The guy that runs thus place is helpful and honest and they do good work fast. He explained my curb scrape options clearly and did not try to pressure me into something I did not need. Work was done in a few hours for a reasonable price.

So Im basically like any random customer (research, read reviews, contact the facility, get an understanding and try them out). Being a first time customer, yes there were some concerning reviews but every company has these kind of customers that complain instead of listening to understand or dont ask the right questions. I called, had a friendly greeting, inquired about a dent in my rim, and scheduled an appointment. I didnt know I had a crack in the rim but luckily, they repair certain cracks as well! They kept in contact with me and told me my rim was ready, 2 days later (again, keep in mind repairs do take time)!But anyway, service= excellent, customer relations= excellent, I would highly recommend them to anyone to needs rim/ wheel repair!Thank you guys so much for your assistance!

Had to bring my car back twice because they painted the rims a different color, then discovered they repaired and painted the rims and the rim was cracked whichi found out later and they didn’t say anything I don’t know if they did it during the repair or not but they should have noticed it. Knocked off my sensor in one of my tires then said they didn’t do it and they were the only ones who worked on the tires.

Sebastian hooked it up! I called after hours to leave a message for them to call me back in the morning because I bent and cracked my rim and wanted to speak to him before I spent $450 on a new rim. Even though it was after hours he still answered, gave me a very fair estimate on the phone and told me it would be done 3 days after I dropped it off. The next day I drove to drop it off (20 minutes before their closing time, the shop was closed down and Sabastian let his guys go early because it was 28 degrees that day and he didn’t want them working outside, but he still drove back to the shop in less that 5 minutes to take my rim and meet me in person). He told me the new price which was cheaper than the initial phone estimate, and said I could pick it up tomorrow (less than 18 hours after dropping it off). Sure enough, my rim was fixed, no more 2 inch crack, no more bend in the wheel, nothing. It was fixed perfectly for a third of the price of a new rim. He remounted the tire, balanced it, put it back on the car within 10 minutes of showing back up to the shop and it drives perfectly! Unbelievable quality of work coupled with outstanding customer service makes this place hands down the best place to get your rims fixed! Sebastian will absolutely go the extra mile (literally and figuratively) for anyone, regardless if they’re a new customer or not. After reading the other reviews prior to choosing this shop I ran across a few here and there that had negative stuff to say about Sebastian or his character as a business owner, I’m here to set the record straight. I was one of the most inconvenient customers anyone could ask for (not intentionally) and he took care of me like I was a member of his family. Highly highly highly recommend!

I ran over a pot hole in my BMW 535 M package and the rim cracked. It then youre a hole in my tire add I needed everything fixed quickly. I realized looked these guys. The owner came out and spoke with me, have me a great deal, and had everything fixed really quickly. Im driving on it for a few days now and the tire and rim are great! Besides, they have be a year warranty on their work. I feel like I saved hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a new rim. I highly recommended these guys!

Let me start by saying STAY AWAY from this place. I took 2 chrome rims that were leaking air. After 3 hours of waiting in a little room with my 4yr old son they then tell me that they cracked the rim and told me I didnt have to pay since they couldnt fix it. Remember this was after 3 hours of waiting. So now Im stuck with my 4yr in the gas station parking lot cause thats where they operate from and no way to get home. I drove there I should at the very least be able to drive back home but nope not the case. I had to have a mechanic at another gas station remove the rim and place the donut so I could try to make it home. Unfortunately I still had one other tire flat and no more spare tires.Today I went on Facebook to write a review about my experience and the owner threatened me with lawyers and was very aggressive. He was unapologetic and said I had no proof my car was their. I wasnt given a receipt, well I guess you know why now. The owner was very disrespectful when I was explaining my review and experience. He has deleted all his comments about my review on Facebook but I was smart enough to screen cap the conversation before it was all deleted. Huge red flag.In the end I took those same rims they cracked to another shop that had excellent customer service and owners that were sympathetic. They heard about my horrible experience and fixed what these guys broke. You get what you pay for or in my case they will crack your rims send you on your way. Dont forget to check my review on Facebook about them. Take pictures of your rims before you hand them over. They wont take responsibility for the damage they do.

I came to wheel ding king shortly after buying some wheels for my car. There was wheel rash all over and the lip was bent on two wheels. The fellas at Wheel Ding King did a amazing job I couldn’t even tell which wheels were damaged. The paint job was the color I wanted and it turned out phenomenal. I was referred here by a friend as I was wanting to get my rims painted. I have to say I was very impressed with the whole experience. Sebastian (owner) and his workers were very professional and very accommodating with my schedule. I was coming on last Thursday and they suggested me to come on this Monday to do the painting works. Wheel Ding King is very detailed in their work which makes it a perfectionist which I have no problems with. I am definitely bringing my car in here for future work.

I upgraded my wheel/tires and am happy with Wheel Ding King service. Needed a few things done:1. Paint the new wheels to a Satin Black, which they had live samples for me to see in person and pick&choose.2. Paint brake calipers into Red3. Coating the badges on the fender for a similar color.The Satin Black came out great and paint consistency is decent. This business and owner Sebastian had my rim for over ten days, never fixed it, it is still leaking, they stole my tire and when i confronted him he tried to give me an other tire that does not belong to my car, he over charged my credit card, never gave me a receipt, changed his story so many times, left a bad lie on my yelp account and threatened me over text messages.the social media is a great tool to explorer and learn about people and business and their reputation and you Mr. Sebastian just violated that, so see you in court.p.s. if anyone out there needs the real truth about what just happened here and how much you should trust someone like this person, please feel free to contact me with a replay and ill be more that happy to show you the proof.

I had a bent rim on my wheel. It was semi new rim too and i hit debris on the highway. It struck the lip of my rim and bent it on the point of impact. I thought I had to buy a new one. But then i heard about this place and decided to come here. And boy Im glad i did. They fixed it almost brand new. I saved myself $500+ for buying a knew rim which buy the way was a limited edition rpf1 rim. I have some high-end wheels, on an AMG, which had some scratches and nicks. One of the wheels was also out of round. Sebastian, and Gary, took care of the problem and the wheels look as if they came new and straight from the factory. Sebastian also tinted my windows. The job looks great.Sebastian, in a previous career, worked in a body shop for one of the premier MB dealerships in the area. My car had a body panel which wasnt fastening properly and beginning to separate at the point where the panels attach. I asked Sebastian to take a look and do what he can to repair the separation. Guess, what? He repaired the separation and I dont expect it to separate for as long as I own this vehicle.Sebastian, and Gary, are solid. They are fair, do good work, and are reasonably priced. Im bringing wifes car to them and will have her wheels refinished and windows tinted.Bottom line: check em out. Youll be glad you did!

I had a curb rash on my BMW wheel and I went for my first time and when I went to get my car I noticed that there was a thumb print left on my wheel. When I went to see what they can do to fix it they said come back or we give you money back plus there material that was already put on the wheel which is ridicules. The owner Sebastian was rude in a text message he sent me. I wasnt satisfied at all, I will never go back. Please beware if you have a luxury car.
