The person I dealt with was amazing. I wish I asked for his name but it didnt cross my mind. Sadly I couldnt get the work done because it fell under warranty and Carmax didnt do their part. So upset over that but I loved how he explained the whole process. Which was amazing to me because he could have just handed me the key and let me go. So thank you very much and I will be going there for any future service for my car!

Weve been bringing our car to D for the last 6-7 years. His prices are very competitive and he fully explains every action he takes. Its a short walk to the Metro or the Rockville Square if you need to wait, and I cant recall the work ever taking longer than the time I was quoted. Hes always my first call when I need vehicle maintenance.

Just moved to the area, and had to replace my tires. Purchased them from Tire Rack, and got them shipped to this recommended place for mounting and balancing. Even though their charges are higher than most other places, I preferred them following the good reviews. Well, they did quite a terrible job in balancing my tires. They were way off, and the car was shaking at 55mph. Besides, the weights were just ugly looking outside the rims. They did not ask where to place them. They checked everything else I did not ask for, and sent a report on it with photos, which is the only thing I liked. It took them a day to do all this. I did not go again, since I observed the overall attitude was just insincere. After that, I had to get my tires correctly balanced somewhere else. Had a better price, better communication, much better work. As simple as that.

Ive brought my two cars here at least seven or eight times. The last time I came in with a Coolant warning light on. They fixed it and didnt even charge me. They are always super helpful, honest, hard working, and great to work with. I wont bring my cars anywhere else.

Went in for a window tint inspection on my previously-owned (out-of-state) vehicle. Customer service was friendly, efficient, and straightforward. The shop is a little out-of-the-way but well-kept and nice. Prices (for inspections, at least) are reasonable and match or outdo prices Ive seen elsewhere. I will likely be back and would recommend this shop to others based on my experience.

I was happily surprised by how nice the owner was. When I called he spoke clearly and answered all my questions. When I brought the car in he gave me a free inspection and beat the price of a competitor (chain company). The job was done quickly and well.I am definitely bringing my car back here if I have anymore issues.Being new to the area I am happy to find a good mechanic. Very impressed with Premier Motors. The efficiency, the price and overall experience! Our catalytic converter was broken and Dikran called over 5 places to get the cheapest price for the part. Great office manager. This is our second visit. Made special arrangements for my family when we got stuck with an overheating Honda. Just had a state inspection done (moved to MD), but it was nice and clean, the staff was professional and courteous, the time estimates were spot on, and just overall the experience was good. Make sure to bring a smartphone and a cup of Starbucks though b/c theres nothing nearby for several blocks to keep you occupied while youre waiting.

These guys are great and trustworthy. I have had problems with my 08 aveo and these guys have taken care of it every time in a timely manner. I drive in from DC during rush hour just to have Premier look after my car.

I read the review below dated 1/31/09 and thought this was a great place to take my car to be inspected. How wrong I was. My car failed failed on 4 points. It was a slow day and they said they could complete the necessary repairs within 4-5 hours. I decided to take the car to my mechanic, who repaired all 4 points for $450 less than their quote. I returned 2 days later, they noted all repairs were done however there was a 5th point which they overlooked and didnt document on my first inspection form. So they failed me again. I just got back from another shop (less than 24 hours later) and my car passed without any problems.

I think the review on this place looks fake. I went to get my MD inspection for an old car and the guy just declined to inspect the car just looking at it. I had some body damage on the car on the back bumper and he told me to do an expensive repair (almost 500$) for him to look at it since it was a waste of time to check mechanical components. I went to another shop and passed without any issues.

Excellent Service!!! Just bought a pre-owned car from VA and was looking for an autoshop to do the Maryland inspection. I was very concerned about potential fraud as I was not willing to pay any additional fees. Saw all the reviews online and decided to drive to Rockville from Silver Spring. Unfortunately, I forgot to call ahead for an appointment. D was gracious enough to squeeze me in despite. After 30 mins, my car was given a clean bill of health and I was out on my way. Though there was a mild issue with my rear passenger tire rotation, he fixed it at no additional cost. Sincerely, I am a skeptic with autoshops but this guy made me a believer. Trust me, the reviews are as true as they come. I definitely plan to go back there if there is any issue with my car and will confidently refer my friends too.
