We purchased kitchen cabinets from Tracy McCann at USA Cabinet Store on East Gude Drive in Rockville for a kitchen renovation project earlier this spring. Tracy was great to work with and she developed a creative, beautiful design that got the most out of the small space available. The project was on budget, the quality was high and the cabinets were even finished ahead of schedule. Great experience!

We have gone in twice- first time it was my husband and I trying to do some kitchen upgrades and the second time my parents for some small cabinets in a little wet bar. We never got a call or had the person show up to the appointment we had made. Apparently we were too “small” for them. Really nice to your face, but I wouldn’t waste your time if you have a smaller upgrade or remodel.

We recently bought a condominium and needed to renovate a bathroom installing a walk-in shower with safety rails in place of a bathtub. I hired USA Cabinet Store for a bathroom remodel in Rockville where I have a small and old weekend house, inherited from my grandpa. The bathroom was outdated and a complete mess, so when they offered more than a reasonable quote for its remodel, I looked no further. The project took little less than 2 weeks, they completed the project within the given time and my new bathroom is simply amazing.

Terrible service! We came in and walked around the whole store without being greeted! The sole representative was helping a couple, but a hello, at the very least, would have been appropriate from a sales rep.

We had a great experience with USA Cabinet Store from the initial estimate all the way to the final installation. Very professional, helpful, priced well and quality materials. We are extremely happy with the final result and will definitely be using them for future projects.

If I could give zero points - I would, the list of the cabinets and parts they charged me did not match the list that was delivered by 3 parts by ~300$, so - buyer - beware and check everything once you receive the items.They lie about delivery, they stop answering your phone calls. The cabinets are OK, but it is an independent company that produces cabinets, has nothing to do with them. They look at you and estimate how much they can charge, they do not give listing price per cabinet.
