I used to like that place..... I have been there forever even before Charles who was really nice, and the following manager. I went there when they were located on Darnestown Road.They changed manager again and increased the price of 40 gallons by $10.00 or so.They they got rid of the cards and its now on computer.Then they became far less helpful. You have to bring your bottles inside. I have to say they are still taking them outside.Then they became pushy, asking me if I could buy a package even when it was not needed.Then today on the computer, I signed on and had 5 gallons left which makes sense since I mostly bring 7 bottles at a time.It got disconnected and when I put my log in again, this time the 5 gallons were gone.Its not even for the 5 gallons, its for the whole thing: more expensive and not great customer attitude. I am just done.
Service is friendly and the waster taste good. A very light sweet taste feel comfortable.

Exactly where do you find your managers.On 9/28 yesterday the current .manager totallydisrespected me.I will never go back to the store again.
Its a disappointment that it has come to this since I have been a loyal memeber for years. I dread going to this place; I have had to use bottled water for days because I did not want to go and meet the staff at this place. Yes, its that bad.They treat their clients different and are passively but openly rude to clients. Even to the point that you witness other clients get treated poorly. Yet, turn around and watch preferential treatment right infront of you.There were at least 2 staff and a client in the building during covid, yet the staff expected me to bring my empty bottles in to the store. Did I mention the door was closed in that tiny store...I watched a whitecollar caucasian man pull up in their luxury vehicle and as he walked to get his empty bootles out of his car, the satff walked out and helped him take it out, fill it up and put it back in his car. As he drove out and I pulled up, I (100% opposite of this person) had to get my 4 empty 5 gallons out in one go, placed it on the table, have them fill it up and they put it at the back of my car.These are just unacceptable. I have never wished for another water store in the area as I have in the past months.EDIT: These 2 incidenta occurred at the peak of Covid 19 on two separate occasions. This was the Summer of 2020.All of your clients, including myself, are pretty aware of what your policy has been since Covid and it confirms that policy clearly does not apply to everyone. Reread all your reviews and you will see another client with 5starts that thanks your ataff for always bringing their bottles in amd our for them.You shouldnt encourage your clients to put their lives at risk in the midsle of a deadly pandemic, 4 people should not be in that tiny shop at the same time. I did not go in despite your staffs expection.We provide feedback based on facts; use it as you see fit. Good luck.

The man inside is rude. Every item in the store is overpriced and they tried to charge me 1.69 to fill up my hydroflask because apparently they can’t charge anything less then a gallon. 100% dissatisfied

My family has been coming here for yearrrs but were fed up with them. I believe hes the owner or new manager and took over not too long ago. Hes extremely rude with no basic customer service skill. His staffs are great but hes almost always there and is what lost them our business. Unfortunately, we bought a stack of cards during their sales but we will no longer spend our money here. Once we use up the cards we will go elsewhere for water.

The new manager is rude and filthy. He sticks his finger in the water bottle necks, and picks up lids by the top and bottom, instead of holding them by the rim. The previous manager was much better. I have been a loyal customer since they opened the store at the previous location many years ago. I bought several 100 gallon water cards every year. Once this last batch of water cards is used up I am not going back.
Their water keeps me hydrated and tastes great! The staff are very nice and always help carry the bottles to the car. That being said, I still wish they delivered!

Ive been a loyal customer to this store since it first opened in Travilah Square. For the most part it has been a delight, incredible water, friendly service, and a nice environment with great workers. If I recall correctly, around three - four months ago they switched managers from a sweet and kind man to someone who is incredibly Short with customers. What sent me over the edge and the reason I will not be returning, is to get a plastic cap out of my bottle I watched, mortified, while the new manager stuck his finger into what is supposed to be clean water to retrieve it. Now I dont want to speculate, but I imagine this wasnt the first time he has done something along these lines and it probably wont be the last. Now I have never had an issue with any of the other employees, they have always been very helpful to me. Some would even say, despite them all being fairly young, they know more about the business than the new manager. This new guy doesnt seem to like his job or work very hard compared to the subordinates.
A step down from prior management and certainly from the DrinkMore days. My biggest complaint is that they frequently close before their posted closing time. I dont know of any local competition or Id go somewhere else.
The store allows customers to park in front of the store and thus blocking everybody off who need to exit.This is a weird little strip [to no fault of the store] where theres a one way loop road around the stores. By allowing customers to park in front [for loading] the road is blocked off when the dumb ones park in the smack middle. Total genius.Either the landlord need to paint a no parking box on the ground or the store need to forbid the customers from parking in front.This review does not pertain to the product they sell.
Because of the bad water in Gaithersburg, we have to import our drinking water. My Water Store makes it easy for us to get clean healthy water. We get a few jugs per week and it is enough for the whole family. We have a hand pump for filling glasses and pots.
They need to post the correct hours on their window. They guy in there wouldn’t open the door or ask questions about opening a new account there. He answered they are closed with new hours and that was it.
This place is not affordable. Their are other places that are more reasonable with quality water. But I will give them 2 stars for being open on weekends.

Staff member placed his bare hand and forearm into my 3 gallon container to hold a nut to tighten the dispensing nozzle. It was hot in the store. They were doing physical work (picking up 5 gallon containers of water). His face appeared to have a shiny layer of persperation on it. When confronted, his defense was that he pre-rinsed the container before filling it. (Supposedly rinsing Off any bodily fluid residues that may have remained). It seems to me that they should have a clean tool designed for the task.I didnt want me or my family to be drinking any bodily secretions from his hand or arm.I dont think that they grasp the idea that people want to drink pure, clean water.Also, staff was unable to show me a water analysis report of exactly what and how much contaminants remained after their purification process.Also they use blue bottles supposedly designed for water an BPA free. Yet they were not able to point me to any documentation claiming that there were not any other types of chemicals that leach from the blue plastic bottles. They had no glass bottles to provide.One of the staffers seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. (The same one who put his arm in my bottle) I think he was tired.It was about an hour before closing time.Another, who attends college to become a CPA, and did not immediately know the answers to my questions, was at least willing to google some of the answers. He was as helpful as he could be, considering management did not provide him with the information beforehand.About a year ago, I spoke with a manager there, and he was even less helpful. I wonder about the owner.This is their business. This is their area of expertise. You would think that they would know more.
Sadly their website fails to list their prices, such a basic mistake that it makes me wonder if this business cares about its success at all.
