Ive taken my vehicle to these folks for several years now for oil changes, HVAC repair, and general maintenance. I have always had a great experience with them. Courteous, professional, and very reasonably priced for the work they do. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Rockville area!

While waiting at the emergency vet across the street, my car battery died. After a number of attempts to jump the battery, I walked over to Rockville Exxon and explained the problem. They did not hesitate to walk back across the street and help me get the car started, and refused to allow me to compensate them for their time and effort. You cannot beat good people in the world and especially good people who take care of cars. Thank you Rockville Exxon!

Went in today with a water in cabin problem. The mechanic asked me a couple of questions and immediately diagnosed the issue: clogged drain holes in the sun roof gutter. He invited me back to watch him solve the problem and explained how I could keep this from happening in the future. Rockville Exxon is very accommodating and knowledgeable. First rate operation.

Super impressed by Matts honesty, integrity, patience, and fairness. After bringing my car here for both routine maintenance (oil change, state inspection) and actual repairs, I would choose Rockville Exxon over the dealership any day. I feel like they sincerely care about my experience and want me to make educated choices about any service. I also like how this shop texts me a link to a website that shows a personal diagnostic for my car, including pictures of any problems they noticed. Highly recommend!

This shop was highly recommended so I decided to go and have my 2013 Toyota Prius alignment checked and performed. Doug the service manager :) was very very professional and knowledgable. Scheduling appointment was easy and drop off even easier. They repaired my car meeting my time constraints and was given a detailed description of what was done and suggestions for my next visit. The bill was very fair and affordable and the cashier was amazingly professional and nice. Held door for me and offered me coffee for the road. Im extremely pleased that the recommendation was appreciated. I will go back for another service soon. Thanks Exxon and staff.

Came in for inspection everything passed, but front rotors were slightly low, so of coarse they try to get you. For my 18 yr old 2002 CLK w/ 46k miles they asked $700 to replace front rotors and pads. I asked for something more affordable and gave me options that were still high. Anyways work was done, gave me the car back and the rear breaks were now squeaking. Brought it back, they resurfaced it for free, and now the noise is even louder. and my car shakes when coming to a stop. Their offered solution was charging $385 to fix it LMAO. My car came in perfect and sound and left loud and shaking. To add, they called me the next day not to see how the issue was, but to ask if they found keys that they LOST. I Advise order your parts online and have a local mechanic shop put it on, not a gas station ( at least not this one)

I’d be careful dealing with the mechanic shop. They charged me $380 to replace one spark plug and coil. A few days later the engine started misfiring again for the same reason. Currently have a mechanic replacing all 6 for half of what I paid them.

I had my car serviced here. Matt was beyond helpful. He went above and beyond, the dealership was useless and he stepped in at every turn to make it better. My car was fixed quickly, the service was great, and here on out thats the only place Ill go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Moved from Texas and needed a state inspection. Ended up having a $1600 bill after paying the $90 inspection fee. Left and went to a different place and everything was fine. Total rip off!!!

Mechanic went above and beyond for a no charge job. He took his time to drive with me over to a paint specialist to further examine my options, first thing in the morning!That care and thoughtfulness from a contractor is rarely matched.

While three other stations stated they could not do the Maryland State Inspection due to weather, this station did what others said they could not do. The service was good and the customer service representative was very friendly and had the car back at the time he said it would be ready.

I went to this Exxon for a Maryland State Inspection. The price was fair. The staff was courteous. The minor work needed to pass inspection was performed very quickly. Their time estimates for completion of work was also very good.

The gas station itself is right about what you would expect from a gas station, but the store is kind of a hole in the wall (small, I mean). More than anything, I appreciate good service and the clerk here was REALLY nice and was conscientious. I went in during evening hours and was fussing with something in the car for a while, so he came out to make sure everything was okay! I would continue to patronize this establishment just because of that...

Weve been going here for several years now and weve had nothing but good experiences. The staff is friendly and they do great work. As a non-mechanic, it is always challenging to find a shop that will be honest and wont try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. This shop provides quality, honest service and is a great example of a shop that provides reliable repairs. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience getting a flat tire fixed at this station today. I had discovered one tire was half-flat and urgently needed fixing. I asked if they could fix it while I waited and they immediately went to work. Ive been driving for 70+ years and have had many flats fixed but never so promptly, professionally & courteously -- and at a reasonable price.. In & out in less than 10 minutes and on my way.

I came in to get state inspection done on my car. The service rep was clear that it will take 2 hours when I booked the appointment so I came prepared to wait for my car. They offer free wifi and coffee while you wait. I was able to get work done without any connectivity issues while I waited for my car and was out of there is less than two minutes. Its a gas station but the level of service felt like I was at a dealership.

Phenomenal!! I had a flat tire and it was 9PM. AAA brought me there and they were way wonderful. I have never written a review like this - but they were so incredible I was moved to write! They even found me a tire that was gently used (I have a 99 honda and really did not want to spend much) - and it was much less than I could have imagined! Thanks to all of you!

Great service - brought in my car for oil change and tire rotation without an appointment and got it back early the same afternoon. The free shuttle is nice - theyll drive you anywhere within a certain distance when you drop off your car

I came here for my maryland state vehicle inspection and this place was great! The owner was very nice as well was his staff. Took under an hour and his pricing was cheaper than anywhere else I found!

We did shop around before bringing our car here and have found Shonny and his team can be trusted to give us the right diagnosis and excellent service . The station keeps in touch with us while our car is in service. If I call them, they answer, and if I ask them to call me, they do. We can pick up our repaired car late in the evening if necessary. We call them first when our car is acting unusual or needs service. Glad they are so conveniently located!

Came here today for an oil change and was greeted warmly. I made my appointment through their website which was super easy.I got a synthetic oil change which ran me about $70 (they even told me to get the less expensive synthetic because it worked better!). I used my check in offer to rotate my tires and sat comfortably while they did their THANG.At the end, they made some recommendations about what I needed to get fixed but never pressured me into getting it done there. I WILL be back (it is across from my house!) and highly sing their praises!KUDOS

I was due for my first oil change in a brand new car, and Id already walked out of one local station because of its unprofessional service and unexplained wait times. I called ahead to check on wait times for an oil change, and the person who picked up the phone spoke clearly and courteously; by the time I arrived there was no wait. Since Id parked close to the curb (and have low-profile tires), I asked to pull the car into the service bay myself, which they accommodated. Though the waiting area is small, it is air-conditioned and the owner offered me a chair to sit while I waited. This was the first time I had my oil changed in a brand new car, and I was pleased to have such a professional experience. I would certainly return for other basic maintenance services.

I arrived driving on an underinflated tire that another repair place had mistakenly told me was OK to drive on. I had never been to Rockville Exxon before. Mr. Shoney inspected the tire, reviewed different options with me as to cost and how long the repair would take, and indicated he would contact me to let me know what he recommended. It turned out that the least expensive, quickest option -- reshaping the bent rim -- worked. I am very grateful for Rockville Exxons professionalism. I strongly recommend them.

Attendant wanted to charge for air even though I’d already paid for gas. Isn’t it illegal?

I rarely write reviews, but I have a major issue with an Exxon that advertises State Inspections, has 2 garages / lifts, but drives my car a mile away to a third party auto mechanic for the actual inspection and does not inform the customer.It was a terrible experience to say the least. The inspection place failed my new 2017 mercedes due to a minor chip in the corner of the windshield (less than 1/2 inch and not cracked to the edge). There was nobody at the gas station I could speak with about the decision to fail it, as they were not the inspectors. (In their defence, they did find it bizarre that they would fail me, but turns out that the inspector, Auton Clinic on Parklawn in Rockville, MD has issues with nice cars and decides to fail them at his leisure). I spoke to another friend that this happened to.

I had a great experience with this Exxon location a few days ago. When driving home on the beltway during rush hour, my car decided to malfunction, suddenly dropping in speed and turning on the oil light on my dashboard. After pulling to the shoulder and re-starting it, I was able to drive slowly and exit on Rockville Pike, where I searched for the nearest gas station. When I entered the store, I grabbed a bottle of motor oil and Jasbir Mongia spotted me looking frazzled. He inquired about my car and offered to come outside and look under the hood for me. After checking several of the fluid levels, he recommended that I top off the oil and just drive slowly home. Since the repairmen had left for the day, he recommended I bring it to an auto shop near my home the next day. I was just so pleased with the attention and care he paid to my situation, and all for the cost of a quart of oil. I will certainly make sure to frequent this station in the future.
