I had the folks at Trucksmart install a bed liner and cover on my new RAM. Sometimes things in business dont go as planned and this was one of those times. Most companies waffle on making good when something goes wrong. In this case the owner personally handled my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend Trucksmart for their professional service.

Insurance paid to have my luber rack replaced. I was treated as if I had just purchased $2,000 worth of bumpers and lights. Great service and great on site parts to look at. When I need steel bumpers and flood lights Im going back.

Excellent experience. My electric wiring for the trailer hook up had failed. They tried to get it fixed on the spot late Friday afternoon when they may have wanted to be wrapping up to go home. Ultimately I had to schedule an appointment to replace the wiring which was done very nicely at a fair price. Highly recommend.

The scheduling process was a breeze, but an error caused them to double book my appointment. Not being able to reschedule due to work demands, the owner was able to find a way to accommodate myself, as well as the other customer. I was impressed with the on the fly ability to rectify a potentially unpleasant experience. They were able to complete the work within the time they gave me, and the cleanliness and quality was top notch. I will definitely be returning for any additional accessories.

Great truck parts

I had the team at Trucksmart Rocklin install my new Transfer Flow external fuel tank. They did an excellent job and the work was completed right on time. After leaving their shop I made a mistake with fuel type and they got me right back in, at the end of the day, and fixed my mistake. The Trucksmart crew worked after hours to complete the task at no charge to me. What a great experience in customer service! I would highly recommend Trucksmart to anyone needing truck accessory work. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and a job well done!

I stopped to get lights working on a trailer I had to get back to idaho. A gentleman noticed me struggling in the parking and came over to assist me. After suggesting a different product and his service team customizing it to fit my needs I was back on the road with working lights. Amazing customer service and fair prices.

This is a fun shop if you have a truck. Nice and clean inside. The staff are always friendly and helpful and seemed to know their stuff. They have everything from tonneau covers to off road lights and have a bed liner spraying booth. Careful, you might want a lot a new things after walking through here!

When we entered the building, a salesperson came immediately to help us determine what we were looking for and showed us several different truck covers to fit our budget and needs. It was installed today, less than 1 week of ordering it. Great place to shop for various truck parts, tonneau covers, tool boxes and many more.

Got to give it up for these guys. John the owner is incredibly nice to speak to on the phone. I ordered a part and immediately found it cheaper. I called him back ASAP to see if he had put my order through but it had already been processed, and from where Im sitting, a deals a deal so I wasnt going to make a big fuss to have it cancelled. No problem, thanks see you when it gets there. I hang up and 15 minutes later John calls me back to tell me hes going to sell it to me cheaper just to be nice, beating the other guys price. Wonderful.
