This store sells the product i am interested in. The service is outstanding.

This is one of the better Target locations in the area. It has friendly and helpful staff, and the staff are still wearing masks for customer safety, unlike many other businesses in the area. The store is kept clean and well organized. The location gets pretty busy, so often they are out of stock or dont have the size/item I am looking for, but generally they have everything I am looking for.

The young lady who helped us was great! Her name is Nehemiah She helped us pick out the right product for us. She even carried it to the check stand. If Target had more folks like her their profits would go up like a rocket.

The retail cashier, (Jud, Jude or Jake), I cannot remember his name, was amazing. Very friendly, quick at checking out items, and had a smile while speaking to my husband and I. We mentioned that he should be the checker of the month. It is so nice to see a young man happy while working. It made the experience so much better.

Had to come on here and write a 5 star review just for Walker. I go to this store every other day and Walker is the nicest and friendliest cashier I have ever met!

Soooo slow with drive ups. I did drive ups for a different location and had orders done within 15 minutes. 2 jars of baby food shouldn’t take 2 hours to get.

I can say that I love this Pharmacy simply because of the people that work there. Its been a long time since I have had a pharmacy that actually would communicate and treat me with respect genuinely concerned for their customers. Ive been super disappointed with CVS since they took over Longs quite a few years ago now but you can switch my prescriptions to the CVS there at Target Ive been very very happy.

Hello all i just want to give a shout out to a special employee at this target location. Marilyn a checker is a wonderful understanding person. We took my 84 yr old mother in to this target and let her go crazy buying anything her little heart desired. Well we went to marilyns check stand and she was so helpful. She went out of her way to help us . My koodoos to her . In my opinion you should have more employees like her. I will be back. Because of how friendly and comfortable we felt.... thanks marilyn at the target in rocklin calif. Thank you

So my step mom had bought the black ops cold war ultimate edition card for my husband for Christmas to download to his Xbox, she was not informed by the cashier to keep the receipt with the activation code on it nor did she know prior. We just went into target to ask if there was anything they can do if they could pull up the original receipt with the code on it or give a refund so we can go re-purchase the card. They then responded that there was nothing they could do, I then asked so she is basically out of $90? To which they replied without any sympathy Yep pretty much. We called gift card services to which their response was pretty much the same although they are going to try and get in contact with Microsoft to get the code however they were not certain that they could even get the code. Now my stepmom is out almost $100 and now we have to re-purchase the game possibly for another hundred dollars. This was not great customer service which they say they “strive” to give. This experience changed my view about target

Absolutley disgusted by the amount of people not wearing masks, over a dozen people. I asked two of the people and they refused and went their way shopping. It was a very unpleasent experience, i asked staff about it and she seemed equally upset about it. The staff member led me to a manager who was very polite but made it seem like there was nothing they could do. Very dissapointed in target, seems like they dont care about the people who wish to be safe amist this pandemic.

Very nice Target, plenty of parking, not too crowded, problem for me is that too many guests are not wearing face coverings. It is a state mandate even if not yet a Target nationwide policy and I dont expect $15 per hour workers to enforce state mandates but I also have alternatives so Ill shop online and in other stores for now.

Forgot my wallet in my shopping cart so I called and it hadnt been turned in. I went into the store and the nicest man running the front desk was going through every single cart when I arrived. About 100 carts later and he found it! Target is lucky to have this man as an employee. His sincerity and kindness made me love Target even more!

I know how irritating customers can get especially when they ask the same question again and again. I was having issues and I probably called customer service five or six times. Julia S answered the call every time and was very kind, generous and helpful. She did not hesitate to help me and answered all my questions regardless of how many times I called. You always have the most current items. The quality is good. I am soooo glad that you are carrying larger sizes for women especially in current fashion.

The store manager Lei. She made our visit the best one I have ever had. Her attitude towards customers was exemplary, kind, and caring. After my return was done and I was so very happy with her service, we continued to shop. When it was time to check-out the lines were long. She came over to some of us who were last in line and took my Mother and I to the self check out and helped my Mother pay for her things. Above and beyond! The entire shopping experience was made better by Lei helping us without our even asking. I will always return to this Target location.

Great, clean store. I dont do a ton of shopping here, but usually have what Im looking for. Prices are alright, but the Walmart across the freeway often is priced better.

I am sorry, but I think this store is the most unfriendly Target around, and I shop at multiple stores. They call a manager over if you use a single coupon. I prefer to shop at Douglas which is super nice.

I love online order store pick up BUT your system uses a plastic bag that cant be reused. I bring my own bags and the staff says even after removing the barcoded sticker that they cant reuse the bag. that is ridiculous. Walmart uses a system with no bag just a barcode sticker ditto for grocery order pick ups where bags are optional. WALMART is more green than Target?!?!

Im embarrassed to say that I gave the wrong color for the car we were in and your helpful staff found us without any difficulty.

This Target location is notably larger than the one in Roseville. The place is well kept and organized, the staff friendly and accommodating, and there is ample parking space. There is also a Starbucks in the store with a few tables if you wish to have some coffee and snacks.

This location is kept pretty clean and is spacious in comparison to others around town. Staff has been knowledgeable and helpful on the occasions I previously needed assistance.
