Excellent is an understatement! The guys kept me informed as to what was going on with my van the entire process. Super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. They repaired and repainted and even touched up some defects and blemishes. Worked directly with my insurance so I did not need to deal with the headache and stress.

WOW!!!I lost contact with these guys, and have been able to re-connect.... after a failed repair by a “preferred network shop.”They were able to re-repair the metal work. The re-paint came back FLAWLESS! Color match and quality were absolutely PERFECT!!!Seriously, the blend is absolutely invisible.They managed to repair damage from the first shop... all while keeping quality high and scope of work as close as possible.Joe was accessible and always explained why when or how of the repairs.Bottom line... they took a bad repair and absolutely nailed the RE-repair!!!!They dealt with my insurance and made the repairs quickly and perfectly!!!Don’t look any further!!!These are your guys!!!!

Edwards Collision Studios did a fantastic job with a color match for a pearlized paint on a 2013 vehicle. A prior paint job from 2 years ago resulted in daily irritation at the haphazard manner it was repaired. Edwards nailed the correct coloring for both the front and rear bumpers. Additionally there was a roof repair (dents from a roof rack that had been yanked out). It looks like I have a brand new vehicle!Joe and the staff are fantastic. Clear communication and setting appropriate expectations on the repairs and color match. Hoping I dont have to use them again; but if I do - they are my go-to company!

Let me start with saying this place is awesome!!! Joe and his team put pride in customer service which is far and few between these days. So a few months back i purchased a spoiler for my Mustang and joe installed it for me. The spoiler came with adhesive so naturally i just had Joe use the supplied adhesive well..... Lets just say the company that i bought the spoiler from definitely doesnt use quality adhesive apparently it started to give way. So Joe was kind enough to not only fix the problem but supplied me with high quality adhesive from his shop to solve the problem, so not only did he fix another companys mistake which he didnt have too but he created a lifetime customer. So thanks Joe for setting the standard for True! Customer service👌

Ok, like most people, I dont usually take the time to write reviews. Theres usually not much good to write with the lack of customer service typically given so often these days. However, my wife and I just had the best experience with Edwards Collision. They went above and beyond on so many levels. They were creative to get us the best repairs at the best price possible. Dealt with both our insurance and rental car providers to have everything exceptionally seamless and ready to go. They fixed another small repair on our car without even charging additional. We had a rental car at the shop when we got there and left the rental there when we picked up our car at the end, with only one page to sign. They kept us informed along the way and had our car fixed two days early. The local competition who we first looked into was booked out over a month and a half. Edwards took us the first day. When we picked up the car, it was washed inside and out. These guys get the full five stars and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dave and his team did an awesome job repairing my car. I really appreciated the extra time they took to figure out the wiring mess (dealer installed item) in order to restore power to the led lights under the rocker panel. I hope I don’t have any other accident and I know where to go, if it happens again.

OK So I have dealt with A LOT of body shops over the years and Edwards BY FAR has been the most expert, honest, comprehensive and affordable I have EVER been to. No only did they do a amazing job on my 2012 E350 I asked Joe for a couple of referrals and both of them have turned out to be exceptional! I am disappointed in the quality of work I received from Edwards. The entire process of repair was good UNTIL they were presented with a problem. A replacement trim piece they ordered did not fit, and they simply gave up trying to replace it during the process. Their updates grew fewer and far between, then degraded to curt responses, then eventually nothing at all. It has been 2 months now, and I have come to terms that I will not have this issue resolved. Now I have trim pieces that clearly do not match. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a body shop to see your car repair through to completion.
