A-1 service. I havent been more pleased with the customer service at a business since the start of covid. They went above and beyond me in a very short amount of time. I will definitely repeat service here.

Poor service, with bait & hook promises that are flat out lies. We purchased all our kitchen appliances in January, and were told by Garrett “everything is in except ...” and offered installation for $150.While their prices were better than other bids, the hassles, lies and lack of communication are not worth it! Our appliances were “delivered” over the following 5 months- but were just left in the driveway! The college kids just said, “ sorry, the paper just says drop off”. We called their store repeatedly and were just told “Garrett is out right now”. We were promised a return call, but nobody ever called. So, we had to drive back in to the store to be told they didn’t put it on the paperwork. After being fed up, we called to cancel the remaining items in May and were told our remaining items we in and would be delivered . We had to arrange installation for over $1000. When they came to deliver, they forgot 2 items. So we had to drive 2 hours to pick them up ourselves!We would not use A-1 appliance on Granite drive again.

A big shout out to Garrett. We ordered a dryer and dishwasher. Things are taking a little longer then expected but with covid-19 that is expected. His installers did drop off and installed the dishwasher and it all went great. Nice, professional people.

Pete is wonderful 👏. He helped us with the refrigerators control panel when the refrigerator went into Sabbath mode and the manual did not have any instructions to turn it off. He continued to give great 👍 service after the sale.

Working with Brian and his team for months during our kitchen remodel, they repeatedly went above and beyond with their customer service and integrity! When serious illness delayed our project, they stored our appliances for us. They patiently gave knowledgeable and wise advice during the remodel (we were not working with a contractor). And when it looked like GE would not honor our rebate, Brian personally sent us a check from his business account! Who else would do that?!? (GE eventually honored our rebate.) I cannot speak too highly about Brian and A-1 Alliance!
