Went for inspection and to replace my windshield wipers. Charged me $100 for the wipers when it should have been closer to $40 ($20 for parts and $20 for labor). They gave me a huge list of things to do to pass inspection so Im going to take my business elsewhere and get these things done for much cheaper.Also the guy was trying to get me to change my oil when I did not need it to be changed yet and wanted to charge $45 for tire alignment and got angry at me when I said I did not want the tire alignment.They were also half an hour late with the inspection.

Went for a MD state inspection. Guys were super nice and pro-active.within an hour they have finished car inspection and was ready to go.would recommend to everyone.
Due to Covid-19 MVA became slowest place in the US. This place finished my need in 8min that could take 3weeks at mva. I hate MVA. Head of MVA should be fired.
Went for a state inspection. The guys were super nice and fast. Told me about a few things that will need to be attended to within the next year but didnt pressure me to do anything right away. Im always nervous going to a mechanic as a woman who doesnt know a lot about cars but these guys were honest and didnt take advantage.
Took my car i had just purchased for an MD saftey inspection. They were fast and explained everything.
Fair inspection, I went to another place and this one was much better, I wouldnt recommend bringing your child with you as they smoke everywhere and speak dirty but I got a 50% cheaper offer for passing the inspection so all in all if you have an old car and dont want to pay too much for passing it this is the place for that

My family has been taking every classic to modern car and truck we own to these guys for years. From the front office to the service bays, these guys know their stuff and get the job done. Whenever anyone asks me where they should go for repair work, I send them to RSC.
Went in for simple oil change for an 09 lexus es350, car came back with my instrument cluster lit up like a Christmas tree. When I told them I had no lights on before taking it in, they denied it and basically told me it was my fault and had to pay them extra to diagnose and fix it. On top of the unbelievablyear ridiculous service and bad attitude from the staff, the shop is run by an old racist hick who makes jokes about Hispanics in front of other customers.

I went to this service center for auto inspection. They gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed before passing the inspection that were as follows: two front pads at $220 material and labor (several other service stations near by quoted me $180), headlight restoration $139 (several other service stations quoted me $80 - $100) and rear plate bulb replacement at $49 (others quoted between $10-$20). So I decided to have the work done somewhere else.Once the repairs were completed I went back to them to have the car reinspected. At my first attempt I was told that the gentlemen that does the inspection is not there and I should come back the following business day after the long weekend. On my second attempt they again told me that the gentleman that does the inspection is not available and I should try the next day. On my third attempt I was told the same thing which was not acceptable and when I asked if I can have a credit for the service, inspection fee, that I never received, the associate advised me that he cant give me a credit and he cant do anything about it.I understand that they are in business to make profit but what I dont understand is why are they gouging their prices?Why arent they refunding a consumer whose service they could not deliver? - or was all the fiasco because I had the job done somewhere else ?!?

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This is a shop of thieves. I wish there were a lower rating. I had the misfortune of using this shop to replace an alternator. A battery light remained on so I took it back several times. They said they tested battery and it was fine not sure why the light was on. Less than a week later the alternator burned up and stranded me out of state. When I had the car repaired out of town, the mechanic was shocked. The part was not installed correctly. There was a loose battery cable which accelerated the burn out. With one simple diagnostic test plugged under the dash the code revealed the problem. I returned the part and no surprise it has been over 4 weeks to get the money back from vendor. I paid them with cash. Dont make the same mistake I did.
