I love coming to target. Only I came from Minnesota where target corp offices are located and the targets there in MN seem to be neater, cleaner and more organized. There was so many items I walked passed because there was not a price tag anywhere. Many shelves were empty for it being early in the afternoon. Little disappointed but it would appears that is a standard here in MD.

Seriously you guys need to have couple more people helping out on the curbside dropping off the orders because we as customers don’t have that much time to be wasting when placed the order specifically to picked up curbside. I love this target honestly but sometimes it’s just not working out for me.That’s why we let you all know ahead of time that we are on the way and still have to wait for more than 40+ minutes that’s really not acceptable like seriously?

On July 25, 2021, my experience interacting with Tristan at the checkout line was amazing. He was so helpful and kind that I would definitely choose his checkout line on future trips to the Target store on 5700 Bou Avenue in Rockville, Maryland. Also, the store stocks many different items which makes it a one-stop shopping experience.

I shop often because that’s my job. I love the place, everything inside is organized, neat, helpful staff no complaints inside the store. I love it...Now the parking lot well trash everywhere, this item has been there for the past 3 weeks so that tells me that they don’t clean the parking lot. I give it 2 1/2 stars for cleaned parking lot.There is plenty of parking space and spacious.Overall since I shop inside not outside I love this Target.

I want to tell everyone to be patient with this Target store. A lot of great people work here but they have been short staffed and overworked. I had a pickup to make of pickling jars I ordered yesterday and I called early this morning to add a bathroom scale, and even though online said not available to pick up, Melodie added it to my pickle jars.

Customer service in this location is absolutely atrocious.They had a markdown for an item which didnt show up in their system during checkout, so the teller just told me theres nothing he can do about it, unless I bring proof of the markdown. So me, the customer, had to walk over and click a picture of the markdown while he stood there directing traffic. I talked to the manager about this poor service, and he just said, yes I can honor the discount - didnt even seem interested when I asked what he plans to do to improve his customer service.No wonder people flock to Amazon.

Parking ramp attached. Two level store. Park on p3 a lot closer to door and enter straight in on the second floor. Very clean store and well stocked. Clean bathrooms. Great customer service, they were able to price match a roku I was looking at. Friendly staff.

Love shopping here, its organized, clean and efficient. Always find what I need with no problems! Self checkout is fast and convenient. The staff is always friendly whenever I need to find swomething I can always just ask them and also I love the barcode scanner! Parking is tough sometime but come early

Great place it has two levels on the first floor you have groceries and cleaning items as well as clothes and jewelry makeup and whens Pharmacy the store also has Starbucks and then the Upper Floor you have toys and cooking Ware as well as mens and kids clothes and baby stuff prices on a regular theyre not pricey but not cheap as well but the positive thing I have to say is that you can return anything you bought without any hassles so you dont have to worry about buying the wrong size or someone returning a present you bought them

I like the service given. Although using technology has helped through what the world is going through. The person who helped me locate grab and over service is always appreciated. Target dont be like the rest to get rid of people just for technology you will loose your culture

Theyve done a lot of remodeling in this store to make it look much nicer than before. As with every Target the staff is very friendly and helpful in the store. They rely on self checkout as they do not staff enough cashiers which is too bad since the cashiers usually can do the job much faster than a person at a self check out. I also like that this has plenty of parking. I find it easiest to go to the 3rd floor of the garage which gives you easy access to the top level of the store.

Rudest employees I have even interacted with. We were shopping and heading towards the front to pay when an announcement came over saying they were closing soon. Door states they close at 12am. Out of curiosity we asked why they were closing early lady snapped back at me that this is the normal time and they had been doing that for like 2 years now. I said oh door says 12am as I walked away she sarcastically replied no it doesnt. As we go to pay we are standing behind a gentleman at self checkout and are the last guests there. As the other gentleman finished a different employee jumps up to the register and opens it up. We stood there for about 5 minutes until another announcement came up stating all guests needed to go downstairs. The 2nd employee turns around and says you heard him you need to go downstairs now. I understand you may not like your job but you dont have to be rude and inconsiderate. All he would have had to do was say sorry I have to close this register.

Probably the best Targets around my area. Usually I find everything here. Customer Service pretty good. I think everyone should have a chance to come here and buy something. All I really have to say is that this Target is the best!

I made an order online for pickup. My order was ready very quickly. When I went to the service area to pickup my order, the associate was very pleasant and efficient. It was a seamless experience!

The extremely kind and helpful associates who helped me today - Huberte and May at the North Bethesda/Bou Avenue store. These lovely ladies helped me find the price on the 2 patio/balcony chairs I purchased and were so patient, kind, helpful and professional. I love my chairs and also purchased some workout gear which Im very pleased with. Helpful staff such as Huberte and May make shopping so pleasant. A shout-out to these two wonderful staff members - I will do more of my shopping at Target, at this location because of kind assistance like this.

The cashier I had was super sweet but really absent minded. She almost forgot to give me about 80$ worth of baby clothes after bagging them and definitely never gave me the $20 worth of sharpie markers I paid for. I didn’t notice until I got home, partially my fault but it wasn’t even busy & she was super flustered...

The Target store in Rockville, MD seems to be getting worse about posting the price of items. I am finding more spots where the price for an item is NOT there.

I love the items, but the customer service could be a lot better. Most of the time I do self checkout, but anytime I need help or need to make a return everyone is playing around, joking or just completely ignoring you.

Anthony L, the clerk that assisted me at check out, had the most cheerful spirit and outlook on life. Despite everyone around us feeling the burden of the virus and the pressure of last minute holiday shopping, Anthonys calm, respectful, and reassuring tone made it all better. I left the store with a smile on my face and more cheer in my heart because of Anthony.

The help I received from Anthony L. I went to checkout but a few items were higher than I had seen when I scanned online to check price and he helped me with a smile on his face even though I was taking a while! He did not make me feel like a burden but helped me through this process!!! I can not recommend him enough. I will always go back to his line thanks to his kindness and helpfulness!

It is Target again. You store had been empy for so long. It was great to walk thru the aisles and there were items everywhere (cleaning, paper products, health & beauty, etc.)

I really like this location. The staff is friendly and I have found products here not available in other Targets around me. If you are a person with darker skin tones and want complexion products, this location carries Iman, Black Radiance, Shea Moisture and hair products for curly hair (I have not seen those in the other locations around). They also offer Milani!

Fast pickup.No option to opt out for bags. No matter you want bags or not, bags fee are automatically included.

I love this store. They usually have everything I need in stock - the only reason they arent 5 stars is because its hard to get a cashier instead of the stupid self check out lines.

It fast and efficient

This target is the target closest to me and I visit it for anything I need. On Tuesday night I went in to exchange some shorts. I had the idea to go up to the Starbucks and grab a drink, which turned out to make my visit super unpleasant. My husband and I walked up and came across the Starbucks worker who was putting everything away at 7:15 pm mind you they close at 9:00 pm. He stopped what he was doing to come to the register put in some keys on the register and then proceeded to just stand there and not ask if we needed anything. My husband asked if he was ready to take our order which all he did was nod. He made our order and basically threw it onto the counter without drink stoppers. Seeing as we were going to take our drinks in the car we wanted the stoppers but after the rude interaction my husband proceeded to just reach over and grab them himself. To our surprise the boy spoke and said not to reach over because of covid. But honestly what were we supposed to do when someone seems like they hate their job!

Huge, had its own parking Garage

Management refuses to put cashiers at registers, and tries to force you to use self checkout. I almost left my cart at the register and walked out. Only then did they offer to ring me up.

I really hope that Target understands how great Rudy is. Although he is very young, and was clearly under lots of pressure, yet he remained incredibly clam and was very professional. There were many people being who were frustrated due to the wait (likely due to how busy it was) but he was wonderful and remained calm.

Drive up service is the best. I am in and out most of time. Takes a bit longer when there are more cars waiting but thats a given - theyre not machines!

We just left the target 2 minutes ago. Bad experience overall. I ordered items online but my app wasnt working correctly so I asked if they could please use the order number to bring it out to me because I have leg issues. The lady told me its gonna be a few minutes at least to bring it out which I have no problem with but the lady who bought a out then proceeded to put the items in the trunk. My husband yelled thank you to her 3 times and she just walked and put her hand up and finally said yep. Kind of strange begging her to accept our thanks instead of her thanking us for shopping at the store.

It is well organized and plenty of room to move about. The cashier was happy to see me and clearly likes her job. Excellent experience in Rockville all around.

Dissappointing! I drove to several different Target stores to purchase an Our Generation car that was advertised 15% off online (it was out of stock online....NICE!) The first store showed they had it in stock, but they didnt (confirmed by employee). The second store showed two in stock, but only had one (also, confirmed by employee), but thats all I need, so I purchased it. I was feeling g pretty good until I got home and noticed that one of the side mirrors was missing the mirror insert. Im very disappointed in the whole experience. Thats why I buy mostly from Amazon.

Called from Harrisburg PA to inquire about an item the app said was in stock but wouldn’t allow me to offer. Spoke to 2 people who discontinued our calls but when I called back the 3 time I struck gold we Mohammed. He helped me and make arrangements for me to pick up the items next day. He’s worth every bit of $15 an hour!

I love Target- I mean how cant you. What really helps me decide which Target I shop at is the workers that work there, as most Targets in the area have similar offerings.My boyfriend received a Christmas item he was not in love with and was pretty disappointed. We brought it to Matt at customer service, and he went above and beyond to help ensure we were satisfied. He ensured that we understood the options we had and then helped us with an exchange. I had found another item while shopping, and Matt helped me with price matching it (I knew I could price match to target online but was not sure how) to ensure I got the best deal.His customer service skills were beyond what we expected, to a point that even my boyfriend, who hates shopping, said he would return to this Target thanks to Matts help.I moved from the Germantown area and now feel confident that I will continue to shop at the Rockville Target thanks to the great team they have there.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service provided for me today. As I was preparing to check out, there was a line at one of the registers and the cashier was taking forever in trying to help a customer void a transaction. She kept trying to figure it out but with no luck. The cashier refused to call for help despite the fact that the lady said she would wait and have this lady take care of all of us who were waiting in line.Finally after several minutes of waiting, another cashier told me to come around to a different register to check me out. As soon as I started putting my items up on the belt, she started scanning everything very fast before I even had a chance to unload my items from the cart. I was worried because of her speed that she might accidentally overcharge me by scanning one of my items twice, but fortunately after looking at my receipt everything looked accurate. Once my transaction was made, as I was waiting for the cashier to print my receipt, she immediately started scanning the next customers items without giving me my receipt. I tried to ask her twice but she was not listening to me. Its like she wasnt focusing and her mind was in another place. The customer behind me even had to tell this lady to slow down and that I had been patiently waiting for my receipt. This cashier was very unprofessional and she needs to be trained better on how to properly interact with customers.

I had a great experience with the service provided. Great customer service and plan to use the drive up service again.

Ease of transaction and great customer service.

I saw 2 men walking around with no masks, I mean if you’re going to have an announcement stating that you have to wear a mask inside the store otherwise they can do your shopping, on repeat every 15 minutes or so, then stick to that. But not one target employee seemed to care enough to ask them to put a mask on. Weird?

11/15/2020 @ 2:50 PM. I was at the customer service line to do an exchange. There was a male in front of me with items in his cart. He was not paying attention so I asked him repeatedly to be cautious because I had my 1 year old and 3 year old in the cart. When the man did take notice; he failed to acknowledge and ignored me. For the safety of my kids I had to maneuver my cart. The customer service employee name fabulosa was the one helping the man; she decided to put her input in and said “it was an accident” in a inappropriate tone of voice. I asked her to please stay out of it and an accident condones an apology. I was extremely upset and disturbed by her acknowledging someone else’s ignorance. It’s upsetting that she works in the customer service department. Perhaps management should hand pick wisely and have a discussion with her. On the flip note, I ended having great service by Mustaf. Thank you for taking the initiative to ease the situation.

Worst target ever. They sold the ps5 before the store even opened at 7:00am. I waited hours in line from 3am in the morning till opening because target was supposed to allow in store purchases for the ps5. However, the over night employees sold the PlayStation 5 before the store even opened. They probably sold it to their friends or something. I am livid, and appalled by the actions of these employees.

The absolute worst pandemic pick up experience. 8 months into the pandemic and they havent figured this out. If you set up your order, you cant select drive up as an option. You have to make that decision first thing in the ordering process, so if you enter from a search engine to a page other than the home page and set up your order, it is not possible to select drive up and you cant change it later even though the instructions say you can. Then, even though the item appears to be in stick at the store when you place it in your cart, it can be cancelled without you even knowing it, which happened to me. If I had known, I would have just gone to another store to get what I wanted. I drove there, waited inline and one if my items was cancelled. I would have cancelled the entire order if I knew. They suck.

Yesterday at approximately 1:30 pm I encountered Anthony in checkout lane 10. Anthony was wearing a face shield which was protecting HIM, but his mask was down around his chin, which was not protecting ME. When I asked him to please put his mask on before I checked out, he rudely told me that his face shield was enough and that I could go get in another lane if I didn’t like it. Sorry, but it is this ignorance and attitude that keeps the Covid circle going. I would expect better from a Target employee.

The staff was very nice to me, and it was very convenient

Purchased online for in-store pickup. they initially charged me for 10 bags for one, very small $3 item. later the charge was modified to 1 bag. I took NONE of their bags and was assured my account would be credited back for the over charge. no credit back so far. the bag charges are a total scam.I followed up with Target chat. I was told they are very sorry. still no credit.

My experience checking out was wonderful today.

I have done drive up a few times and being able to use the designated drive-up spots is a hit or miss since other cars are just randomly parked there. Additionally, every time the employee brings out the order, they insist I sign off before I can even review the merchandise matches the order. I have not even been credited for not using the stores bags.

I was not informed that i needed the target app ... i was not able to download this app since there wasnt wi fi available to me ...

The store has added new design, updated, very clean and I feel that there were more sales people to help you. My checkout guy was extremely nice and thoughtful and helped to another person with my question who was also fantastic. I was very impressed.

Ive been shopping here for 10 plus years and love it. Its my go-to place for household goods Personal Care items mostly. Ive also picked up snacks, drinks gifts cards and many other things. The staff is great and always helpful. My Pharmacy is there as well and the customer service is awesome. They know me and go above and beyond the call of duty.

Rockville target best place to shop

Nicole, the woman who “helped” me return my items was extremely rude, un-knowledgeable, had a bad attitude and kept talking under breath. She even said in front of me and her manger, “I need to go home after this, I can’t take this today”.

Came here to buy a PS4 game. Someone named Eric was supposed to come and unlock the game for me and never did. After asking different associated to get it out I left after about 15 minutes since the one person with a key was MIA or something

Great customer service at the online order pick up area.There is a large selection of merchandise. The store was clean and organized. The staff were helpful.Went a few times during peak shopping hours and days, and there was plenty of free parking.Accessible by public transportation such as the local buses. Close to many other shops so it’s a convenient place to come and shop without lots of driving.

Worst target I’ve been to. Most items are not next to the correct prices. Had to go scan each item before I put it in my cart and then inevitably put it back when the price wasn’t what I expected. Plenty of staff around who should have been restocking or rearranging but they all seemed to just be talking to each other.

Its our one stop shop for everything and I love the convenience of using the wallet app to pay. Everyone loves Target!

Came to this target on Saturday, November 23rd around 5-6p and got nice help from a young man in the toy section. He was helping a lot of customers find the aisles and the toys they were looking for. Parking was easy at this target, too. I would go back to this target and recommend anyone nearby stop in.

Their online inventory tracker is wrong and items that are ‘in stock’ in store online aren’t in the store. just fyi if you’re trying to check ahead. spent half an hour wandering around trying to find stuff which is not what i’m trying to do during a pandemic.
