I’ve been eating at In-N-Out Burger since I was a kid riding my bike around Covina, California and visiting the one on Arrow Highway. This one in Rocklin is clean and consistent. The staff is friendly. The burgers are excellent.

Drive through was pretty quick (still in n out - always a wait) this location was busy and crowded by the college student population. Cheese fries were hot and delicious, 3 of 4 burgers were correct. If you order ice tea you can order sugar on the side.

OMG. this hit the spot! Tasty and fresh. Much better than the In N Out back home in Texas

So, if you dont think In N Out is worth it, think of this.Just this year, after decades, Ive finally found my perfect burger. To get here I had to skip that big, oversized raw onion. Get the onions grilled. A HUGHE difference for me. I could taste the meat! That complete slice of onion is over powering for me and. ...I Love onions.

Food and the employees were wonderful. However no employee was wearing a mask and there is no indication or sign in the restaurant stating all staff members are vaccinated. It was very uncomfortable to be there not knowing and trusting that each young adult was truly following the rules of the mask mandate to being vaccinated. Especially when they are handling and cooking the food I will be eating.

Were not from California. Weve heard people rave about In-N-Out for years, and I didnt expect it to live up to the hype.I was wrong. Its great. Its not Five Guys or Shake Shack, but its cheaper than either one and its head and shoulders above other fast food burgers. And unlike a lot of places, you can actually have it your way. You want a 3x2, 4x4, protein style, crispier fries, softer fries - In-N-Out Burger is your place.

I just started working at the neighboring Mattress Firm location in the shopping center, and had phenomenal service today in the drive-thru! Jadah was exceptional and my burgers were at reference standard. Definitely will be coming here quite often!

Have always loved the food. Just came back recently from out of town and was horrified that no employee at the restaurant was wearing masks. Unheard of for restaurants these days. Think I’ll stay away for now

One of the best tasting burgers available in fast food. Does need more options I think. My main problem though is theyre really shady about what ingredients are in the food and its a but concerning.

This location and the grass valley are my two favorite in-n-outs for sure. They have the fastest and most accurate service. Dont get me wrong I love all in-n-outs when I want a fast food burger! My go to is the double double with mustard and spread only with buns extra toasted. I also like to get in protein style when I want all the veggies. I like my fries extra well done with cheese and spread! Go big or go home!

Typical In-N-Out experience (aka: above industry average). Service at In-N-Out is something many other QSR establishments could learn several things from. Also, the food looks similar to that shown on the menu. (Im looking at you, BK, Arbys, and JITB. Step your game up.)

Service was impeccable, speedy and accurate. Im just less impressed with the food than in my younger days. It didnt hit the same. Animal fries are still 🔥🔥 though.

Got my heart broken today. 5 years, 5 years and they get an order wrong. Andrew!! How could you do this to me? Did I get my fries? Yes. Get home, no fries. Asked for whole grilled onion, got raw onion. Why?? Why is in n out, out to get me???.....

This, just like.every other in n out location i have ever visited, is delicious! They have what they do here down to a science. If they ever have a shortage of workers, they dont let it show. They just power thru and carry on pimping out delicious, fresh burgers, and fries. If you ha e never tried your burger or fries animal style, its something you should try at least once! So yummy!! I always order mine that way!

Love in n out. Get burgers how you want them and fries cooked to your preference. I do protein style (lettuce wrapped) and thats an added bonus.

In-N-Out never fails me! Its always a great price, made fresh, and hot! I typically stay with the hamburger and fries to keep it traditional. The animal fries are bomb as well though!

Fast and cheap but not so good

The great thing about In-N-Out Burger is its consistency. I love the double double animal style so its a real treat when I happen to be by an In-N-Out Burger to get one. The fries are always a disappointment but thats part of the experience. I ordered a coffee this time and it was surprisingly edible.

Simple and fresh. Some say cult like following for McDonald’s. I disagree. It’s fresh vegetables and well seasoned meat make it a go to. And it’s reasonably priced !

I really felt this was one of the few places Ive been to that was doing social distancing correctly. They were also consistently cleaning door handles and any surfaces where someone may have touched.I was extremely pleased to find their restroom super clean when i washed my hands before ordering.I for one am very happy to see responsible management during these uncertain times.Thank you for being responsible and sensible.

What can I say.... When I absolutely dont want to cook, I can always go to In N out burger and not feel super guilty. And when you are tired, always good to see a friendly smile here.

I have ever only had one bad experience here which was they forgot to mix my vanilla and chocolate shake. Despite that, this place makes the juiciest and most tasty/affordable burgers around. There is a reason why this place is so popular and it is one word, fresh. Everything from fries to patties are freshly made daily. They do one hell of a job keeping up with the rushes and keeping to the tradition of fresh food. I recommend this place to all and I recommend the secret menu items. You will not be disappointed. Also, they have some super nice people working there which keeps me happy and content as I crave the burgers in my car seat.To sum up this large review, get a burger and nothing bad will happen except you will be instantly addicted.

Went there a couple weeks ago and the young man working the counter was amazing. He was extremely efficient, had a up beat attitude and even being as busy as he was took the time to interact with my 3 years old, giving stickers and a hat. Great job! And someone needs a promotion!

I always get animal fries and a burger or cheeseburger and a chocolate shake. Their special sauce is delish. Go, you wont regret it! If you have a gluten allergy ask for your burger protein style and if you dont do meat they have grilled cheese sandwiches and you can put all the toppings on if youd like.

Lost its way. No longer the In and Out I remember. It was like any other fast food. Soggy fries and all. But I still have hope. Im not sure why.

Typical In-N-Out, good food and friendly employees, but theyre slow to get back to normal and allow indoor dining. Wish we could have the option of going for a hamburger and milkshake and not have to sit in the parking lot!

Good food like any of their well ran locations nation wide. Long lines but they can get through them extremely fast longest wait was 15 minutes and it was an order of over 25 burgers so yeah they get it done here Forsure. Great staff and always courteous and friendly.
