I have been going to PQ Automotive for the last 4 years for all my mechanical needs for my cars. First I took my Toyota Camry now I owe Ford fusion. I drive more than 20 miles from Northern Virginia for repairs on my car. It is much worthwhile to drive that long. Last week Ford dealer quoted me $3200 for repair for steering problems on my car and about 3 days to repair. Serkan and his mechanics did same job and many more things for $1900 all repairs finished in 1 day. They extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of cars with extremely economical prices. I recommend their services to everyone. They are very friendly, very honest, very up front, no hidden charges, no gimmicks and lastly very thrust worthy.

From the instant I called, they were already different from other auto repair shops I have visited. They were very accommodating; my repair was completed the same day in less time and at a lower price than my previous mechanic had told me. They even buffed out a massive scratch on the side of my car while waiting for a part to arrive. I will definitely be a repeat costumer (with hopes that no future repairs will be needed lol)

I found PQ Automotive on internet searching for a place with satisfied customers instead of my usual place all the way in Frederick . It’s been twice so far I have taken my car. I depend on my car as a single working mom . I am very pleased with Sarkan ‘s honest competent work and he is always so kind to me. This auto shop is amazing if you ever need one for your car or something else. Today was the second time I took my car there. Serkan the manager was super nice as usual and responded quickly to my requests and questions. He did some brake work for me today. It costed just a fraction of what an oil change place recommended. It is not an apple-to-apple comparison, but I know for sure I avoided some unnecessary repairs. I did not get another quote this time because I trusted this guy give me a very good price based on my excellent experience there last time. These days it is hard to find a place like this, I feel lucky I found one.

Im new to DMV area and looking for a mechanic who is good with BMWs and doesnt charge dealership prices. I stumbled on PQ automotive on yelp suggestions and they gave a really competitive price and even checked back with me after a couple of days.Serkan was very helpful in explaining what they did and they even changed my cabin filter(I had the part) as courtesy. I had my oil gasket filter fixed (common for my engine model), brake fluid flush and brakes replaced. They even picked me up from the near by library, where Im waiting. And also gave me suggestions on what to do in future for better maintenance.Will definitely go back to him for future needs!
