They have a lot of nice stuff but not really for plus size women. They didnt have wide calf boots for woman with a bigger foot. But the staff was very friendly and I liked their jewlery.

Ordered online, road my bike over to pick up some new much needed canvas work pants. Was in and out quick with no fuss. After I placed my order on their website I got an email is about 30 minutes indicating it was ready for pick up. Pants fit great, will buy from again in the future. Never worn boots before but may be I will check them out...

This boot barn is a bit hard to find and set back away from the main road, but you can clearly see it from the freeway. Otherwise the store has a large selection from boots, to clothing and some other western style stuff. The staff is generally helpful. The prices are ok.

Will not shop at bootbarn again have destroyed my credit card. My last visit this week half the customers were not wearing masks. Seems your more interested in making money than saving lives.

Very confusing arrangement of boot sizes. I found one product in my size, and was disappointed in what they had to offer. One person was helpful and showed me where the mens boots were, but besides that I was left alone

I visited here with a friend and for first time experience We got greeted and the lovely ladies offered assistance and made sure we were reached out to rather than left alone.

I love shopping here and I have such a great selection of boots but when I went there today to buy a new pair one of the workers was fixing a display while I was trying on boots. After a few minutes of me looking over the selection the worker turned to me out of nowhere says have you ever even worn boots before? I just found it very rude and her tone was very condescending. I was not happy afterwards I replied saying yes I have and she replied oh well you never know just thought I would ask I never asked for help and its not like I was standing there looking like I didnt know what I was doing I was literally trying to decide what pair I wanted. I just felt like she was judging me because I didnt look like I just stepped out of a rodeo I was in skinny jeans a T-shirt and flip-flops. Im kind of done going to this location

I stopped by the Rocklin store that I have never visited before. The layout was very different from my usual store and I was a little lost looking for a specific brand of women’s jeans. I asked a sales associate if they carried what I was looking for. I explained I was looking for Q baby wrangler jeans. He asked me if they were women’s jeans. When I said yes, he managed a full eye roll and pointed to the women’s section and said they would be over there. He then proceeded to turn around and ignore me. I then spent 10 minutes checking the women’s section with no luck or help. I am not a sensitive person but this experience has me not wanting to visit another boot barn. I shop for an experience, if I want zero help or to be treated rude as hell I will just shop online somewhere else.

This is a serious place for cowboy style work boots and work attire. Not to mention great selection of belts, hats, and clothes.i was very surprised by how much they could fit in that store.I purchased waterproof composite tow boots and a back felt hat. Very very durable and nice boots.

Rude. Refused to honor a shirt return acted like our presence was irritating after we spent almost $200 there anyway. The older lady with brown hair was just irritating about everything.

I purchased 3 items. and I believed the price was right but when I got home I noticed the price was increase to 1 dollar more each items. I called about it the clerk said the price did increase but they have not change the tag. I told her that was not right.

First time in this store and I was greeted with friendly staff willing tip assist me. They have a huge selection of work boots from different widths and sizes. Plan on spending some time in store if you are not sure what type of boot you are looking for as there are so many different brands.

The prices online are way better and the store staff will lie to you and say it is the same price. When you call back the manager will make you drive back to the store with a screenshot of the online price for item you purchased.They should know what their online prices are and match it at the initial time of purchase. To make their customers jump through all of these hoops is very poor customer service. I personally heard them do it to 2 customers other than myself last night.I will be returning my boots and buying the exact same boots from Amazon for $22 less. I tried to give the traditional business my patronage but they do not care about my business.

Took them back and they helped me find a more suitable fitting pair and exchanged them. Wouldnt price match Sheplers.. which is their online company so we had to order an Xmas present and now its late.. our fault for last minute shopping but Ive seen them price match before. One of my best visits to any store ever. Jackies customer service was more like having a friend helping who knew where everything I needed was in the store in my size! I ended up buying more than I expected because she was able to give me so many choices.She also found exactly the hat style to best fit my face. Shes a keeper. You need to clone her.Thank you for the great shopping experience. I was smiling all the way home with my perfect fitting western shirts, 2 pair well-fitting Ariat boots with the leather cleaner and how to use advice, and the special, for my style, black hat (And surprise! Store your hat upside down to protect brim!) She kindly offered to help carry to the car. Exceptional customer service.

With more cowboy boots than Ive ever seen in one store.I went to this store shopping for work boots. I went to a dozen stores in the Roseville area. This store by far have the biggest selection. No cheap boots here. There all hi end with prices to match. The staff was very helpful, greeted me upon arrival, and as I was exiting.So if your looking for hi quality work or Western wear then the Boot Barn is your one stop shop.Please like if you find this review helpful.

Great place to buy a set of fire service boots. A little more pricey than competitors but the customer service and knowledge of their products was on point. They dont try to push you the most expensive boot, rather they make sure that the boot fits your needs and most importantly your foot.

Great selection. Fair prices on work boots, but nothing else. Cashiers will try to upsale you bottled waterproofing leather saving super shine mega awesome stuff for boots. In poor taste in my opinion considering how much you will be spending anyway.

I would give less if I could! I was charged 4 separate times for one pair of boots and wasnt aware until I had left the store and my bank called when I informed the store I was told the bank was wrong and I would have to call the 800 number. RUDE and Incompetent employees. Waiting to see if the 650.00 is returned to my acct.
