There is a real hometown feel here at this location. Everyone has always been so helpful and friendly. The staff here truly seems to like their jobs and take pride in what they do. They do a very good job keeping the store clean and well organized. It has easy access off Hwy 35 with many shaded parking spots. They have many parking spots available for the curbside pickup to help with no contact shopping. They clean and sanitize all carts before customer uses. There is a very good selection of fruits and vegetables and have many organic selections also. Good selection of meat and seafood, and good prices for each. We appreciate that they have gulf, local fish and shrimp. Keep up the good work, we really appreciate what you do for the community.

Love this place. Only store within 100mile radius that has specialized formula my daughter uses. I drive over an hour to shop because they have great products and employees.

Have always heard Texans brag about this grocer and it sure doesnt disappoint.H-E-B has a huge selection of wet and dry produce, grocery items, essential household products and a decent selection of beer and wine.The store is well laid out with signages clearly indicating where things are. The aisle is wide enough to navigate the carts around people.And like the other bigger grocer, H-E-B also has assisted shopping where customers can request for their shopping to be done for them and picked up at curbside.

Wonderful place to shop!! I hate to grocery shop but every employee was very helpful and cheerful. Baggers would have been good given it is a very busy weekend (Memorial Day). Staff was pleasant and didnt show how busy they were.

Great prices and good customer service

I got to say by far this is one of the better HEBs. Great variety of meats seafoods produce a pretty well all around store. I can usually count on them having what I need when I need it. Service was fast friendly there were plenty of cashiers and lines open. I would have to say the store was well managed did not have to wait an exceptionally long time to cash out. Front end management definitely had a head on their shoulders and new how to handle scheduling and demands. Because of that I gave the store a five stars. Also store was clean well organized prices all were correct it drives me nuts when they miss price stuff and I find out at the register because I do check my receipt. This is a problem I find a lot at Walmart but I do occasionally find it at HEB stores. I do wish I had taken some photos of the store to post the next time I go back I would definitely do that. This way you can judge for yourself.

Most HEB stores are good, some great, some fantastic. The best I have found are in San Antonio and Austin.

HEB got it right when Ms. Butts got her store going way back in the ikden days, well allot longer then I am old. I enjoy shopping at HEB, the staff is friendly, the store clean and organized and you can find most things wanted except for Jumex Cocunut Pineapple juice. Why cant you stock that HEB?Oh, and you can have your groceries shopped for you either by inhouse, Favor, Instacart and Shipt.I lived away from Texas in 12 other states and dreamed about HEB in those states. Go on, get up...put your shoes on, grab your wallet, kids, and keys and head on out to HEB. You will find the exact items you needed or wanted Pronto and if you cant, just ask one of the nice HEB Blue or Red Shirt employee. They will not only tell you where to find what you cant, but will walk you right to it.

HEB is an all around great store! I ONLY shop there and I always find what I need. The produce is outstanding! I love my HEB store.

We needed help from the meat department and the worker completely ignored us and kept on doing what hed been doing before. When we talked to the manager about it, he didnt do anything about it. We never have bad experiences at HEB, but theres always a first time.

I like this heb because of the sushi mainly. Thats really the only reason we go here. The service is okay, not the best and its not the best heb I have ever been to tbh. Ive been to better hebs in san Antonio with better service and bigger options for food. But thats because they were heb pluses. Anyways its a good store to get what u need like basics. If u want to get more stuff like have more options and get better service I like walmart better for that in rockport . Its also super busy all the time and crowded everytime we go . I hate that about this tiny place tbh .

How exciting it was to see this brand new nice and clean HEB in Rockport, Texas. I just love Her so it is just comforting to be an out of towner visiting and be able to grab and shop what your family is used to at home. The food and produces are fresh.

H.E.B in Rockport TX is clean. There are a few problems. I think the restrooms needs maybe one more stall for the amount of ppl that are shopping at one time. 🤔 also the parking lot definitely needs to be bigger. There is not enough parking spaces. The biggest problem Id say is H.E.B definitely doesnt have room for big trucks and their boats.

HEB has nice plants as well as great groceries. Usually can find what I need. I DO NOT like that they are rearranging the store & moved or discontinued some of my items.

My brother and I went to buy groceries but halfway through our shopping the cart my brother was driving because of his disability quit working and I asked a employee for some help and he said that someone else would have to help me so I had to do it myself and when I reported it to the management they made me feel like I wasnt important enough to listen to.

HEB is the Rolls Royce of grocery stores. They always have fresh world class products. The stores are always clean and well organized. Always fully staffed with plenty of friendly checkers and baggers. During emergency situations they have always stepped up and gone beyond to help out and make sure nobody goes without. Ill always be a loyal customer from here on out. Ill never buy my groceries at Walmart again. HEB is world class. The Best of the Best.

HEB...what can I say about you?Their pre-made meals are great! Just pop it in the microwave or oven and you have a nice meal.We also had the Thanksgiving dinner set up!OMG! Great! I added a little more Sage to the dressing which made the meal perfect! Will order again.

This was my first time shopping here and it was a great experience. Be prepared to do some walking though. They have such a large selection of everything. The aisles are labled well so it made it easy to find what I needed. When it came time to check out there was a very short wait time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Drove here from calallen twice for my vaccine and had the honor of meeting Marisa the pharmacist, she did a great professional job and it felt like I had known her for a while, very sweet girl. This heb also has great choices of produce, very clean and overall 10/10.

Really nice hometown-feel store, great meats, deli, bakery, wine selections. Employees very friendly. Parking lot is tight, especially if someone is stopping at the curb to pick up. Self check-out is a nightmare, just not an easy scanning system like Walmart.

Heb is to small and doesnt have enough organic choice.Our city is growingI have to drive to Portland Corpus or Rockport.I love my HEB since Childhood when I used to go buy breakfast for 10 with 2 bucks for my 👪 Mom and 9 kids

Greatest place to find TEXAS made products. Go HEB! YEE HAW! Bought a dog toy looks like Lone Star Beer but it is a stuffed animal shaped like a beer and says Lone Star Pup squeaks and my dog Koko loves it. Unique finds at HEB.

Been to this HEB several times, and the cashiers have always been super friendly. But this last visit was very disappointing. Logan, my cashier, bagged a few items for me. Since I had to bag the rest of my groceries myself. And seemed to throw the bags from his station to me where the bag receptacles were. Very unprofessional if you ask me. Other than that, great store!

Colorado grocery stores could learn a few lessons from this one. This store has just about everything.

If you need groceries in Rockport, Tx, you have only 2 choices. Walmart and HEB. HEB is far superior. The produce and meat is always top quality and I live on the prepared meals they have near the Deli section. Always healthy and tasty. The prices are a little higher than Walmart, but its always worth the few pennies extra.

It extremely nice to have a store that is clean and well stocked when I come to Rockport for vacation. There are a few things that they dont carry that the much larger HEB does in my hometown, but they arent important enough that its really even an inconvenience. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have even offered to order the few items that arent in their normal stock, just for me. It reminds me of a small town store much like the one in our town was until it grew to the point of needing 3 HEBs.

It’s Ashame for the prices we paid at this HEB in Rockport that the last 4 times I’ve been there this week that I had to help bag my own groceries.And everyone that works at this HEB aren’t very Friendly, think I’ll start using The HEB in Aransas Pass, at lease the people are more friendly.I don’t Recommend This HEB in Rockford to anyone one,I’ll tell them to just go to Walmart instead..

My home town HEB is the greatest! These people have worked tirelessly since the beginning of this covid mess. Non stop day and night making sure that we, their customers get what we need.
