Terrible customer service. I was looking to buy my wife a large house plant as a gift. I circled the store THREE TIMES and was not engaged. Not to mention the fact that I messaged them on Facebook, and all I received was a rude reply. I will take my business elsewhere. I live in Rockport, andI wanted to support small business. However, because of whatever reason that you felt to ignore my presence, you lost out on serious money.

Great customer service. Found a Santa gift for a 3 year little boy. He told Santa all he wanted for Christmas was a palm tree for his back yard.

Second time here. Not one person asked if I needed assistance. There was a lady taking care of other customers, I know she saw me. She could have at least acknowledge me. At least said, Ill be right with you. Frustrated.After reading some of the other reviews complain about the same issues about lack of customer service you would have thought they would have made a better effort.

It’s very hit and miss on customer service. You never know who is working that day and if they are willing to help you. Not just with finding a plant or where it is in the nursery. For example I went to look for small plants as ground cover, a lady was so rude. I was told I should be shopping in the garden center at Walmart. I wasn’t Bloomers quality. I guess I don’t look fancy enough. This isn’t my first choice to shop at. It’s more last resort. Who needs to be spoken to like that? No me!

Couldnt find anyone to help us. As we were leaving a lady came out, didnt say a word to us until I asked if she worked there. She did.If they dont care to help me ill go spend my money somewhere else!

Nice place, great employees but prices pretty high. We gave them our name for some plants we wanted three months ago and never heard back from them.

The person I worked with said he was going to be there when they took out my plants because I had some healthy ones. He did not supervise so they tore out every plant increasing the costs by having to replace them. When about 12 of them died he would not call me back and refused to honor replacing them as our contract said he would.

Made first and last visit today. Plants selection ok, but service non-existent. Sorry if we bothered you by stopping by.
