I will not be buying paint from this store again. We brought in 2×2 samples cut out of the wall and one can of paint was a different sheen and different shade than the original paint. I tried to use it as touch up paint and now the whole room will have to be repainted. I would have had better luck at the local hardware store for paint.

Horrible customer of service. My sample paint purchased was not the same as paint chip sample. They would not try to make it right and have the color match what I want. Instead, they wanted me to purchase another $35 sample quart. I have spent thousands over the years at SW...no more!

Really helpful people at Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. We went in to look at the paint samples and were helped in having some prepared for the house.
