Found exactly what I was looking for at a lower price than anyone else

We got the most unpleasant customer service from this company. We came in to check which stone is best for our fire pit seating area. When we got there one of the front desk girls greeted us and showed us to the samples. She wasn’t helpful at all. Then she left suddenly and went back to her counter. She did help us to order in rushing manner (nobody was behind us). We gave her the radius of the circle area which is 11 ft. She used the calculator and told us we need less than 2 yards. We did come up with estimate square footage but no idea how to concede to cubic yard. We even confirmed with her and she was determined she used circle formula to come up with the #. we trust her expertise. So we got 2 cubic yard and she suggested. Total $125 including $45 delivery fee. We did the calculation again and it turned out she used 11 ft as diameter instead of radius. We came back and got a nasty treatment from her. We’re all supporting local business but we’re not deserved to get this kind of treatment while spending our hard earned money. The whole time of this incident her attitude wasn’t pleasant. We didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses and username on receipt is ALY. It’s too bad it happened to us. People suck sometimes.

Driving in Norwell on rt53 and Grove St at 2:20 today one of your trucks blasted us with the air horn for not running the red turning light when he was behind us. So unnecessary and unkind. We had our newborn with us and the driver scared the bejesus out of her, again, because we didn’t run a red light.

Woman at the desk With the freckles and the nose piercing is horrible ... as I walk in the door instead of saying hello she says “wat do you want” in an extremely rude tone .... kids running the fork lift are great though... don’t let that girl ruin the great business you guys have going! Will not be returning because of this horrible experience I’ll just make the drive to TLC in Quincy instead.

The staff is very flexible and accommodating of their customers. We had a last minute issue with an order on our end and the staff was gracious and helpful.

Was behind one of their trucks on route 95 on 11/21. Stones were flying off the back of the truck, one chipped our windshield. Thanks a lot

I have been using their services for a decade or so and I go back regardless of price for my landscape supplies because of the service I received. there is no other place at 3 AM or 4 AM that you can pull into and you’ll be greeted with a smile and treated like a citizen every single time. You get what you pay for in this case I’m happy to pay for the service that I receive. I would never consider going anywhere else!

Very helpful knowledgeable staff inside sales and outside in the yard. Varied selection of landscape materials. Very competitive pricing. Accommodating delivery schedule. Delivery on time and exceptional service answered my questions and suggested some different ideas to try. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for landscape needs. Oh and I will be using them again also !

Very very helpful phone person. I ordered crushed sea shells day after 4th of July. I never seen product before delivery. They delivered within a few hours, the shells were quality, the price was good,and the wifes dream came true, beach grass and sea shells. Thanks south shore landscape.

Unprofessional company here. I bought 5 pallets of Tech Bloc and 4 yards of stone dust. I made arrangements for a delivery date I would be home to tell delivery guy where to unload, they changed the date on me and I had no choice but to except new date since I really needed the materials. They made the delivery I wasnt home, got back from work and found a pallet of bricks on top of my lawn, my drive way is big enough and it didnt make sense for them to have 4 pallets on my driveway and only one on top of my lawn. I called Dan and told him I needed the delivery guy to come back and move the one pallet from the lawn to the driveway where the other ones were, but to my surprise Dan told me he couldnt help since the driver left my house and wouldnt come back. He passed the phone to his manager and I was told again they wouldnt have the guy come back and move it from my lawn, he offered me a bag of seeds (courtesy of the house) in case the pallet made damage and told me that would be it. I told them I would leave them my sincere review and here it is. You guys should have more respect for your customers, this was very unprofessional. Ill be uploading the pictures here to my profile.
