Great staff, lots of choices for everything you need, reasonable prices and cool scary attractions. Oh and the mini haunted house was wonderful for a little thrill hehe.

Wonderful store! Very clean and the employees are extremely helpful. Large variety of spooky items and costumes to purchase. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Great spot to bring the kids for a spooky fun time!

So many great costumes and decor. Lots and lots of options and accessories. Easily spent more than an hour here, and having a blast!

This year they have a lot of animatronics but not that many basic decorations. The costumes & theme of the store are always great though. Go look, its a fun store.

False advertising! The ch costume was marked with a clearance tag showing original price for a toddlers superwoman costume at $29.98 and reduced price at 14.98. Went to pay for it and they tried to charge me full price, then stated someone must have put that sticker on it, my husband went and grabbed another costume with same reduced price sticker, all the superwoman toddler costumes had the same sticker, the clerk told me she could only give me 20% off! What the heck, Ill be buying costume elsewhere, what a joke!

Alright now all you haters out there will be saying “oh so overpriced and trash” well let’s think. If there was no Halloween store then you all would be screwed because then there is no place to shop so if y’all going to hate then get out because I feel spirit Halloween is great and a commitment because they do it every year. So if you wanna hate get out and hate your own things because Spirit Halloween is great and here is 5 stars. Now imma get hate comments about this but I don’t care so roast me. I love when the Spirt Halloween store opens, it means that my favorite time of year is quickly approaching.

I will never go back here for Halloween stuff! They are way over priced and not helpful at all. At least my experience at the Rocklin, Ca location. I needed to return tights that were never touched and the manager didn’t believe me. I finally convinced her I didn’t but she was very rude about the whole situation.

This is probably the worst shop I have ever been too. They had pretty limited choices which were overpriced and of poor quality. They have very deceiving policies when it comes to returns or exchanges.

Id like to start this review off by saying that my review mostly pertains to the actual manager. Her name is Joan or Joanne. I say this because the only help or customer service i recieved was by employees and the day before by the assistant manager. I believe her name was Nicole who had upstanding customer service and went out of her way to make sure i was assisted. Yes i shop here often. Sadly the lack of professionalism given by the Store manager Joan or Joanne has made my experience at Spirit the worse ive ever had at any store in general. When i asked to speak to the Manager that day i was told that i would have to wait until she had the time to help me as if it was a burden, then after 20 mins of waiting i had to ask when id be helped. When the employee came back and told me Im so sorry, she stepped out to lunch i put over 150$ worth of products back on the shelves and left. The poor employee looked stressed and empathetic but what are they to do if the store manager disrespects thier customers. Once again id like to reiterate that this review is negative only due to the store managers actions and not because of any other employees or the store.
