HIGHLY recommend Porcelanosa, especially advisor Jan Sc in their North Bethesda showroom. Jans advice was invaluable in selecting tiles that are on point aesthetically and functionally. We are so thankful for her patience, knowledge, responsiveness, and overall professionalism, and can attest she consistently goes the extra mile to respond quickly and thoroughly - it seems to be in her DNA. And the tiles are beautiful - high quality.The staff at the Rockville warehouse deserve a big shout out as well. Our materials pick up went extremely smoothly, thanks to the two young men who tag-teamed to load our vehicles. They were professional, careful, quick, friendly, and overall efficient. Of note - our experience with the showroom several years ago was negative - but the GOOD NEWS is that things changed dramatically - and todays experience was in stark contrast - and unequivocally great!

We love Porcalonosa,their product is out of this world and they have a great customer service. Our contractor was Mr.Renaldo is so varying and he was recommended to us. He has done a fabulous job. We renovated our bathrooms, our kitchen, and our floorings. I cannot say anything negative about this company. I’m so glad we went with them.
Poor Customer Service. My husband and I went to the North Bethesda location on Saturday May 1st at 2:20pm. No one greeted us not made eye contact. There was a blonde associate who walked past us twice and made no attempt to help. Another male associate walked past us and stepped outside to make a personal call. Utterly disappointed. We will never set foot in any of the Porcelanosa store again.
Awful service, messed up our order, gave me the wrong size of the vanity, The sinks are still not delivered. Then they sent me the e-mail, that one of the sinks that is supposed to come is of the wrong size. Nobody answers the phone. They respond to e-maols. but their responses aree mainly promises that are not fulfilled.
I can’t even begin to describe how bad the customer service has been at Porcelanosa since we have ordered our vanity and paid in full for it in November 2020. We still don’t have our vanity and have only been contacted twice since November. Once by phone from Jesse at the warehouse after I called the showroom many times and got no answer and no callback. Although Jesse was very nice I never received the follow up email he said he would provide. Our salesperson Jan Scalia, has been useless. She never answers the phone and has only answered my many emails once. The vanity we were promised in January is still no where to be found and it’s April. Although I love the kitchens at Porcelanso I would never bother to even think of trying to navigate this extremely poor process again.
Worst customer service!!!!!!! No one picks up the phone or answers emails!!! even though they indicate that theyre responsive through emails. Not the case either. Ordered our tile and found out what was in stock in not really in stock.
Due to some of the reviews, I was not expecting to have such a great visit to the store, but it turned out great. I didnt know it till later, but they person helping me was the sales manager. We worked out a great tile design, and I am really relieved to get that settled. Ive been able to handle most of the bathroom remodel myself, but definitely need some tile design help. Very happy with what I ended up with.

I made the mistake of purchasing from them in October last year. It took me 5 months to get the tiles I ordered. I also purchased a mirror and found out that they gave me an item from their display (although I paid the full price). Ver bad service and a very poor quality.
I had placed my order with Porcelanosa on 11/21, but they said it would take a few days to place the order to coincide with the winter sale. However, my order was not placed until December 12. They had estimated 6-8 weeks delivery, so I began calling in January to check on the ETA. Thats when I found out that they didnt place my order on the 1st day of the sale. I asked why and received no response and asked for the manager to call me. Which he never did, despite me calling several times. Just a heads-up - the manager is always at lunch or never available, no matter what time you call. Then, I just called and found that my order had arrived on 1/29. I again asked for the manager. Instead my sales rep - Lillia Sanez picked up but she said she hadnt contacted me because it takes a few days for the pallets to be unloaded. Thats fine, but the point is I am waiting to finish a project and could have gotten everything scheduled as soon as I knew my tile was available. Then she told me that I was being unreasonable because I wanted to talk to the manager instead of emailing him. Bottom line - great products, but poor customer service.
Buyer beware. Love the product in the store - great design - cool look but customer service is poor and needs improvement. Had to call / email 9 times just to try and order a replacement cartridge for a faucet (which will take 5-6 weeks to arrive) All this after I did an in-store visit as well.
The sales representative was Very knowledgeable and super attentive he was able to take our product description verbally and translate it to a super product. Job well done
I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The staff is very attentive but never pushy. The showroom is beautiful! I honestly do not understand the negative reviews. Highly recommended!

AWFUL customer services. When selling us the products we were advised everything was in stock and delivery will be May 5th. Once payment was made and the order was not delivered we cannot get back a call back from the sales person, Alicia Junca or the manager Abdul Ahmadi. The sales person occasionally sends a text but never answers the calls or returns calls. Another customer service person advised that the timeline given to us was never possible. Shameful process and NEVER AGAIN!!
Most of our renovated condo carries Porcelanosa products: hardwood floor, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. we just love the modern and exclusive feeling. We have also been very happy with service. The only negative thing is we wished they carried more original maintenance products.
I highly recommend Amber Nelson as a design consultant. She is personable, listens to understand your stylistic preferences, and has keen aesthetic sensibilities.
I cannot say enough good things about Porcelanosa! My husband and I completed a huge renovation project in DC recently, and purchased nearly all of our tile along with a vanity from Porcelanosa. Abdel was beyond amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, supportive, and kind. The quality of their products is unparalleled. People always compliment our tile finishes and note the uniqueness and beauty. We are certainly lifelong customers now:).
We have had great experiences at Porcelanosa. Anthony Gonzalez is absolutely amazing! We started coming to the store during the sale and then even after it ended we have been back 100 times ( well, not really) as we are gradually working on our property. The quality of the material is excellent and the customer service, follow-up and support we receive from Anthony keeps us coming back to Porcelanosa. If you see this, be sure to ask for him.
The items are pricy, need to wait so long to be shipped from Spain. but the staff particularly Jenna is great and very patient with customer. they also have a great customer services after selling items in order to make share everything will get done if some issues occur during or after installation.
Jenna Amon, and Porcelanosa, were the bright spots in our renovation process. Everything about this experience exceeded my (demanding) expectations. If I had discovered Porcelanosa sooner, my entire renovation project would have been way easier, more beautiful, and even more budget-friendly. I was fortunate in that I walked in one day, and Jenna offered her help. Jenna not only has an incredible eye, but is so helpful, smart, patient, and TRANSPARENT about everything, helping me find gorgeous stuff on promo. (I had previously spent way too many, frustrating hours at Architectural Ceramics.) I wish I had gone to Porcelanosa first. Go to Porcelanosa first!! Porcelanosas products are beautiful and unique, the staff is helpful without being pushy, and the products are really fairly priced. Jenna helped us figure out the perfect plans-- she is so helpful, so responsive, so efficient, and such an absolute pleasure. Its hard to come by people like this anymore. Outstanding service and experience.
In 3 out of 4 cases, Porcelanosa provided deficient or incomplete products.1. 2 differently sized sinks manufactured at different periods of time - one was a discontinued model with a different logo. The customer was accused of dishonesty when trying to explain this in a series of emails to the warehouse personnel. (The marble top cut-out for the 2 sinks was based on one unpacked sink.) Only when we unpacked the second box, did we see the problem. The warehouse manager accused us of dishonesty. It took multiple calls to multiple parties to get their trouble-shooter to come to the house to try to rectify the problem. (They had wanted us to disassemble the vanity and bring all to their warehouse. One self pick-up, based on the premise that the boxes had already been checked, is enough!)2. Shower parts missing in packed box. (Again, there was no responsible checking at the warehouse.)3. Another problem with missing parts.4. Only problem-free product: a mirror.Patronize at your own risk. Terrible customer service! Your salesperson is very disconnected with the warehouse personnel.
My brother found Porcelanosa on the internet and decided it was worth the drive to Rockville MD. When we pulled up I automatically reminded my brother I had a very small budget and I made up my mind I wasnt going to purchase anything. I browsed the showroom saw many many many nice displays. I was reluctant to ask the price in fear of upsetting myself. Then my brother showed me some interesting tile and turned the back over and there was the price.I was astonished, at the low pricing for such elegant beautiful tiles. I was searching for tiles at least 4 months prior so I recognized low prices and quality. Home depot, Costco, Tile Shop, metro bath, and few others along the Pike, are just a few places I researched. Between the products offered, first class customer service and smooth coffee; I fell in love with store and and employees.Long story short, I transformed my basement storage in the suburbs to a 2 bedroom apartment in Manhattan or DC. With the assistance of the Anthony Gonzales, (sales/design specialist) my basement bathroom is the focal point of my entire home. Full with jets, large shower head, double sinks, large format tiles or more. for pictures of my work ask for Anthony Gonzales and tell him Judy sent you.
My experience at this store was absolutely useless. 5 employees sitting at desks texting or eating snacks. No offered me help, no one seemed to want to make a sale. The only inviting part of the store is the window displays. Worst customer service Ive ever had in a remodeling store. If someone walks into a store like this, they probably want to spend a good chunk of change as the saying goes...
Working with Abdel, the showroom manager, was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. The showroom is gorgeous. Well worth a visit.
Marilu is right -- Toilets are a disaster -- some of the tiles break too easy (crack) and the edges chip with regular wear and tear. The designs are great but the duration of these products is poor to say the least. I am very disappointed after a few years of renovating a few properties. I have two non functioning toilets and no one after I call and email bothers to get back to me.
My architect urged me to visit Porcelanosa after I visited several tile showrooms in the DC area. None compared to this showroom.Everything there was gorgeous! The showroom is super clean and oozes with class.I spent over two hours looking around and checking out all the tiles and bath fixtures. The quality is excellent, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our designer was really wonderful to work with. He designed my three bathrooms and the results are stunning!
Do not order cabinets from Porcelanosa if you want to complete your project in a timely fashion.I needed to order some cabinets, flooring and tile backsplash and picked out my materials and started the ordering process in November. Well, its well over half a year later and I finally got the order (at least most of it). I had all of the dimensions and plans for the cabinets ready to go so you would think it would be an easy order - they just need to take my plans and dimensions and start fabricating. I didnt need any design consulting or anything like that, just make the cabinets to my dimensions. Well after endless back and forth with the sales person where even the smallest questions would take a week or two weeks to get a response (if I was able to get a response at all), they finally started fabricating my cabinets in March. So about 4 months just to get this order into production. And that doesnt count the time for them to make them and the 5 weeks for them to ship them to the US.The cabinets finally arrived and I went to pick them up and they were missing a transition piece. After lots of back and forth nobody seems to know where it is so they had to order it from Spain. It was supposed to be shipped by air, delivered to my house but somehow got loaded on the slow boat and will take 4 weeks. So now its on me to rent a truck again just to go pick up this transition piece that was supposed to have already been there. Seems like a complete lack of communication and caring.The quality of the cabinets I got was great, but if I knew what I was signing up to wait for I would never have given Porcelanosa any of my money. My house has been a mess in renovation for almost a year now just waiting on these things. Absolutely no urgency on their end to deliver in a prompt manner regardless of how much money you are spending.
Our family had a great experience for shopping and design with Taylor and then when there was a minor flaw in the product, Christopher provided similarly excellent customer service and it was promptly replaced.
There little costly but all ways have some nice products that other places dont carry.Been sending clients here for years

Most unprofessional set of hired hawks who must not be trusted since after they get your money to make the monthly numbers, they do not deliver. Bought 2nd time over $5,600 worth of tiles only to find out after a month and 10 days that they did not ship all tiles from Spain. One set of tiles were shipped but the other did not. No body called to inform me. When I called, nobody picked up the phone. Sent emails, no body responds except for Jeremy, who does not work in sales. First time, when I bought over $7k worth of tiles, they did deliver but only to find out that they had a defective product. They replaced finally after paying some damages. I am still waiting to hear from them to resolve the 2nd shipment problem. Abdel Ahmadi, showroom manager and Lilly do not care about their customers. If they do, they have not convinced me of that yet. Folks, watch out. Not sure if you should take chances here. I dont think I am the only displeased customer.
