I didnt find exactly what i was looking for (fabric masks/vanity type) but I settled for the box of disposable masks which were also reasonable. The store was neat otherwise and the employees were so kind.
I went into the store with my boyfriend just to look around at some hair products when we noticed a manger following us around the store as if we were stealing I was extremely disappointed because I never had that experience before at this Sally’s . I dislike the new manager an her attitude . The other store associate was very kind an understanding but there definitely needs to be a change in management especially if your going to follow a paying customer around .
I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Sally’s. When I first walked in the one associate, Ness, was standing behind the register on her phone. No greeting or acknowledgment that a customer had entered. After I found what I needed and was checking out I told the associate that I had a reward to use. For some reason the system wasn’t allowing her to pull up the screen. At thistime the manager, Cindy, came to try and it still wouldn’t however the reward was active and they saw it was active and available for use. Still the manager acted as if there was nothing she could do about their tech issue except make me the customer go out of my way. She told me customer service was closed, when they in fact were not because I called after I left, and said the only thing I could do was purchase without my reward, call customer service on Monday, then come back out of my way to the store so they could price adjust. This is definitely a process that is not necessary to ask a customer to do. I asked if she could simply apply it manually being that she sees it is active, I offered to leave my contact info. However she told me no because “they track coupons every week and month and if they do it to much their district manager will get upset and say they are lying” Just completely nonchalant and giving every excuse not to ensure the customer left feeling they got what they needed and that someone went above and beyond. When I asked for their names they were very rude and condescending about it. I left empty handed and will not be returning to this Sally’s.

Good selection of salon professional supplies. Not the best out there, but in a pinch, its OK. Cotton coil, end wraps, clips, irons, blow dryers etc very good price. The staff is quite helpful. Theres a lot of stuff crammed into this location so if you cant find it, ask. Its probably right under your nose.
My friend discovered a facial mask from the leading store and convinced me to try it. This is a great mask, it makes my skin extra smooth and gorgeous. Loved it!
Best customer service experience from Sallys. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Kudos to the lady with blonde curly hair who is always so friendly and pleasant.

Pretty standard Sallys but the ladies working had such positive attitudes and smile. They were helpful looking even though they hadnt heard of the items I wanted
They had no clue what I was talking about when asking for assistance and their extension supplies are low quality for the affordable ones
They do not honor the worry free return policy. I like the Age Beautiful spray color for rot touchup. The last can I bought sprayed a white powder on my hair. When I took it back to this location for an exchange, they wouldnt take it back.
Great store. The customer is always accomodated. If the item you want is not on the shelf, they will pull it from the storeroom in back.
The staff are decent but they are discriminating against black people the irony is that this place wouldnt exist if it werent for black people are the biggest inverstors in hair care the manager is a racist women who is scared black people will steal how about she puts a sign on the door and says no black people lets see how much her business makes. Sad that people are so ignorant in 2016 and perpetuate damaging stereo types.

Says theyre open on Sunday but no one answers phone after 50 rings and 2 tries...not driving all the way up there to find out theyre really closed. Bummer.

Just left the store and had to cancel my transaction because this was the 3rd time in 6 months the store didnt have bags and when I asked for a bag I was just looked at funny. They waited till I was rung up to tell me. As I expressed my frustration the staff just looked at me and didnt say anything. This store is so unorganized awalys limited stock and staff just rude! Management do better. This was my last time shopping at this location
I went there because I thought I would find wicks for my hair, but they sell a lot more hair products (creams, shampoo, coloring, etc.) and hairdressing devices. The store is not very big and the staff a bit cold.
