Quality of the furniture is great, but the product availability and hassle of actually getting what we paid for was quite the opposite. After getting half of what was purchased a couple weeks after it was promised, we cancelled the remaining items save for an umbrella. When we heard the umbrella was ready for pickup (couple of months and a different fabric later) we called to confirm that we could come get it, only to learn that it hadn’t made it to the store from the warehouse after all. So we wait another week….Just really unimpressed and inconvenienced with the delivery aspects of the operation.

We bought a wonderful 6-seat table, chairs and Treasure Garden umbrella that have given us great pleasure on our very sunny back deck. I arrived near closing time, but Terrance and Roderick were very helpful getting us exactly what we wanted, no matter the time. Pleasant and personable, they made sure I got an affordable price too!

Two stars — one star for being open and one for selling outdoor furniture. Other than nailing their basic business function, we found Offenbachers in Rockville to be a suboptimal experience. We arrived on a busy Saturday and waited for 30 minutes before an associate looked our way. We understood the constraints of being short staffed and patiently waited our time. Once helped, our sales associate seemed less than interested in us as customers, and as I was asking for pricing information he expressed an interests in talking to other customers. We had spent less then five minutes with him. My wife and I left and 90 minutes later spent a great deal of money at another outdoor furniture store, and feel great about our purchase and never having to consider Offenbachers again.

If you are in need of outdoor furniture in the D.C. Metro area this is the place to come! The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect fire pit and had custom cushions made for my lounge chairs. Everything arrived when promised and the prices were very reasonable.

Great experience overall. We visited the Rockville store a few weeks ago and had Steve as our salesperson. Steve was patient and knowledgable, explaining the differences in patio furniture options (construction, fabrics, anticipated customer order waiting periods, etc.). After about an hour of asking questions and testing things out, we decided to order a mix of items in stock and floor models. We received a phone call a few days ahead of delivery and again that same day with the confirmed delivery time. Everything showed up in good condition and the delivery service was highly professional. We are going to be enjoying our high quality patio furniture for years to come.

Brenda gave me exceptional customer service! I arrived without an appointment but she welcomed me into the store since no other customers were there. She was very knowledgeable about the products, very personable, and engaging. The table and chairs I ordered were in stock. A few days later she called to say only four chairs were in stock. I was having family in town so she took it upon herself to find two other chairs. She did a fantastic job!!

Brenda was so wonderfully kind and experienced to be able to answer all my questions. A product was needed to be ordered. It arrived at the exact time and date she said it would. My husband and came to Offenbachers to checkout new outdoor furniture after a family member broke through the seat of our outdoor chairs. The outdoor furniture we were using was purchased from Offenbachers well over 15 years ago. It has sat out on our deck, uncovered, through every imaginable weather and held up exceptionally. It was time to get new, so we traveled to the Offenbachers store, just to look around. Brenda greeted us and told us to feel free to look around and asked if we had questions. We explained what we wanted, and she worked with me and my indecision for over an hour. She gave us suggestions, and then gave us time to contemplate. When we decided to buy, she sat with us, and helped us with size, shape, and color of the deck furniture. It was delivered before the estimated date, placed on my deck, and the trash removed. It is beautiful! The service, delivery (we didn’t have to be home) and follow up have been exceptional. Although the furniture is pricey, we know it will last years and will still be beautiful.

The sales team and support members (scheduler and delivery crew) were great throughout the purchase and arrival of our new set. We felt Terrence M. listened to what we were thinking about in a new set. He offered ideas and helped us validate what we decided to purchase. This is a much more convenient location than the intersection by Randolph Road. Lots of parking and easy in and out. Went in and got my spa chemicals, but also got inspired by the huge selection of furniture on display. Like a candy store. Really knowledgable staff. Didnt see exactly what I wanted but they can get the stuff in 6-8 weeks. Cool!

Recently bought a Caldera Spa from Home Escapes new Rockville location. I had been to several other stores and was left feeling very disappointed, until I went to home Escapes. The sales staff there were very informative and helpful, the delivery was a breeze, and the spa is great! I would highly recommend getting one!

Offenbachers to the rescue! So professional and kind.Trying to coordinate after a flooded basement with Servpro, contractors, furniture movers, tilers, and pool table movers can be quite stressful and it was all going pretty well up to find the company that would safely take care of our expensive table. Having finally settle for someone who could come to take it down in a week but not be able to set it up for a month or so I thought we had it all figured out until the tilers called to say that our materials came in 10 days early. Now I had to alter everything and the table guy was a No WAY. Just out of desperation I called Offenbachers and from the moment Alex heard my frantic story, he assured me he could help me out on my timeline. Within the hour I was scheduled for both the take apart and the rebuild. Two days later Juan and his partner were at my door 2 minutes early. He showed me on the table where the initial installers (some guys from VA) had left some bumps and assured me that when he returned that they would be corrected and my table would be better than when it was new. He called me down to show me how he stored and wrapped the table so professionally. (The actual place he pointed out is the one place that my son always says screws up his shot.)Two days and tile laid later, Juan was at my door ( again 2 minutes early with his sweet self and partner.) It took about 40 minutes to get it back together, equalize and level it. He showed me every angle of leveling and what it had done to make it better than the first installation. I am so grateful for the costumer service and would, without a doubt recommend Offenbachers to anyone. Thanks again!

Ordered a piece that matched the set I bought last year. Rod, my Salesman, was helpful finding the right color and the perfect piece. It was shipped to my house in a timely manor and everything looks great!

We cannot say enough to recommend Offenbachers. In one visit to the store we found high quality small scale patio furniture, a fire pit, table and bench. They knew their merchandise and made good in delivery promises. We purchased garden tables, swinging loveseats, chaise lounge, table and chairs over 20 years ago and they still are like new so when we recently undertook a major landscaping project Offenbachers was the place we looked to turn. Over the years we would eye various wicker sets and found them uncomfortable to sit in. After scouring the internet to see what we might want everything seemed too large for our urban space or poor quality. In one fortunate visit we found our perfect furniture and it all fits. After we had to delay deliveries twice because the landscaping took too long they arranged for a special delivery so all would be ready for the holidays and our kids homecoming. The quality and commitment of this brick and mortar store with great staff and commitment could not be compared.

They were so helpful in the store during our visits while picking out an outdoor dining set and the shipping and delivery process was seamless!

We went to the store on the day of their soft opening and received great service even though they were still setting out inventory. They had the exact umbralla we wanted.

Dont let the first impression fool you. I was made to put a deposit down for a floor model tub while i check with my contractor if the tub specification meets the strength of my new deck and also to see if i may move my old one. They promise to refund my $1000 if it will not meet my need. I was surprised to get a call before 48 hours that they are intending to deliver tub while i still told them to hold on for me to finish my findings.The tub does not meet my needs and i am not committed to buy but they refused to refund my money. Rodd told me i thought we were cool with everything and we dont expect you to change your mind so they cant refund. Tried to force a sale, very rude and unprofessional attitude.Maybe the 5 stars are from the Virginia branch but absolutely cant be from the Rockville. Very deceitful personnels.

I had a problem with a chair that I purchased and dealt with Mary Lawrence customer service rep she handled my concern in a very professional manner. I have bought several different patio sets from Offenbachers and because of the way Mary resolved my problem I will continue to be a happy customer.

I can’t believe this manager came to my store and had the audacity to post a negative review on my pizzeria site after eating my pizza and requesting a refund, oh and by the way yelling to me while leaving my store that he hope I get the virus going around....this person is a very bad person and hope the owner does something about this
