Very poor quality of work. The lady at the front desk doesn’t seem to be friendly at all. Seats were not bolted back and was left with just the bolts in place without tightening them to the required torque. They damaged my seat back and the front seat bolt covers were misplaced and they didn’t take any responsibility. The pictures shared are the result of installation which was done on the same day. This was what I got after spending a hefty $2000. I had to fight with katzkin for a replacement under warranty and then chose to get it installed from a different installer (sure fit) at Arlington. They did a perfect job in fitting the new set of replacements sent to me.

I highly recommend Adler and Mandel. I recently used them for a Katzkin leather seat install and was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The team was very prompt and attentive to customer needs and requests. I will definitely go back to this shop for any further needs.

They did a great job replacing the fabric on my torn seal. Looks new!

I had a sunroof put on my 2019 Dodge Challenger. I was happy with their work and would use them again!

They fixed the sunroof on my F250 for a third of what the dealer wanted. I took it there on a Wednesday and it was finished Thursday. The people were very friendly and helpful.

Best auto upholstery shop in the Rockville area, June Mandel and I have been friends for over 50 years..did the seats in my Grand Cherokee, from leather to cloth.. leather was too hot or too cold..

BUYER BEWARE! Classic bait and switch auto repair / upholstery shop. Make sure you get a detailed quote in writing. They will give you a less than detailed quote and then once your car is in the shop and the interior is half apart, they come back to you and say, oops, we need to charge you more because we didnt realize that we had to do this or that. Be careful with Steve, he is the estimator and the guy that will do the bait and switch. DO NOT RECOMMEND. LIARS AND THIEVES!

I brought my Porsche there to Replace the hydraulic cylinders for my convertible top when they remove the hydraulic cylinders they broke one so it cost me additional money to have them rebuilt they said they were going to unclog my quarter drains and they didn’t even do so they didn’t even put my door panels back correctly very unsatisfied very unhappy will not recommend this company Very poor communication skills also

Amazing I had a tear in my convertible top I was worried about getting it replaced since their price was so much cheaper than the dealer, but I found out they do the work for the dealers! So I saved almost $900 by cutting out the middle man, and the top on my Honda s2000 looks beautiful, I will be a happy return customer.

Beware. This place is downright awful. They replaced my convertible top but in the process fried the wiring for my power windows. Then they gave me the car back & said although they put a new top on, it does not work. WHAT!? Um arent they supposed to fix that? Then they told me the top wouldnt function because of a bad hydraulic line (of course not included in the cost of the entire top replacement) so I had them replace it & guess what? The top STILL didnt work even they told me it would. The people at the front, Steve and June, seem pretty nice but as far as the work done this place is a nightmare. Ive asked several times for a manager or owner & they will never let me speak to him or return my calls. Ive informed my insurance company because Adler Mandel accepted their payment & not only didnt complete the job but did other damage in the process. Not only is that insurance fraud its completely terrible business. Dishonest, lying crooks is what they are. I got everything fixed at IM Autohaus in Falls Church VA & gave them a stellar review.

My friend told me about Adler & Mandel to have a sunroof installed on my Silverado. Glad I chose them, very friendly and my sunroof works and looks like it came from factory. Definitely recommend Adler & Mandel to everyone

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!I came to them to get a sunroof put in my 2014 Cadillac XTS. They told me they would need to measure the inside of the vehicle to make sure things would fit properly and would give me the cost of getting the work done that I wanted after measurements were taken. I left the vehicle with them in good condition. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I returned to pick my vehicle up and the glass touch screen on my CUE System was cracked. I asked them about it and they told me it was like that when I brought it to them. I couldnt believe it!!! SHYSTY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Needless to say I wont be getting any work done by them and neither should you.This happened 7/16/2015

They did a top replacement on my Mazda MX-5. First for me was the much lower total price (top from topsonline) and their great service.

I took my convertable for checking the mechanical issue with the soft top, after heard they ripping off price, I took the car back, noticed they tear part of the fabric, now I have replace the whole thing. Void them if you care about your money and your car.

At the beginning of December I took my car to be changed in the sky, at the beginning I thought they would be very professional, when I picked up my car it comes out that the SEAT BELT light had come on, the sun roof did not close completely, I made the claim and They told me that it was not their fault but the car! 😤😤 I really do not recommend this place due to lack of professionalism and irresponsibility.From the beginning they charged me $ 620 for the work and in the end I will have to spend more than a thousand dollars to fix the flaws they caused, be very careful with this place.
