He was quick, precise, and responsive and catered to everything I needed, even when I forgot to ask for a receipt, he sent it within 5 minutes of my request when I finally remembered. I had a new key made for our truck because we only had one key & the My Key setting was set (we couldnt drive above a certain speed & the radio volume stayed low). This locksmith was wonderful!
