They had a great selection of bagels and there muffellata was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Breakfast food here is excellent, with tons of options. Drinks are ok, nothing special. Worst part is the length of time it takes to get food. Last 3 visits have been 25 minutes per visit for one sandwich. Food turn around very slow. Avoid if youre in a hurry!

Lox bagel - Thick chewy brown pieces of salmon with skin and top pieces of tomato.

Crocs & socks, bennies, poor hygiene, touching face with gloves on, not switching, touching their phones, and last but not least my “everything” bagel… looks plain. Ill be calling health services. Employees are too busy talking with their friends rather than welcoming customers.

The breakfast sandwiches are great and are available during lunch as well.

Good food when they’re actually open.I went on a Sunday at 1:10pm and they were closed even though the time they’re supposed to close is at 2pm. My boyfriend went this morning on a Monday to get breakfast before work at 5:30am and waited until 5:45am and they were still not open.

Sad excuse of a bagel shop. Literally get better bagels at gas stations.Plain, terrible everything bagels, under toasted. If you ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, they give an under toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side in cups, with no knife or utensils to spread it.Smash browns, whatever that means, are disgusting, cant even tell if there is any potatoes in it, undercooked and mushy.Staff was very disinterested, the dining room was in shambles, and there are 5 people on the staff literally doing nothing to make good food, a clean restaurant, or even friendly customer interaction.

Ive had bagels delivered a few times to my house. Everything Ive had was tasty and had me wanting more. My favorite is the salmon with capers with onions and tomatoes.

The cook needs training. He burned my bagel several times. No one washed there hands while handling food. Its covid... Do better..

Cream cheese added to bagel while hot and wrapped right up left me with more cream cheese on the outside than inside impossible to even pick up.. Thankfully I was eating there so it was remade and was enjoyed..

Bagels are very bread-like and bland. Ordered an onion bagel with vegetable cream cheese to take out and they couldnt even take the time to spread the cream cheese on the bagel. What kind of service is that? Made breakfast on the run difficult since I had a drive ahead of me. I really dont like eating food in my car, and having to prepare it as well really made me angry. At $4 for a bagel and cream cheese, the least they could do is prepare it to be ready to eat. I dont go to Dunkin and get a bagel with cream cheese for this specific reason and I wont be coming back to Bagel13 either.

Great customer service, stopped in for brunch on Sunday just 30 min before closing and staff were attentive and prepared our bagels without fuss. Delicious and nice selections of fresh bagels, our go to bagel stop while in Rockledge. Nice coffees and small sitting area, however we took ours to go, for social distancing. Staff were welcoming and thanked us for dropping in.

This place is gross and in health code violation. My food was handled bare handed after the employee 1) touched her mask and ate chips, 2) coughed all over the kitchen 3) handled money and credit cards and 4) touched the point if sale touchscreen 4 times. This would be a good place to build your immune system...otherwise avoid...

They where awesome. Made my wife so happy. The food was great. The roast beef was really good.

Just OK. All the seasoning fell off the bagel but they were good sized. Parchment paper stuck to the bottom of one of the bagels. Latte was decent. Smoothie tasted too artificial.

I have never had my special requests filled but paid for them. Always check your meal before leaving. Im done with this place. Its not hard to add onions and thin the bagel especially when you are the only customer in the restaurant.

Bagel 13 has tempted me for many many months - it’s neatly tucked away and at times isn’t my first thought for dining. Not today! I’m so happy I was able to stop in, I found the menu to be smaller with ideal selections for a healthier options. I order both the turkey club and the blt. Both were made on time, with ingredients that were fresh enough to impress grandma. Staff was super friendly and the store was very clean. 10/10, thanks and see you soon!

Great breakfast sandwiches but lacking consistency and reliability when it comes to operating hours. Recently came to grab a bagel more than an hour before closing time only to see a hand written note saying ‘closed early due to maintenance.’ Would be understandable if they were open late but it was literally 1:30 PM. Do yourself a favor and call your order in before coming in.

I have gone to this bagel13 for years but in the last 4 weeks in a row they have not toasted my bagel I have called and said something about it and they swear they are running them through the toaster but theyre still not toasted. If these people dont know how to operate a toaster it makes me worry about some of the other things they are cooking so I will no longer be going to this location

Bacon was RAW on my bagel. Went back so they could correct my order. Ask for a Loaded Smash Brown with my corrected order and they messed that up. Rather cook at home if this how Bagel ZERO is going to treat customers. Fyi I throw away food. So my gas,my time, and money was wasted on Bagel ZERO this morning. Not so Lucky 13. Called to complain about the situation and the employee told me I WAS WRONG ABOUT THE BACON BEING RAW CAUSE SHE COOKED IT. SHE ALSO TOLD ME THE BACON COMES PRE COOKED ALL WE DO IS HEAT IT UP AND I WAS TOLD TO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I GOT LOUD WITH HER AFTER SHE SAID I WAS INCORRECT ABOUT THE BACON BEING RAW. So I will not par take in Anything Bagel Zero.

Very good! The jalapeño cheddar bagel with Taylor ham egg and cheese was delicious! Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. We were just passing through but Ive added this place to my map. Easy to get to from I95 and fast service.

Very slow service almost every time and very rarely is the staff friendly. Every now and then, someone is nice, but it should be every time a customer goes in. Their bagels are not labeled either, so it’s extremely annoying to have to ask what each flavor is. The bagels sit out in the open and get stale as well.

My absolute favorite breakfast place! This is the type of local shop that you just get a craving for when you wake up in the morning! The workers are so friendly and the food is just wonderful! My go to order is a ham, egg, and cheese on a cheddar jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese instead of the regular cheese! The best!

The bagels are good and the Nitro coffee. The Lox was very off.

Excellent breakfast bagels that are baked and boiled daily. They have COLD BREW coffee with their own special blend. I love that most everything served here is homemade locally in Brevard. The Ahi Tuna bagel is my other favorite for lunch.

They have pork roll!!! I’m a Jersey guy and can attest that it is authentic. If you’re from New York New Jersey or eastern Pennsylvania this is the place to go to get your morning breakfast sandwich that you’re used to.

I really like the food at bagel 13 in general. I normally go to the other location. I ordered for pick up and the staff are always friendly. I did have difficult to get help with a to go order that was incorrect and didn’t find out till later. They were able to make accommodations.

Quick service with good bagels and drinks. Would definitely stop by again.

Friendly service, just stopped in for a couple of breakfast sandwiches for the family after some soccer training. Bacon, egg & cheese bagels... Cant go wrong with that. Taste great.

This place is okay in a pinch. Bagels are tasty but the variety is just not there. They also have a much firmer bagel than other places I have tried. Inside is small and it is difficult to get around inside when there are several customers trying to get served and waiting for their orders.

Great sandwiches

Bagels are great. I frequently will grab a dozen for all to share at work. Have to preorder a day ahead now, and thats not real convenient. I suppose more $$$ is made on individual sandwiches than dozens.

I hate to be so negative but this is the 3rd time I visited Bagel 13. Also the third time I have been extremely disappointed with the Bagels. They are cold tasting day old nothing like Bruggers or a good Jewish Bagel Store (like in NYC). The service was and has been excellent, the store clean easy to access.... BUT the bagels are stale, cold and uninviting. I came home and threw them out. I am so sorry but I tried 3 xs. Do not look here if your expecting a a bagel like Bruggers or NYC.

The service is horrible. They are unorganized. I understand it’s busy with to go orders but the people coming in the store for something shouldn’t have to wait over 15 minutes for a @&$/ toasted bagel. Have the to go orders separate from people coming in to order. An absolute joke. Also on a sidenote I know it’s not a law but nobody’s wearing gloves or facemask. I know it would make me feel better if they were wearing PPE

Fix your espresso machine

Would have given it 4 stars but the advertised Brooklyn Water type recipe doesnt come through in the taste, however they are good. You also have to get there early as this location doesnt make enough of all the types to get through lunch. I wish they made a rye bagel and a black and white bagel but I have yet to find either in Florida. Being from the Mid Atlantic area I am picky.

This is the closest I have come to New York bagels. Great selection. Bagels especially in the morning are fresh. I wish they had a location closer to me in east Orlando. But worth the 40 minute drive.

So living in Rockledge this place used to be Awesome. However, I haven’t been home in over a year because the military. I came here because i used to get bagel for breakfast daily. To begin: The RATTY looking girl working the counter was rude, they didn’t put the cream cheese on the bagel,cut or toast it, and they only gave me a tiny bit of Cream cheese. When I asked for more cream cheese she said no we can’t give you more that’s what it comes with sorry. This literally is not the same place it was, and it’s sad to say this, being it used to be my favorite place; I am NEVER coming back here EVER.

Impromptu visit waiting for a store to open, we stopped here for a light breakfast. I requested egg, cheese, bacon with no bread and they were accommodating. Hubby had wrap with pork, eggs and cheese. We had coffee too. We ate in. Chairs are not comfortable. But I guess they dont want you hanging out long time. Stark decorations.

This areas best hidden gem for a lighter fair breakfast and lunch. Excellent service and delicious food options; plus a modern decore. If you are tired of the mundane, give Begal 13 a try.

The new business partner has zero customer service skills. The staff is negative and not happy. When someone asks for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it to go, it means just that not a side of cream cheese.

When i walked into this business there where three employees sitting at the counter right by the front door eating chick-fa-la right out of a chuck-fa-la bag in clear view of everyone. One girl got up and went to the back, the other two sat at the counter and talked to loudly about me that I could hear every word of it. Why is her hair green? This chick doesnt have shoes annd so on. I indeed have shoes on they glue to the boot of your foot & my hair color shouldnt effect the service i receive. After all of that i ordered my bagel...only to get home and see it wasnt even the correct bagel. I will NEVER go back

The service is a hit or miss with customers. Ive never had a bad experience with them, but Ive seen others have their orders mixed up before. The bagel selection is good, their bagel sandwiches are terrific with nothing else nearby for bagels they are a good stop. Plus if you want some Jones Soda theyre the only ones who have in draft!

This is the second time I have picked up a to-go order, and my plain bagel with honey vanilla cream cheese has a strong onion flavor. Youd think, seeing that all Bagel World does is sell bagels, that they would make sure they would use a different knife to cut the bagel or spread the cream cheese. Very disappointing. Not sure if I should come back seeing that Im not a fan of onion in my bagels.

The food is amazing. We received great service everytime we have visited. We have one closer to our home but go to this one because if the excellent customer service.

Good food, bagels are very fresh and have a NY taste. Closest to an actual NY bagel. Drinks are good and they have specials that cant be beat.

Hey, what can I say? Im from NJ/NY, I know bagels and although its not the real deal, theyre not bad, Ive had worse. The cafe appears to be clean and the staff is friendly, the service efficient. It would be great if there was a Bagel World in Rockledge closer to Cocoa. Its a nice place!

The place used to be good.The last time we visited and this time, the coffee was terrible. I couldnt drink it. The guy in front of me couldnt get hazelnut or other syrups because they were were out of them (on a Sunday morning.).This said, bagels are good. Too bad the rest is not.0
