Best part about Ferguson is the expert front desk staff, no lines and quality products. Oh wait...thats three things. I was in and out faster than just going to one of the big stores.

These guys do a great job! They go the extra mile for customers and are extremely knowledgeable. Some other suppliers are slow to respond or really dont have a sense of urgency but at Ferguson Rocklin you encounter a management that is top tier and staff that do a wonderful job. The company should use them as the model for teaching customer service because they are excellent.
