My vehicle broke down and they really assisted me and I was also trying to purchase a large item for butcher block and the sales rep was patient with me and my car had to be running while I was in the store purchasing it. I just had so much going on when I arrived at Lowes but they helped me through it and I just grateful for that.

Terrible they are prejudice against service dogs and refused to serve me with my service dog and proceeded to tell me to leave dog out They must not know Massachusetts laws on service animals I was appalled at being treated so unfairly and uncompassionate wish I could give negative 🌟
