered and had Installed 4 Anderson Storm doors for my house. Been back to the store about the installation serval times and had one salesperson basically say because of COVID-19 a bad install is excepted and deal with it. After an argument a new contractor showed up in September and repair the front door but never repair the back patio door which leaks like a river during any rain storm. You are unable to email the store about the problem going on but call only which gives no paper trail about the problem.the store also keeps you from talking to the store manager at all they are always too busy to deal with problems going on

Home Depot for the second time in a row has stealthily canceled part of my online order without notice.This resulted in me having to re-enter my large order, including typing back in the gift cards, and then of course I couldn’t get the same shipment date at this point that I originally had.Never had this issue with Lowe’s, or any other company for that matter.If it wasn’t for the gift cards I had, I would not have even bothered trying to order from Home Depot.Go to Lowe’s folks, they know how to process orders correctly!

Love this Home Depot, I enjoy shopping here they always have what Im looking for, sometimes they dont always have everything I need, but for the most part I always usually find everything Im looking for. The employees are amazing very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about all different kinds of products they sell. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Nick in the paint department has made me stay with shopping at homedepot I had bad experience with the garden here in Rockland and had to come and get paint he was very patient and full of knowledge great customer service that needs to be recognized thank you Nick for your great customer service.

I called Home Depot yesterday to find out why my windows that were ordered in May still hadn’t arrived. The guy I talked to didn’t have an answer for me, told me there was a note in the computer but he didn’t know what it was. I asked to speak to someone who knew what was going on. I was transferred to someone else who then transferred me back to the first guy! This incompetence is completely pathetic. I do not recommend ordering anything through Home Depot.

The people who work here are very unprofessional. Also not sure why but there is barely any associates around to help. And some one I asked didn’t understand me because his English is not good. He told me he doesn’t understand. It was a disappointing trip. Will not return to this location

Stephanie in the appliance department was great. I was looking for a very specific brand and color of refrigerator which I had not been able to fine anywhere. She went online and was able to find exactly what I wanted.

Was told by a local how good it was, I was disappointed. Still takeout only, told them would eat in my car. ordered calzone and sub for my wife. Calzone wasnt cut, no marinara sauce and all the spinach was piled up in the center. Seems napkins are an option too

I love shopping at the Home Depot they have many items for all different occasions not just Home Improvement as of today I had just gotten a dog bed and dog toys last week I ended up getting a Wi-Fi range enhancer so theres a lot more that they offer than just wooden tools all the employees that are very nice and extremely helpful just like to say thank you to all of them I would definitely recommend this place

I love Home Depot

Very good at Home Depot with a large selection a very attentive workforce for what you would expect a big box store. They also have a Dunkin’ Donuts, which is a plus. I’ve never encountered low stock pile‘s except in extreme weather conditions, and in fact they tended to have a bit more stock than other places at that moment. Very good prices, plenty of parking, and once again very accommodating employees. I like shopping at this location. Solid.

4 stars because I have spotty customer service whenever I’m here (which is 3-5 times a week). Besides that, great selection and everything is super easy to find.

Unorganized store no help road help would help they have a clueless the lights on upstairs with employees but theyre not home its like shopping at a kitty candy store

Gotta love when a stores employees will talk negatively about you within ear shot. Came to look for a Christmas tree, but left due to the rude employees making us uncomfortable. We have come here every year for our tree, and never had we ever been treated with such disrespect. I myself am physically disabled, and were made to feel as if we were nothing but a nuisance. We did not ruin the display as he had very loudly complained. Every tree we looked at we moved carefully and set exactly as they were before. But after his comment we decided we were not welcome as customers here. Management gave a very half hearted apology. Dont go here if you expect to be treated like a human being.

The worst of a company not know for customer service . Was in the store last Sunday and found it was busy and with more employees than I have ever seen in a Home Depot. I thought that might be good thing but it was not. Most employees were gathered together in small groups with little interest in helping customers. Got responses like i am off the clock or the nod when asked for help in plumbing. Most just chose to ignore us and chat with fellow employees instead. It reminded me of when the local supermarket was getting ready to go on strike.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any Home Depot anywhere. Associates go out of their way to avoid you. And still the only ones around that still make you walk a mile with a lumber card for the one entrance youre allowed to use no one else is still doing this I avoid this place at all costs.

Nothing much to say here. The Rockland store is a tad shop worn. Not much in the way of knowledgeable help if you have a question.

Have had 4 broken tubs and 2 broken surrounds delivered to my house. Have waited on hold for a total of probably 2 days over the last two months and have been dismissed by multiple staff who dont even apologize for their poor quality products.

Purchased a new Honda Lawn mower. Received extraordinary assistance in making an informed choice from the many mower selections. Three Home Depot employees helped me get the mower in my car. A very positive experience.

The store associates were really helpful and knowledgeable. One of the employees really took the time to help me select the right potting soil for my indoor plants.

Ordered three items this morning at 930am for pick-up. System shipped two items on its own, had to cancel order and start again. At 1015 received email that one of my items from canceled order was ready for pick up. Called store - three attempts to make staff understand wasnt picking up duplicated canceled item. Canceled entire second order at 4pm, six and one half hours after placing original order. Total waste of time. Went to Lowes in Abington and picked up same items- in 10 minutes in and out. More doing, not.

Its Home Depot. It is what it is and you get what you need. While I do miss the feeling of a good town hardware store, regardless of the personal experience, HD usually has everything I need. At really good prices. And theres a lot to be said for that.

Its Home Depot everything you need to build with plus other things for around the house (grills,patio furniture,etc). I went there to look at patio umbrella but they didnt have anymore you would have to order it online. I wanted to see it first and ask questions about the difference between the $200.00 one and the $600.00 one. I didnt seek someone to talk to about them, I had to go somewhere else but I will go back to talk to someone to find out about them.

So much better than any Lowes. Marie and Crystalynn were very helpful and cordial. Both were very professional and friendly, they went the extra mile. Lost a star because the phone system is extremely dysfunctional.. Rang and rang. Had to hang up and dial back several times, then was put on hold and sent into a ringing oblivion. Took about 10-15 mins each time, only reached a person twice. Will definitely be back just because those two lovely ladies were great.

I got a great deal on a heavy duty extension cord I purchased online here. I had never been to this Home Depot. I ordered online and chose to pickup from their locker location. When I arrived at the store, the lockers were ag the main entrance. I was in and out in a few minutes, and got a great bargain online. I will be returning here to shop more.

On May first my wife and I went to buy a washer and dryer at the Home Depot in Rockland after we waited several minutes trying to get in the Store we went to the appliance department and no one was there after several minutes we found a salesman who was so exhausted he claimed from working overtime he was so tired he actually left in the middle of our-transaction . After waiting for another manager to come over from the flooring department we are tempted to purchase the washer and dryer that we had picked out at At Lowe’s after several attempts for him to try to get the computer to give us a price check discount he was so exhausted that he left right in the middle of a transaction. Then we ended up with a manager from the flooring department and it was not his forte to deal with the discounts on appliances. so then we ended up with a another manager I will not mention her name that was the most exhausting frustrating stressful purchase we had ever made after we get all my realize we did not get offered a warranty. I called today to talk to the manager. And she was being a real unsociable probably She did not realize that she had a job. And there are more people out of work then the great depression.and was probably not qualified to work today. She was obviously feeling that she had to work several hours and make a lot of money while we have the most highest unemployment that we’ve had since the great depression she was miserable and she actually hung up the phone on me. And I had to call the manager of the store to try to get my extended warranty. That all amount of time took me about an hour not to mention we were in the store for over two hours trying to purchase our appliances. By the time we left the store both my wife and I were so stressed out and the upset that we wish we had no I’ve gone to Home Depot. During this time of the virus we have seen ads for Home Depot on the TV. The fact is all the sales people I have not shown up for work for whatever reason and I know what that is there are collecting rather than work for penance. I just want to let everybody know that that was the worst experience I ever had in my 73 years of existence they should be ashamed of themselves they are only there because but I want to make the money but They cannot take the heat so they should get out of the kitchen they should’ve been in the army like I was doing the Vietnam law and then they would know what really stresses I hope this reaches somebody because that’s the law . But still I should not be open to harass people and treat them like dirt.the sales people if you can’t find one Are miserable just sharing our experience with you with a totally incompetent company who cannot handle an emergency or even a virus.J.S

The saw was not working.. Came from two other home help Storessame issue..Wondering if youre just not running it during covid 19.. Would be nice to know ahead of timeif thats the situation please let me knowhad to grab a hand saw in the molding department and cut all the wood myself.. Was not a blastwhen Ive got power tools at your store and at home.. couldnt get the Wood home for as big as it was though...

To be honest just per usual at the Rockland Home Depot all of the staff was extremely helpful and I kind of wish I had remembered their names to give them a shout out has once again they did Stellar performance help me out with getting everything within quick timing of needed materials for a complete bathroom renovation. Im actually very ahead of schedule. Whereas if I gone somewhere else more than likely I would be waiting for things and I still got a very good deal and very nice pictures and everything

Still one of my favorite stores. I was making shelving for my closet and they ran out of the size and product I needed. They were able to cut a higher priced, but same material piece and I still got the sale price. Its right around the corner for me so I always go there for my home project needs.The app works great and you can use it to find what you need and where its located within the store. The staff is friendly.
