Ordered a large dipping platter. Picture showed pineapple, strawberries, and grapes. Got a platter without any grapes? Disappointed in what I received

The ladies there in the Rocklin Store work hard and efficient. I wouldnt go to any other store.

I’ve used this company 3 different times, in 3 different states. And somehow they mess it up every. single. time. $100+ orders every time. This company is now ran by children (don’t believe me? Call them and listen), the CEO all but doesn’t care anymore. Just buy some chocolates and flowers and send them to whomever is in need. Don’t use this company. It’s really not worth it.

Wow!!!! Such great service!!! Called in the order from Florida, and just four hours later a beautiful arrangement was delivered to a location in California more than 20 miles from the local store. The delivery person called and texted me while en route and after it was delivered. Would use them again in a heartbeat!❣

Got some chocolate covered strawberries last minute for my mom and it was good looking, tasted great and reasonably priced.

Dont order from this location at least. Cant tell the difference between a birthday balloon and a thank you balloon. Aloof attitude when remedying the problem. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!

Sent edible arrangements flowers and strawberries to my cousin, and it was never updated when it arrived, also my cousin told me the flowers were dead and strawberries were bad

Called to pick up my reward, 12 count box of chocolate covered fruit variety. I told them my email address, and the rewards number . The lady on the phone kept saying I cant find your name . I was spelling it at least 2 times and repeated the rewards number 2 times if not more. The email did say redeem at any location. I dont understand why she could not look me up. They need to hire more knowledgeable people at this location. Thank you!

Horrible service. Never sent my Valentines day gift out. Was told the owner shut the phones off during business hours so I couldnt call for status. Never again!
