This shop did repairs on my car through my insurance because someone backed into my car in a parking lot. When I picked it up, not only was it fixed but they cleaned my car inside and out and even buffed my headlights, which had always been very fogged over. I was not aware they were going to do this and did not ask them to--they just did and totally surprised me. It was such a nice feeling, my car looked so much better. Only gave four stars instead of five because I felt the communication in the beginning with telling me what needed to be done and how long it would take was a little lacking, I had to call them for all that info. Besides that, great work. Will definitely go back if I need any more body work done.

Worked with insurance to ensure my car was repaired well after a rear end collision. Excellent repair job. Customer service was also excellent as the person at the front desk waited on hold very patiently to get my a rental car pickup. Easy to set up appointment and follow up. They also put on my front plate holder upon asking and happily rechecked the car when I thought there was a strange sound.

I went to International Collision after someone had backed into my Subaru, and Jason Thornton took care of me. He was very professional and his turn around time was excellent. The shop did great work also, i have no complaints. i highly recommend them.

My car was broken into and the keyless pad taken. Dropped it off and they were professional and very helpful. They called the next day to give me a update and my car was done within a few days. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Explained everything and did a great job fixing the car. They even cleaned the outside and inside. I would highly recommend and will come here again should I ever need more repair.

The work looks good. However, it took longer than expected & the communication wasn’t great. Overall I’d say the service was good. The receptionist was very nice & extremely pleasing on the eyes.

They did a good job and kept us posted along the way. The only complaint I have is that the damage to the car was very minor and we would have liked to use the car while waiting almost 2 weeks for the part to come in.

I am appalled that they feel they are a professional business. I hit a deer 🦌. I live 400 miles away in Connecticut so went with a geico express. MINOR damage and they had my car 🚗for 32 days . I called several times to find out what was going on with my car . An estimate on when it would be ready and was told several times that they are waiting on parts.On top of all this I had to pay for my rental car because my 30 day cap from my insurance was exceeded.Then when I get my car back . The hood was lopsided. The tow bar cap did not fit and kept falling out. My windshield washer was not even connected. There was a squeal when I made a hard right and also when I put my account on there was loud fan noise .Olanders had to replace the hood. My front bumper and the ac condenser.And once again because international collision took so long trying to fix my car. I had to once again pay for the rental while my car was repaired properly.I am very unhappy that they could treat out of state people so poorly. You would think you would want to shine when you have a new customer. Very very disappointing. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU RETHINK DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

While replacing the damaged part of the bumper, ended up scratching up the undamaged part, along with the newly installed part. Tried to say it happened during washing. Would not recommend.

They fixed my car repairs after an accident of a deer hitting me and tore up my front end and side panel of car and radiator etc. They were excellent. Kept me up to date on repairs and time frame of how long all the way up to completion. Didnt have to call or ask they were on it. International Collision provided repairs to my vehicle after I was rear-ended. They were highly professional the entire time, provided regular updates throughout the process, finished two days before the expected date of completion and the repairs seem spot on. They also disinfected and cleaned the vehicle due to potential COVID concerns and it was an overall excellent experience.

My airbag was stolen, so Intl Collision Center replaced my airbag and my broken drivers side door lock. I was notified of the estimate and that it would take 5 days, but I received a call the next day saying it was ready. They are fast, professional, courteous and they do good work. I would use this location again.

Not following the promise the shop makes. It has been a month that the car was there. Several times customer called and enquired about the cars readiness. Told the same thing that the car is not ready because of poor maintenance of the work schedule. I heard the same thing: ordered for the parts and part is not arrived. Not a professional people and calling customer as frustrated because to get delay it intentionally.

Very seamless and quick repair of my vehicle. Since they work directly with my former insurance company I was able to get my estimate and repair started the same day. My car was ready in about four days. In the past, the same repair has taken about 3-4 weeks at other locations.

My cars window of the driver did not work after the shop repaired some dents. A small plastic cover in the wheel housing was missing. I had to make severals and visits before they admitted their mistakes and corrected them.

I took my car here after a very minor fender bender. I knew nothing about this shop.The estimator was very nice, explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable given what auto body work costs. I was paying for the work myself, not going through the insurance company. When additional work showed up, they explained it thoroughly and I decided to do it because they did not do a hard-sell on it.It was mostly just chipped paint on the bumper, but its impossible to see where the car was hit. They did a really nice job.What I liked best about this place was the status reminders that they sent telling me exactly where the repair process was each day so I knew they were working on the car. It was ready even ahead of schedule.I am hoping not to need body work again on my car, but I was very impressed with them and I would definitely use them again.

Really disappointed with how this center handles communication and service, as they wasted my time TWICE with misinformation.Long story short, I have Geico covering my vehicle and was in constant communication with them. At first, I was texted that there is a delay on a part, so they had to push back my estimated pick up date, which is fine by me. I was told to pick it up on a Tuesday, so I showed up. However, I showed up, and at that time, my entire side attachment, as shown in my photos, was missing, along with missing my door guard. At that time, I was understanding since mistakes happen. I was told I can pick it up anytime Friday. So I come in Friday, and the service asked to have me sign that I picked up my car before I actually see my car so I told them I rather not. They bring out my car saying it’s ready, and behold, my car is STILL MISSING THAT SIDE ATTACHMENT. As shown in the photos below. They did at least put on the side guard. I am shocked how they claim something is complete TWICE, and have me come in TWICE, which is a waste of my time since it was actually not complete! And how do you miss an entire side attachment like that?Please note, I completely understand that there are delays in shipment; I totally get that. But what could have been handled better is the communication. Don’t tell me something is complete when it is not, twice. I honestly would have not minded if I was just texted (just like the very first time) that there will be a delay due to a shipment of parts, so I just don’t have to go out of my way to show up supposedly picking up my car twice. And if I’m told my car is ready, I work my plans around that information, so honestly, just informing me if a part is delayed again ahead of time would really help me rearrange plans rather than showing up and finding out right on the spot that they missed a part, twice.Oh and lastly, right when I opened my car door and about to drive off with it, I find out there’s a CRACK inside!!! I reported it and they told me they’ll order a new part and fix it, and will inform me when to come in....hoping they’ll follow through with that.

Went to their auto repair shop through Geico. Had a very seamless experience and I was quite happy for two days after getting my car. 2 days later, I found that they didnt fix one of the problems and when I called them, they refused to fix itInstead they want me to take the car to the dealership, ask them to take a look and if it turns out that it was a result of collision, I take the car back to these guy and then they will fix it. So, basically they screw up and you have to suffer because they want you to1. Take your car to dealership (and waste your time)2. Pay anything that dealer may charge you on determining the cause of problem.3. Prove it to these guys that it indeed happened because of collision.As you can see, you are the only one who will be loosing out.Avoid this repair shop if you can. Its just not worth it. There is a reason why so many people have given it 1 star. I read the reviews and still went with this store because I thought my experience is uniquely mine and its not determined by how others feel, but I was wrong. Its the same organization and same culture that promotes mediocrity.

He had it safely delivered directly to my house in a safe location. Do not want to harm reputation of this store based off of a single person who seems to be the first point of contact via phone and e-mail. Still not 5 stars as these items were left for 2.5 weeks without anyone inquiring about missing items and horrible paint job smell.ORIGINAL:The car repair itself was fine (other than a toxic paint smell they did not try to hide) but currently in a dispute of theft of items from my trunk that was damaged in an accident and not able to open when dropped off. No pictures of trunk items were taken prior to work. They refuse to send me all pictures taken and the one picture sent has incriminating evidence of my missing item in the background. Worst of all, they will not follow up in customer care other than sending roughly 15 reminders to review them, which I am now doing.In short, DO NOT TRUST this company with your car if you have any valuables that you cannot retrieve as they will steal them then dismiss your concerns of missing items.

I took my prized vehicle here to get an insurance claim done. Front end was smashed. I was distraught. But then I met Henry. He assuaged all my fears. Said hed take care of my vehicle as if his own. Unfortunately, Id be apart from my vehicle for almost 10 days. Imagine my surprise when he said it was done in 7! He expedited a part, got her all cleaned up, even waxed and polished my hood which sustained no damage. My car looked amazing! The work he did far exceeded the other insurance work I had done at another shop. Henry and his staff took care of my vehicle and even honored my instructions on how to test drive it if need be. You cant get attention like that anymore! The shop itself is clean and professional. They have Enterprise right there. I was in and out in a very efficient manner. Simply an A+++ experience. Highly recommend them for your body work needs. Im going to take my custom work there as well!

My truck recently had its bumper ripped off in a hit and run incident. Needless to say, I needed a qualified auto body shop that could turn the repair around as quickly as possible. I visited the top shops in the Rockville area, asked 100 questions, essentially annoyed their staff, and finally settled on International. Doing your homework paid off, they were professional from start to finish and had me back on the road within a week. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, scheduled a rental and notified me on the job status throughout the week. The process was simple, painless and I truly felt like they cared about doing the best job possible. 10/10. Keeping them in mind for any future mishaps.

Ive actually been taking my cars here for over 10 years, from way back when they were at the original Rockville location to the recently built gigantic facility. (I know this review is long overdue!)  Paul has fixed every car I have owned and has consistently done great work on them all!   Theyve always been helpful in working with insurance company, and always kept me updated on the progress of the repair jobs.  They offer expert advice, took concerns into consideration, and remedied any mishaps along the way.  I couldnt ask for anything more. This is the best auto shop in the area without a doubt. I had taken my car in for bumper damage and to replace a broken tail light. They went above and beyond for me. When I picked it up, my Mazda looked brand new. They cleaned the inside of my car so well I checked the glove box to make sure I was in the right car. Mike was extremely nice and gave me the best price he could which was far less less than 2 other body shops I got quotes from. I have already recommended this place to two of my colleagues and will continue to do so!

Notice damage on my passenger vent clip and driver rear door light was broken and left on the floor. Poor communication. I dont even know what they where doing inside my vehicle when there suppose to be doing body work on the outside.

Still had a shake in the car after they turned it over to me. Replaced a busted ball bearing. No questions asked. They did not give me a hard time about it like other places have in the past.

I had a slow speed front end collision that needed major repairs. This is GIECOs recommended collision center. Unfortunately for me, Christmas and New Years delayed things so things took a longer. They sent me an email estimate of the cost and time line for the repairs. The car was ready on the promised day and all I had to deal with was the insurance co-pay. The car was well repaired, polished and cleaned. There is a lifetime warranty on the repairs.

Went here with my girlfriend to pick up her car after she hit a deer. They said they had done a thorough check on the car and everything should be working, turns out three of the lights arnt working anymore... idk what kind of car place doesn’t fix lights but that’s lazy.

I was treated like their friend, they received me in their center and explained my vehicle situation, they updated me with the progress in details by phone calls from the person in charge, my car was ready one day before scheduled and they delivered my dear car to my place with a smile. I am grateful to their wonderful job.

Any bad review you read, believe it. I was without my car for two months. (I drive a Honda Accord... not sure what took so long to get parts in, its not like Im in an exotic car) Even when I was told it would be ready, I was pushed back another two weeks. Not sure why Geico has a contract with this place, but they should revisit that. Customer service is horrible. Many times I was told I would be called back, and I wouldnt. I got the runaround too many times to count. It got to the point I decided to start documenting my engagement with this incompetent company. I was told a manager will call you back so much that I started saying No thanks, Ill wait on hold. I so sincerely doubted their quality of work that when I finally picked up my car, I drove to a dealership, traded it in and got a new one. No longer my issue when it doesnt work from their shady repair.
