They really need to adjust their hours of operation on their online profile. Must be a lot of steps in the area because they Hawkeye everybody that goes in there it seems like. But after getting the feel of the place and talking to an employee my experience there it was pretty good. Some of the cuties that work there is a bonus

I have submitted 2 quote request with no response. I also called twice and my call was transferred and went straight to voicemail. I left two messages still with no call back. I then called a third time and some guy (Brian maybe) said there is no instillation department. Perhaps you dont have a department but I assume you provide services. According to your website. He could have told me that. Not sure why no one has contacted me. Frustrated!!

Ordered a sliding glass door for our rental property and paid in full. After six months of delays, a damaged door being given to us, reorder, and excuses we finally received our order. They have never tried to make it right besides just an “oops, our bad.” Repeat customers are made by how you handle issues that arise. In this case we’d never repeat business with them.

Great lumber store to have in Rockport when working in area. When your companys name ”Pro Build Lumber” is a statement on its own you have to own up to that hidden message and they do. By far some of the best Pressure Treated Lumber, certainly worth the small extra cost. The other box stores are certainly great for convenience but you cant beat what is as close as it gets to yesterdays long lost old school brick and mortar stores.

Excellent service in store and in yard! What more could you ask for!

ProBuild is definitely the go to company around Rockport, the people know their business and willingly share their expert advice. I suspect they could gouge people and still get business but they dont. My experience has found them to be fairly priced.

They dont have an app to find items location and prices. Still in 1990s

I like this store more than home depot. They really so cater more to pros. Unlike Lowes which is consumer oriented and at least 5% higher. ProBuild gas better material load support.

I am only giving them 4 stars because they seem a little behind times when it comes to checking out. Other than that they have great lumber but its a little pricey. Over all its a great lumber yard.

Went today to pick up lumber to finish my porch. Was surprised they do not help load your order. Just some dude sitting in a chair telling you where to go. Everyone else in the area helps. Will be going to them next time.

I like how they keep all their registers open and line moving. Wish all businesses would do the same.

Busy place with all the contractors in the area never enough registers open. Suggest giving employees lunch early or late because we all come in during our lunch so we can keep our crews supplied and working. Just saying...

After having terrible experience with both the Lowes in Aransas Pass and the one in Corpus, we decided from now on when possible to buy locally in Rockport. We went to Pro-build on Jan 10th and placed an order for some wood and 15 sheets of sheet rock. We were told they wouldnt be able to deliver until Friday the 12th. However, turns out they were able to deliver one day ahead of schedule. This was a far cry better service than what we received from Lowes who tried to deliver us wet and damaged sheet rock the week before. which we refused.While at Pro-Build they were very courteous and when I went to pay for the order, the girl in the office brought me the ticket to sign because I am in a chair and unable to climb stairs. So not enough help in the front at check out! And prices are higher than most places. But since theyre the only lumber place in town I guess thats to be expected.
